One of the best offices that I have been to in Jacksonville. The staff is friendly, and seem to really care about their patients. For a busy office they work in a timely manner and seem function very well as a team. I loved their out of the box thinking when it came to their covidprocedures.

Already there Ill stop and get water in his account and I would say it is good for low income people everything on people trying to get outJacksonville for the past 10 years and I think it is a very good clinic the doctor and nurses and assistants are great at what they do yay goshen medical

The people at Goshen made me feel really comfortable you can tell that they care about people asindividuals

Called in advanced to get covid tested told to go ahead and come up they had t met their 50 people line yet I get there and wait for an hour just to be told they can’t test me.

I so not recommend this place. RUDE

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Everyone is rude here. Highly recommend NOT coming here. On the website it says test results will be back in 15 minutes. False information.

Goshen is really friendly, but I went here because I dont have health insurance last year. They sent me to another womens clinic past Kinston, who charged a sliding scale fee based on another family members income. Even without insurance, received bills for the full amount..close to $700. Stop punishing people without health insurance!

I just wanted to thank Ms. Mary for going above and beyond and helping to get the referral needed and with Kellys help to get an appointment to the oncologist. Yall are so kind, thoughtful and caring. You are the perfect example of what a healthcare worker should be. I am truly grateful. Rebecca P

I have been going here for quite a while, I am now seeing Miss. Meyer, and was seeing the other person she replaced for some time, before Miss Meyer replaced her. I came here because the caring clinic was absolutely horrible. Over all through all my time here I have very few complaints, not even really big enough to mention. I have even seen Dr. Nordin a few times, and he was very nice as well. I am happy that this clinic exists and the staff has always been kind.

Very unhappy with the new female doctor Goshen in New River of Jacksonville I told her what i was experiencing and i feel i was being ignored and i wasted my money. I have been going to Goshen for years and the staff is always wonderful but she has now made me want change doctor and i will NOT refer anyone else there.

Went there last week as a new patient due to my old Dr, ( Dr mozey ) cutting me off due to me having to go to a different Dr to get a physical, I have been on certain medication for 5 years and rely on it daily , my old Dr said it wasnt there issue , this place made me feel at home and treatment was amazing!! They have a new client for life and will tell everyone I know about how wonderful a place this is and how caring the people are who work there!! THANK YOU for the amazing care

If you looking for a low income facility. Do not go here., We have no health insurance and this place came up for free childrens clinic or sliding scale payment. We make very little and they wanted $200.00 just to see our son.

The new staff doctor that was just hired, Dr. Philip Gould is one of the most disrespectful human beings that I have ever encountered in my entire life. Over a year Ive been a patient here at Goshen, and up until today Ive enjoyed every visit despite any pain or ailment I was being seen for. Dr. Gould was very patronizing and condescending, and seemed to care very little for the amount of pain that I was in. He not only refused me treatment and went against his Hippocratic oath, it is my opinion that he violated HIPPA laws in reference to how he conducted himself with the broadcadting of my treatment, or the lack thereof, to everyone in the office. Dr. Gould lacks couth, compassion, and even used biased views and coded terminology as justification for the assumptions he made about me. Assumptions he had no legal right to make about me, publicly or in private. Dr. Kathleen Meyer is a wonderful person and if you must come here....please see her....not Dr. Gould. The other nurses and staff are nice and are in no way connected to the unprofessionalism that Dr. Gould so proudly displayed on today. His anger and threatening demeanor should never be seen by any other patient. Goshen Medical should really re-think his employment.

I was a patient for over a year while Mrs Bishop was a doctor there, when she left i feel that the quality and attention to the patient is extremely lacking in most cases. When Mrs Bishop left i then delt with the much older gentleman, i think his name is Mr Nordin ( not sure of spelling).My last 2 visits were horrible.... Thats why they were my last 2. The first of the last 2 visits i came in after being home for a few days fresh out of a major life changing surgery. Mr Nordin was not in and some wanna be doc was working that day. I was there for about and hour or 2 and didnt see any patients being seen. There was actually patients walking out to leave.When i came in that morning they acted like they didnt know anything about the call that the hospital made, so after that hour or 2 i left.The 2nd of the last 2 visits i came in and seen Mr Nordin. He came into the exam room mumbling and by his body language he was not happy about something. He asked the regular questions in a very annoyed tone of voice then i tried to show him and tell him about things that the hospital told me to do and he seemed annoyed and just not caring. Then he started asking why i was on disability and why i had Medicare and Medicaid and once i answered.....or actually tried to, he made rude comments about my disability.After a day or 2 i spoke with the staff (cant remember reason or who called who). The staff tried making excuses that he was over worked and working multiple offices ... THAT is not my problem, and i feel if thats how he treats patients or treat certain patients like me, whether it be Medicare and Medicaid patients, or maybe because i was a younger male on disability or what ever the case may be then he needs to retire!When the staff realized i was changing primaries, one of the staff poked fun at my weight by accidentally getting my name wrong calling me Mr Heavy. I can honestly say that up to the name calling i didnt have any real problems with the staff and didnt expect the name calling. In the start of my issues with Mr Nordin i never thought any of the staff (even the one girl that always fussed about people standing in the waiting room) would stoop to such a childish move.

Very Nice Staff , Treated me like a person not a number Great pricing if your under or Uninsured I will absolutely recommend these folks to others needing care.
