I am confused at the good reviews. If you want to be treated like a lab-rat and have her throw prescriptions at you without ever looking at you, sure, go to her. She also wore 3 masks and 2 pairs of gloves, could barely breath and acted like she was God the entire time.I initially chose her because she had 5 star reviews. However, she was the most indoctrinated robot of a doctor I’ve ever experienced. I assume people like her because she just gives you meds. I’ve only had great experiences with doctors in Jacksonville, very personable and helpful, but not her.If you prefer a doctor who speaks in a condescending manner, then by all means. Terrible bed-side manner

Dr. Lindsay is an amazing MD. She has been my favorite primary doctor since I was 18. It was a struggle finding the right fit but I have not had any issues since finding her! She is so knowledgeable with womens health and all my concerns. I have recommended my coworkers to see her and Dr. Rust! He has seen me for sick visits and I have recommended my boy friend to see him and he loves Dr. Rust.

Dr. Lindsay is a wonderful doctor. She cares for her patients & helps them improve their lifestyle. She takes her time with patients & listens to them. It shows she truly cares and is there to help you. The staff & atmosphere at clinic is friendly & positive.I’m thankful for doctors like Dr. Lindsay who care for their patients and want the best for them. I trust her with my life.

I had an element that I was dealing with for over 10 years,, with the proper prescription Dr. Lindsey prescribed, Im completely cured, absolutely amazing!!

Unfortunately, Im having to update my review a little. And its primarily due to the office staff. The new office staff that have been hired in the last 1-2 years have not been great to me. They are occasionally rude, pushy, and downright clueless sometimes. I miss the old office staff. The new staff are also refusing me service due to an outstanding bill at an entirely different office (endocrinologist) that I only recently even found out about. And instead of listening to me about the fact that I now have a PAYMENT PLAN in place, they are just downright refusing to let me see my own doctor unless I pay them in full. Im also having issues requesting my own prescriptions. Ive paid for 3-4 visits and made MANY requests since January and still dont have all my correct medicine.Dr. Lindsay is usually very thorough. And if I have special requests for testing, she actually listens to my concerns and supports my decisions. She is very kind and seems to genuinely care about me and my care. Her assistant Pat is always very warm and patient with me also.

Dr. Lindsay is a very caring ,sensitive physician. She has a holistic approach and asks questions about your general, overall health in addition to whatever issue you have come to see her for. She is very forward thinking and always suggests preventative treatments. Also open to discussing the game plan with you and how you can improve your health within the context of your life.

Amazing doctor very personable and really knows her business. I have had many doctors in the past but this in one of the best by far. I will drive over an hour just to see her because she is one of the most educated doctor I have ever seen.

I was instructed to get an x-ray at an imaging center due to an injured foot. Got my x-ray done within 3 hours of my original apt with Dr. Lindsay. Three days later, still no response from the doctors office about the results of the x-ray. I call and call. First few calls I get the automated response stating that the office hasnt opened yet or that they are on lunch break (11:45 am and 12:30pm respectively). I call again at 1:20 and the automated message has now changed to now closed. The website states they are open until 2pm this day. Utter lack of responsiveness gives me pause for returning. What is this had been a severe injury and you let a patient go about their business without communicating with them? If you value your care, I would go elsewhere.

Went in to change my prescription because it caused a really bad allergy reaction.. I was told to go to ER??? For what to get 1,000 bill and for them to tell me to drink Benadryl... very disappointed.... Could of just changed the dam prescription...had no patient she wasn’t busy at all. No reason to tell me to go to the ER smh...

I was disappointed because I was called to come in for an appointment that day (within the hour) for a physically and to address some issues I was having. I told them I did not have the physical forms, but was assured that would be ok because the doctor knew what was done during a physical and I could bring the paperwork back to be signed. When I got there however, the doctor told me she had no idea what needed done because I had no paperwork yet. She prescribed some medicine for my symptoms, but made no effort to actually diagnose what was causing my discomfort. I would have liked more time addressing what could be causing my issues. I also did not like being rushed into an appointment slot, just to be told I would need to come back with paperwork. I also had to go elsewhere for blood work because they cant do it in their office for some reason. It is 2 weeks later now and no results have been posted and no one answers the phone when I call.

Dr. Lindsay is an excellent Doctor. Very professional and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend her.

Nothing. She did not look at me when going over my issues just kept typing. Sent me to ER 1st visit for blood pressue. ER Dr said I was fine and said I was stressed and have anxiety. Went back again 3 months later and told me to go to ER again. I refused and decided to see new DR that listens and said blood pressure is probably a result of anxiety and put me a on new Blood pressure medicine and feeling so much better. I would not recommend Lindsay to anyone. Its like she has no clue what she is doing.. Its always go to ER because I dont know whats wrong... Awful experience.

Very understanding doctor and staff. Patient with me despite my nervous and bleary state, and got me the help I needed.

I was sent to Dr. Lindsay by my dermatologist because I have HPV and Flat Warts on my face and was told to get the HPV Vaccine. She didnt LISTEN when I told her this and put down that I have acne instead and therefore the office coded my information incorrect and they called me and told me that my insurance wouldnt cover the shot because I was too old and that I needed to call my insurance and do their job to verify. So I called TWICE to verify and both times was told that it was medically necessary and that it would be covered. So I got the vaccine and the office didnt file the proper paperwork the medically necessary form because they have never heard this term before and have never had to file anything as medically necessary. I have made many calls back and forth between their office and my insurance and basically my insurance is saying they are idiots and are not doing their job. They told me to get the form from my insurance and provide it to them and they will file it for me. I am tired of doing their job for them and will not do it or pay this bill and will find another doctor and Doctor Lindsay and her staff are completely incompetent. Oh and they called me and my Dermatologist liars because they looked up and didnt see where the HPV Vaccine that my Dermatologist sent me there to get is recommended for the Flat Warts that I have. The Gull of these people.

I like the doctor, but ladies at the front not so nice.Last year I came in just to realize an hour and a half later they cant see me because they scheduled me too early so my insurance would not cover it.They apologized and I said it was ok, it happens.So I was scheduled this morning to be seen and of course I forgot , as stuff happens.They called me half an hour later to tell me that and next thing was,we have a 30$fee! That is ok, but of coures it all about the money and it needs to be done right away, and let me tell you, in a very rude way, both girlsI spoke with.So, i was understanding when they took time from my day because of their mistake but when I made one the answer was we could have scheduled someone Sure it all only about the money. I need to move somewhere else.Thanks

I have been going to Dr. Lindsay for two years now. She is the type of doctor whose goal is to reduce your medication, not increase it.
