My Family has been seeing Dr. Arn for years and he has always been nice and helpful with our medical needs. Problem is the staff at the facility do not share his attitude and friendliness. The person in charge of the patient portal could use a lot of help in the grammar and customer service categories. Unfortunately, my Family is currently searching for a more family friendly operation.
