I am so confident in Ascension St. Vincent care, I actually want to take care of myself more because of the doctors and their staff of medical concerns. Dr. Arce is one of the best doctors I have met and I have gone to many. He’s kind, empathetic, and most of all extremely thorough. He’s the only Doctor that has actually personally called me to make sure I understood my lab results. Usually you hear nothing from a Doctor until you return for a follow up. He answers emails within a couple of hours and was wonderful with my three year old. I would give him more stars if I could and feel extremely lucky to have found such a caring doctor. I highly recommend to him anyone because it’s rare to find a doctor who cares about their patients these days. I have recently found my core group of doctors that I trust and I am excited about that because I don’t feel like I have to be an advocate for myself anymore because they all listen. I feel like they are all advocates for me and that makes me finally feel like I can trust that my team of doctors want to actually help me in not only health promotion and prevention but I trust them if something happens and the advice they give. Definitely book an appointment with Dr. Arce because he’s definitely a rare gem in the medical field. I don’t usually do reviews but definitely felt the need to voice my appreciation on this doctor. I’ve got my husband booking an appointment next and have moved my entire family in his care!

I recently got covid from we’re work I started not feeling well I message Dr Arce through the portal it was not long he answered me back then Monday morning he had his staff call make a Telehealth for the same day I was so sick when he looked at me on Telehealth he knew.he immediately called in meds to treat me and when one was not covered by my insurance he turned right around and found one that was Dr Arce what ever you do don’t change you have a heart of gold and the medical field need Drs like you my last Dr would not have done what you did and I say if Drs like my old Dr I would get deathly ill the first of there career they keep the passion or atleast half the compassion Dr Arce has

My experience with Dr,Arce is great. Ive recently given birth to my baby girl an she is tiny an I feel like Dr,Arce handles her with care. One of the best parts is I feel like he really listens to me whenever I have a concern even if I may ask a crazy question. Not only does he take very good care of my baby but he also asks how Im doing being that Im going through postpartum that means alot. Id give more stars if I could. Oh an you dont sit waiting for him long either once youre in the back he pretty much comes in within a few minutes.
