Everyone has been very understanding and the facilities are very clean. All staff members are well mannered and relate on a personal level with you. I have no complaints.

Came here after an injury. This place is rude, uncaring, and you never see a doctor. The front never answer the phones and there is no respect for HIPPA in this office. They have a clinic and a PT office with a chiro in the same old building and they gossip back and forth. Go somewhere professional that looks after your rights. Only good thing is the dude in PT is the best part.

The staff displays a certain level of genuine kindness that always makes it feel as if Im in a family environment. Their thoroughness proves that they truly are passionate about getting you back as close to normal as possible. I will be recommending them to everyone I know!

Merrill Location is GREAT! They are so thorough & actually make you feel so comfortable. Mr. Dennis the Physical therapist is so awesome. He makes the treatment worth the visits. Best staff & massage therapist. Drs & Chiropractor Dr John are so amazing. I highly recommend this location because its less traffic plus convenient for Bases, schools, 295 etc.

I was a patient in this office. The staff is professional, caring, and friendly. They all make you feel as if your health and well being is the most important thing on their list when you are there. The upkeep to the facility is top notch. I have referred family, friends, and coworkers to them who were all as pleased with their service as I was. If I ever need to be seen for my back again I wouldnt go anywhere else. Jessica greets you with her southern smile and when you get to the back Kevin keeps it going with his charismatic charm.

Unfortunately no less than one star. Other wise I would have given that. I had my mom seen here for knee pain and they literally took more than a month to provide X-ray results. No responsibility. It would be better consult nurse practitioners in any pharmacy center than coming over here. I feel they are much better than this medical center. It is just waste of time and money coming over here.

I have a very complicated medical history.Ive been to all kinds of doctors with all kindsof treatments with very little improvement.When I found this facility it gave me some hope, that with a team of doctors under one roof I just might get some relief for once.I am very pleased to see they this type of approach to medicine. Im excited to see how things turn around for me. You will not be disappointed if you give them a chance!

I love the staff, they are absolutely amazing people. The only problem that Ive had, kind of a big one, being referred to a pain management Dr....the P.a. I was seeing released me before having an appointment for me set up. So a month later..Im not seeing the actual Dr. for my medication. So therefore they dont care if you go through withdraws, even after almost 2 years of taking the medicine. I guess Im not their problem anymore, Ive called the office and talked to them in person, nobody is helping, guess ill Ill have do it myself. Theyve obviously never been through it, they have no idea, if so they might be a little more helpful. Other than that I loved the place. The only reason I have 5 stars is because of the staff with physical therapy, chiropractor, and Jessica in the office.. They are amazing. The p.a. Are not!

They jus look after your money. I went for just annual check up and blood text. they charged me two times for it. one to see me and one to hand me my result test. I asked them there is nothing wrong with my result and I dont need any prescription why u are not giving me just my lab result? this is all I need ? but they said no u have to come here stay in line for 2hr and pay for doctor visit then we will handle your lab result !!!

I have been going to the Merrill Road location since November of 2018. Dennis, Danielle, Shanitra, Chris, Lacey and the rest of the employees have been very friendly and accommodating to myself, as well as my family whenever I have had to take my children with me to appointments. Please don’t believe everything you read. Most of these reviews are by current employees, managers, friends and family. The way management treats there employees is appalling...I don’t foresee them being in business much longer. The extremely high turn over rate is evidence of that. I wouldn’t refer my worst enemy, patient or employee. There are stories upon stories about how poorly they treat their employees.

They are a little disorganized and mess up with the appointments and dont make sure the correct staff is there for when they schedule you. But they do try and fix the situation best they can and try to come up with a solution that works for you.

State of the art new offices. Friendly and on time staff. What more could you ask for from a medical center. highly recommend it to anyone in north Florida.

In the last weekThis is the worst experience I have ever had going to the doctor. My 1st visit was pretty standard... To thier credit the got me in the back pretty quick. I sat back there kinda a long time which I expected, I did have a late evening appointment so I forgave the extended time.. (not really an excuse, they should have been staffed properly if I was scheduled) but it was fine. The Dr. that I was see by was very nice and listened to my concerns and told me about my RX and that they would call them in to my local drug store the next day which was fine. The next day at the drug store..No RX! The following day I called to find out why, was told I would get a call. no call but walgreens called and said my rx was ready. went to get it, only 1 of the 2 she said i needed was there.... called the next day to find out why.. same deal.. Finally i got my other rx.. I get labs done 1 week before my next scheduled appointment... I show up at my appointment and they dont have my labs and nobody knew why or what the hell was going on! It took them an hour to figure it out.. I was told that when they got them I would be called about my results... no call, i called the next day... was told I would be called back... still no call.. soooo two copays down the drain, 2 hours pto from my job for nothing and I still dont have a clue what going on with me... Needless to say the first chance I get I will be going to get my records for next Dr I try to be seen by. I dont know if this is an isolated thing but it just does not seem they have much experience with family medicine... Idk I came to this place based on reviews so either they are fake, they dont like me or they dont know what they are doing.

THE BEST CARE IVE EVER HAD. In life Im sure we have all scene doctors and gone to various places for our health needs. Well this place is like no other. I honestly feel like family here and its going to be sad not coming here as often because I feel much better now since I have started. From the greeting you get at the front desk to Stane always welcoming you with a huge smile to Docotor Bordes being amazing as always! No other place matches this amazing institute.
