I just want to thank you all again for seeing my son at the last minute today. You could have sent us to the ER instead but you didn’t because you knew we would have to wait for hours with his breathing being troubled. You went above for my son and I’m so very grateful. He is resting now and wanted me to thank the guy nurse for doing the “Fonz” thing with him. It kept him calm and honestly, it did for me too. Everyone was so caring and the girl that helped was so kind too. Thank you Doctor for your quick assessment of Bryson and your two nurses for keeping me sane. Haha.

I would have put 0 stars but 0 was not an option. Quality of care was non existent and there was brown body fluids sprayed on wall In front of us. Nurse was coughing excessively, while talking about how bad COVID cases were. No doctor. Only NP, was in room less than two minutes for a four hour wait. Didn’t read any paper work, just sent with us, signed documents. Didn’t even discharge.

Considering this school year just started it has been trying. Everyone being sick and or quarantined kids out or school at the doctors constantly. I wanted to thank the staff Nancy Melling and Tiffany. They have been nothing but kind and made sure my family was seen. Obviously its an Urgent Care so wait time is going to be longer. If you go 30 to 45 minutes early the wait is not long at all. Nancy Melling has called us after hours if we needed tests ran and frankly shes few and far between. I appreciate your time and dedication I understand the medical teams dont get the recognition they deserve.Thank you again!

The absolute worst urgent care I have ever experienced in my life. Twice in 2 weeks I have been turned away with a sick child and told to go home and book a telehealth appt instead of getting any testing done there. So both are ones we didn’t get to see a doctor. The only reason I went back a second time was because I was told by my doctor’s office that the only way she could be seen that day was to go to urgent care and they told me there is no way I would get turned away. Two separate issues and turned away both times. How can they even call themselves an urgent care?They even turned away the people in front of me both times. Do they treat anyone?

If I could rate them a zero star, I would. Went in there bleeding with meat hanging out of my foot after stepping on coral in the ocean and they said were booked for the day. An absolute disgrace of a medical facility. Pretty much the opposite of urgent care.

I am speaking because I have watched as my sister attempted to get an appt at numerous urgent cares and was turned away! What is the point of being an urgent care if you are not willing to help people… to wait 24-48 hours for a televisit and then come in for an X-ray and never have a person listen to your lungs, do a physical exam; BP, vitals,Pulse ox and blood work etc… is absolute absurdity. No wonder folks are not getting better even with covid. My sister had tested negative and had a pulse ox of 93 by home test… still NO one saw her. They prescribed a steroid, forgot to add an inhaler they mentioned and something for a cough. What if it is a bacterial pneumonia- blood work and listening to her lungs by physical exam could have helped- she will need antibiotics and what you have prescribed may be of not benefit at all! I am disgusted if you call this healthcare! YOU should close your doors. I actually see an NP at JCMC in Cedar Point. I have been very pleased with her care. I have never heard of such awful care… but by the reviews it seems you have a reputation for terrible care. I also try to call and no one can answer the phone.

Great service by all staff, especially FNP Tiffany Clemmey, she was so helpful and thorough with my sick baby! So awesome to see someone truly care! Thank you!

I was just there yesterday August 01,2021I waited two hours to be seen, which to me wasn’t a big deal. Nor was it a big deal to me, for me to wait an hour on the meeting ring app in the parking lot to talk to the doctor. I understand completely they get busy, it’s crazy with everything going on and people getting sick. Never once got upset over any of this. I’m upset due to how the dr decided to speak to me through the whole meeting. I’m sick, I feel horrible, I just wanted to be seen, for you give meds or to help me feel better. The Dr tells me… “ What do you want me to do?” “ what do you think is wrong?”I’m here seeing you, I don’t know what’s wrong. I told you my symptoms hoping you can help me.This seriously is why I try to not go to the doctor for anything. Needless to say I got nothing accomplished through this visit. Still sick… don’t know what to do about it… Dr. google it is.

Sent my daughters RX to a pharmacy that is closed, tried to call and see if they can change the pharmacy, no one answered, rode up there to see what their issue is and they closed a whole 4 hours before they were suppose to.

They call people a LAIR in regards to what phone number they try calling to have the patient come inside. They dont/wont listen or look at proof when you go to call them out on it.Then they have you sit in a room for more than 20 minutes before ya see a Want A Be Doctor.

Whenever I need an urgent care this is where is come. The staff are all helpful and kind, they really do their best. Shauna (one of the nurses in the back) was absolutely wonderful during my last visit. She had such a positive attitude and a kindness about her that truly showed each patient that she really cared about them. She is definitely in the right field of work. We need more compassionate people like Shauna in this world.

Ive been here 5 hours for a covid test and still dont havent received my results. They just have you sit in your car literally all day long. Ill never be back.

