I love Dr Mossman... but I’ve been trying to refill a couple prescriptions for a week. I called the pharmacy and the doctors office Wednesday and Friday last week, it’s now Wednesday night and the pharmacy says they are still waiting on doctor approval. They are allergy meds, it’s not like I’m trying to fill narcotics.

Dr. Mossman is very thorough and polite. The staff are as well. I dont know what the other people are talking about. Ive had to wait before, but if you tell them youve been waiting more than 15 minutes like their sign says, they will get you right back.

Service was terrible the staff is rude and have no clue what they are doing. Appointed was at 1:30 and wasnt seen for an hour and a half and was there 10 minutes early. Doctor takes forever to come back. And she doesnt really know what she is doing either. She told me I was dehyrated but hospital told me I wasnt eating enough and that was the problem.

The staff is very rude, they take forever. I make an appointment and show up 15 minutes early and I still wait over an hour and a half. They schedule way too many people for the same time and they dont know what theyre talking about when you ask why its taking so long.
