I’ve always been impressed that Dr. Ricci doesn’t just rush through your appointment just so she can stay on schedule. If you have issues that require more time she is a caring physician and not an assembly line. If she’s a bit late getting me back, I consider that she’s being as good to someone else as she is to me. I can respect that.I appreciate her “bedside” manner and feel that she actively listens to me.I’m very happy that I found her.

Dr. Ricci is one of the best docs I have ever been to see. She is compassionate, caring, thorough and informative. She spends an abundance of time getting to know you and your medical concerns and issues. She does not hold back in providing access to whatever treatment she feels will alleviate or cure your ailments. Her office staff is friendly. The only negative is that because she is such a fine physician sometimes it is hard to get an appointment but trust me she is well worth the wait.

I have called and spoke to what seemed like a caring person and explained why I was leaving my current Dr. At Baptist South. She seem to understand but then told me I would have to be approved to come to this office located near our home. Well its been 3 weeks and I still have not heard anything back from anyone at this office. I even went so far as to apply for an appointment online....still nothing. Keep looking this office apparently needs or wants any new clients.

Very nice and extremely thorough if you have a lot of time to sit around. If I have an appointment at 10am and I walk out at noon then theres a problem. Consistently long wait times for many many year (even when she was at her old office on San Jose Blvd). If it was the other way around and I had a 10am appt but came in at 11:30 they would say sorry you have to reschedule and charge me my copay for a missed appt. Had to find a new doctor ONLY because the wait time is just extremely unreasonable.

They are so slow! You can hardly get an appt. & when you do they treat you like youre a bother. If you need signed documentation for your insurance they drag their feet getting it to you! Very disorganized & unprofessional!

Very thorough, actually seems to care. Hard to find these days.
