Of course Memorial shows 4.7 out of 5 stars on their site. Please find yourself an experienced office staff. Not only are they unprofessional, but they lack human decency and have no knowledge of patient care. Tried to report to the ethics board and the phone just connects you to another memorial family practice. Do better. Be better. - when I did politely ask to speak to an admin I was yelled at by the office staff that you “have a 300 patient backlog and I’m number 301”. This is for a biopsy for potential cancer, not a simple well visit.

Awful experience! I went in for a hurt back and the doctor didn’t even examine my back at all. She just asked me a few questions and gave me some sample pills and sent me on my way. I definitely won’t return to this doctor again.

2 stars only because Dr.Krishna was very nice and made me feel comfortable. But the staff here is just horrible. Before my appointment I returned a call because I was told I needed to reschedule and the person that answered seemed to be having a bad day, she canceled my appointment and I told her that’s not what I needed her to do so I explained again and she said “well that’s not what you said”, never knew that saying “ Hi I am returning a call because I was told I needed to reschedule”, had another meaning. Then I was told to be there 15 to 20 mins prior to my appointment for paperwork but when I got there it was their lunch time, I had to wait but I didn’t mind, I went inside and no one was there someone showed up to the window 15 mins after but she didn’t want to be bothered.Since we were all waiting I just wanted the paperwork. (At this point I’m over it) The staff continued to show that they did not want to be bothered or that they did not want to be there. I hardly ever comment but this staff is very unprofessional . Please do better.

I have always found Dr Krishna, very professional, and concerned about whatever problem I may have. She listens, answers all questions, and made me feel so at ease. I arrive early, and I am usually seen, and out before actual scheduled visit. My first visit, the staff was so welcoming and friendly and professional. My second and third visits, were a little less friendly than the first, different personnel. I brushed it off as some people are not morning people, or someone was having a bad day. Dr Krishna has been a blessing to me, and I recommend her to anyone searching for a professional and caring doctor.

I ended up going to Dr.Krishna after she took over from my doctor who retired. What a huge difference! She appears to be uninterested in a patient during an exam and is condescending. She does not return calls and her office staff is rude. I changed to another doctor immediately and requested my lab results from her office. Two weeks later, my doctor has not recieved them. Called Krishnas office 3 times and was told they dont fax or send requests electronically. There is somebody who comes from their main office once a month (!!!!!) and processes the requests. This is the way Krishnas office services the patients. What a striking chance this office runs its business after two great doctors retired. What a shame!

Deplorable Becky office staff. First, with one child, she prescribed antibiotics for allergies, no infection just watery eyes, sneezing, known seasonal allergies. Second child, had last appoint of her day, deadly accident on interstate got us there 15 minutes before our new patient appointment but they wanted me there 30 minutes despite i had all paperwork filled out. Absolutely noone in waiting room and 2 cars in parking lot. As i looked at the sign in sheet, this provider didnt have any appointments signed in since before 2p.m. our appointment was 3:00p.m. stay away from this provider. Tammie didnt offer to reschedule but prior to this appointment, we were inconvenienced by a reschedule from Dr because of her family emergency. The refused appointment just so happen to be on a Friday, that they rescheduled to. We are retired military and thanks but no thanks from this type of poor service.

Dr. Krishna and her staff have always been nice, helpful and fair with me!

Dr. Jaya Krishna does NOT examine her patients-She simply prescribes. I was a patient of hers but after she failed to examine me I had to find a true doctor. I complained about my left lower abdomen hurting more than usual. She did not feel around or even touch me-l ended up in the ER due to a cyst twisting around my left ovary. She also neglects to make notes about the visit making the following visit confusing and redundant (I could go on with the cons FOREVER). If you want a pill mill, see her!! She will be sure to have you an addict in no time!! I highly recommend going elsewhere for your health care!

Do not use Dr. Krishna, she doesnt care about her patients, only about the money, when I needed her she let me down. Do yourself a favor and go find another doctor.

My doctor retired and this doctor took over. I have to call for refills even after I call the pharmacy for refills. I tell her my pain and she says its where I slept wrong and brushes it away, even though this pain runs down my neck and shoulder and back......had an ultrasound done 1.5 weeks ago for a different issue they have the results and wont give them to me. I have never had so much problems with a doctor/doctors office....
