Dr. Tiurchy is the best! My husband and I both see him, and we will follow him to any practice he moves to. He truly cares, and you can feel it. He’s such a nice, caring man and excellent practitioner.

Dr. T is the most sincere and kind doctor Ive ever had. He truly listens to each patient and I always leave feeling like he genuinely cared about my well being as well as made sure to answer any and all of my questions or concerns. I cannot recommend him enough to anyone. A++ overall.

We were seeing Dr. Lawler, and switched to Dr. T once he left. So thankful for Dr. T. Hes my 80 year old moms PCP. English is her 2nd language. He fully engages with her, and allows me time to translate when needed. He is encouraging and kind. We lucked out with him!

Dr. Tiurchy is the best physician I’ve ever met, and I have referred him to several friends & family to become their person doctor. I have worked as a nurse for many years, and trained doctors in a university hospital. Dr. Tiurchy has the best personality, knowledge and expertise to quickly understand and treat health issues. He has my complete trust. His staff work as a professional team, and make every visit as comfortable and professional as possible.

If you are overweight this Doctor is not for you. He will make you feel bad. He is insensitive and offensive. I know I am overweight but that does not mean every problem I have is a result of my weight. If you are normal weight this may be a great doctor for you, otherwise I recommend you dont go to him.

The staff was so friendly and patient with all questions/concerns. I really feel like everyone took the time to ensure all of my questions were answered thoroughly, including asking follow-up questions. I love Dr Tiurchy! I used to have Medicaid and have had several primary care doctors over the past couple of years and I couldnt be happier that I found him and his team! Hes very compassionate, understanding, thorough, and just wants to help you in general which for me has been rare, plus the staff is great! I started seeing Dr.Tiurchy when I moved to Florida 2 years ago. He has a nice personality as long as you don’t have a lot of medical problems. I’m a lung cancer survivor who started feeling very ill again and when I tried telling my symptoms I was told shh your scaring your dr. Then came back crying because I know my body I am not well. Have been seeing this dr almost 2 months with blood test showing things aren’t right and every appointment I’m told I don’t have time I have many patients. Jokingly says if I’d known you were going to have so many issues I wouldn’t have accepted u as a patient. Tells me I need to see cancer center for leukemia testing but doesn’t have time to explain why he thinks I may have cancer again. My husband and I realized he’s more about that $$ from your insurance company. As long as you don’t have medical problems or maybe only 1 problem you will most likely like him. If u start having health problems RUN.

He told my 85-year-old mother with serious heart and lung conditions that Covid-19 isnt real, and encouraged her not to wear a mask and to engage in unsafe behaviour. I am beyond upset with his negligence.

He listens and helps you explore different treatment options, never forcing any down your throat. An amazing doctor, if only there were more like him! Cares more about MONEY than the patient. I was to see him in November (Only Seven Months ago) and all I needed was my Handicap Parking permit to be signed for renewal. He would NOT sign unless I made an appointment. I am on Medicare and only get one visit a year. It not that I am getting better: I get worst everyday. SAD :(

Updated: we’ve now been coming here almost 4 years and are still so impressed. Such a great caring manner about him, Dr T always is looking to help optimize your health including weight issues. Thanks to his caring support I went from a BMI considered obese during the Covid pandemic to now solidly normal weight. He has those tough conversations about health in a way that is so caring and supportive. Fantastic physician.Caring and compassionate primary care. We’ve only been patients since Nov (5 months) and are greeted by name when we walk through the door. Dr. Tiurchy is AAA+++, very thorough, and amazing bedside manner. You know he truly cares about you and is there for your health; not simply insurance. I’d recommend this office without reservation.

I wish I could write two separate reviews for this practice. One for Dr. Tiurchy where 5 stars would not be enough and one for his staff where 0 stars would be WAY to much.Dr. Tiurchy is an amazing Doctor and a great person. I actually enjoy doctors visits and the chance to talk with him.The downside is that I have to interact with his office staff. Customer service is a concept that they clearly will never grasp. It adds insult to injury because I am self pay. I take money out of my wallet to get treated rudely and disrespectfully....crazy. The office manager is the worst and I believe the root of the problem.I have spoken to Dr. Tiurchy about this and the problem is that the staff are placed there by Baptist Health. I have expressed my opinion to the HR department of Baptist and encourage everyone else to do the same.Dr. Tiurchy is such a great person I feel like it is the least I can do to help him solve this problem.Think about it, would a person who gets such glowing reviews really allow his office staff to treat patients the way they do if he could easily do something about it?

I do not recommend this office. I had an appt with Dr Lawlor. This office was the ONLY Dr that was seeing new patients in this millennium. Dr Lawlor could not get out of his development due to traffic. Dr Tiurchy agreed to see me. 1 month ago i went to them hunched over, unable to walk upright. In pain. 4 weeks later My appointment yesterday was JUST for bloodwork. DR would not go over my XRAY results. They dont want to help. They want to bill your insurance company over and over and over again. Office is so unorganized and rude. All my referral drs have complained about this office

I am so thankful to have Dr. Tiurchy as my primary care physician. As a physician,and fellow human being,Dr. Tiurchy is one of the most caring,and compassionate persons that I know. Dr Tiurchy is one the most thorough primary care physicians that I have had. I am used to reactive PCPs. Payvand is very much a proactive one and actually looks at my health record before I come into the appointment and has treatments in mind. He has prescribed medical treatment that I wasnt aware of and from my point of view is more efficient and less costly than other prior forms. I know he spends alot of time keeping up on research which is another good attribute.I definitely rate Dr Tiurchy high on the physician scale and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a primary care physician.
