Excellent facility 👍 Wait wasn’t too long, although they were very very busy. Dr Baker and the amazing nursing staff could not have been more professional, thorough and accommodating.From the moment of arrival, I was treated well, treated with respect, correctly diagnosed and sent home with proper prescriptions and directions of care.Will def recommend this facility to everyone and anyone. No comparison to a Carespot -more like a mini hospital!Thank you for taking care of me.

I went here and was greeted by a very nice person at the front desk to check me in. The wait was short and all the nurses and doctors were very caring. They diagnosed what was wrong and got me back on my feet. I would recommend this to anyone. Very good people who work there.

If you are sick, please don’t come here. Let’s start with the young lady at registration. If you don’t like this job, find another one. It is absolutely frustrating when you come to seek help and are met with an attitude. I am a licensed health professional and I would never treat anyone with such little respect. The eye rolls and “whats” are unnecessary. They are SLOW at best. Smh I will never return here.

The woman at the front desk (Keonntee) was truly the most unprofessional ER clerk I ever encountered . I am still shook up from how bad this experience was. I would not recommend this facility to anyone I know or care about. I am a healthcare professional for over 33 years and have always used ST Vincents facilities but I will not return to this one ever again.

Some of the staff dont belong in healthcare business. They dont seem to be happy working over there. Very unprofessional and terrible bedside manner. I regretted ever going there. Total waste of my time and public resource.

The staff has been very rude and unprofessional. I came in for trouble breathing and it took them over a hour to get me back. I was tested for covid and placed in a room with 5 other people, some of whom were ready covid positive. The only decent person was the doctor. He was quicl and efficient about handling his business.

Super rude staff. Heard them joking and laughing about my test results before they shared them with me. And the doctor was super condescending. I will never go there again even though it is right by my house.

The staff here need lessons in manners. They dont take peoples complains seriously, and assume your wrong about your own condition. Seriously. Consider treating people with respect.

I received a bill for four irrelevant tests to the hangover for which I was treated and which I self reported at check in. When I called the billing agency at the number listed on the bill, I was redirected to three additional numbers for various billing departments associated with this emergency room. At present, I have been unable to have anyone resolve this issue internally. Do not go here unless you wish to be subjected to medical fraud in the form of unnecessary testing.

The slowest ER I’ve ever been to in my life! I’ve been waiting two hours and all I need is an X-Ray.

I have been here twice in the same week (currently writing this from the ER) & I can only say positive things about this place! I’ve read reviews from people claiming the staff is rude, but I have to claim the extreme opposite! Everyone has been very understanding and helpful, I never felt ignored or like I was being rushed. The doctor checked on me frequently and actually listened to what I had to say (regardless of whether it was relevant or not haha). I will absolutely recommend this to anyone needing emergency services! Everything was extremely clean and it even smelled good! I don’t normally leave reviews, Ascension has saved my life twice already, so I have no doubt in my mind as to where I would go again if I ever need it!

I very highly recommend this emergency room. They are wonderful here. They stitched up my 11 year old grandson last week after he had a hide-and-seek accident. We also followed up 3 visits because he developed an infection and wanted to make sure we were doing everything right and they were so helpful each time and didnt mind us revisiting and felt assured each time.

Was told by this facility that if husbands blood pressure stayed high to bring him back and they would admit him. So thats what I did. Care was absolutely awful! They didnt bother checking his blood pressure for over 2 hours, nor did they come in to check on him! Also where was the nurses call light button?? No where to be found! Upon leaving, I witnessed a nurse getting mouthy with an Elderly woman. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone!

The morning doctor here is very very rude horrible attitude no sense of care or compassion for patients what if you were in the patients shoes someone should and will be notified about this the whole staff had no care for helping a patient with a disability

Don’t go unless it’s something that is bleeding. Doctor spent not even 5 min with me. Referred me to a specialist instead, which I already have but isn’t available for a week. I’m upset I’m stuck with a bill for the wasted time.

Miss little Rhoda in the nurse triage is the rudest nurse I have ever dealt with!!! Very unprofessional! Arguing with me across the hall into my ER ROOM WHILE I WAS ASKING FOR MY NURSE! I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! SHE IS ALSO THE ONLY PERSON NOT WEARING A MASK IN THE BUILDING!!!

Went in late at night for severe dehydration. The entire staff was amazing and on point with everything. The best experience in an ER that I have ever had. Their COVID standards are on another level. I felt safe and well taken care of.

The doctor was very rude and unprofessional. I will never take my child to this location again.

Hadnt even stepped in the location yet but decided to call and ask if they would see my daughter for a tooth abcess. The person who answered the phone was rude and was talking to me and another person in front of her at the same time. She then passed me off to a nurse who was even more rude on the phone and made a joke of my emergency. Definitely dont recommend coming here if you want to be taken seriously.

I came in for an injury and got the best of care at this location. Bruce was so helpful and took great care of me! Dr. Farr was one of the best doctors I’ve ever had treat me! Would definitely recommend!

The wait for them to take care of you is eternal. I came and everything was empty, there are no more patients in the room, and yet I have been waiting for an hour and still no one appears to attend to my 6-year-old son. I will not return to this hospital, and I do not recommend this hospital to anyone!