This place is terrible, I will never go back and am pulling my child from JCMC all together. You cant get through on the phone to try and schedule an appointment. To even check in for a scheduled appointment it takes 20 minutes for an operator to answer. My daughter had a fever and they refused to let her in and had her give a urine sample outside on their sidewalk! We had a scheduled appointment, this is an urgent care not a wellness clinic. They didnt suspect her of COVID or even test her for it, just refused service because of her fever, which was directly related to the infection she had - hence why we were at urgent care to begin with.

Wait was near an hour. Which is usually what’s expected at any ER or Urgent care. The moment we got seen, the staff were great, quick and knew their job. All staff were highly respectful and this Urgent Care is highly recommend.

Arrived 30 minutes before closing and was squeezed in just in time. The staff was friendly (except the receptionist; she wanted to get off work so its understandable) and the facilities were clean. Was handled with care and urgency so 5 out 5 stars

While working with a drill, it slipped and a good chunk of my thumb flesh was taken out. The provider (Sue Raynor) and her assistant (Shawna) were outstanding! Both ladies are very caring and compassionate!! Bedside manner is on par at this location.

Very patient and friendly staff. Decent wait times. My daughter and i have always received the best care. BEST PROVIDERS! Theyre always knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions and go the extra mile to make sure you receive the best care quickly and thoroughly.

Very good experiences with both of our small kids being seen on multiple occasions. Very little wait on some occasions, while other times there is a decent wait, but as expected for an urgent care clinic. Staff has been friendly, professional, and easy to ask questions of and get good health information from.

I picked my husband up at the airport from a flight, he wasn’t feeling well. By late afternoon we thought he might have the flu so we went to the Jacksonville Urgent Care. The staff was very caring and understanding even though he vomited twice while we were there. The provider Mrs Marano was very knowledgeable and efficient. We were in and out quickly. We will definitely be using Jacksonville Urgent Care from now on.

I absolutely loathe going to doctors because its rare that I have a decent experience with them. Ive had to come to this location twice in the past month for myself and I dealt with two different providers, both of which were excellent and did everything they could to help. GENUINE effort and concern and I didnt feel like I was being rushed out of the room to rush the next person through. Shawna was a doll and Agnes at the reception desk was super sweet and patient with me. Ive brought my kids here and was so impressed that Ive gone to the connected Multispecialty clinics for our normal, primary care.

So your website says you are open til 8pm today. We drive 45 minutes because you are the only one “open”. Get here and you are closed!! Update your website so ppl in need don’t waste their time.

Since moving to Jacksonville 2 1/2 years ago, this is the only place my children and I will come. It’s near impossible to get a same day appointment at the naval hospital for acute illnesses. I fully trust the providers here and am thankful we found this place!

This was the best urgent care clinic I have been to in the area. The front desk staff and the nurses were all so kind and caring! My daughter was feeling down before being seen but was happy after her visit. If you are in need of urgent care, I would highly recommend coming to this location.

Rude and unprofessional put me on hold for 20 minutes so I drove up there just for them to say at 715,close at 8,they were at capacity...as if they couldnt say that on the phone since I was on hold forever for nothing! Simple we are open but at Max capacity at this time would have helped us both save time but I guess it doesnt matter until them or their own family member needs a physician,hope u get the same service you all provide!

I took my daughter in to get checked out since the actual Doctor we go to was booked. I wanted her to get tested because our whole family has the flu and she was acting like she didn’t feel good. The staff was all amazing except for the pediatrician we seen. She told me my daughter didn’t look sick and when I tried to tell her the symptoms, she just cut me off pretty much and stated she didn’t have the flu. No testing was done. She said she has a GI bug and then sent us on our way. I wouldn’t really recommend this Doctor but again the staff was super friendly.

The staff was very friendly. The wait was not long and I was able to to get in and out quickly, without feeling rushed through. The NP was amazing! She came into the room and introduced herself immediately. She then asked me how I was feeling and what symptoms I was having. I felt as though I was important to the entire staff. Definitely recommend this urgent care to others!

Each and every time I have gone to jcmc urgent care I have had a wonderful experience. The staff is very friendly and wonderful with children. The providers are knowledgeable and caring. I highly recommend this urgent care!

We have brought our two children here several times. They have always got to us quickly and have always been professional. The nurses are amazing with the kids! The doctors actually listen and have never rushed us. I definitely would recommend this place for everyone.

They were clueless and rude in no way did they try to help me. It must have been irritating that they had to actually work. They told me multiple things over the phone that contradicted each other, wouldn’t let me inside the building to even speak with anyone. A solid waste of 3 yourself I will not be going back. Worst urgent care clinic I have ever been to.

This was our first time at this Urgent Care and I had 3 of our youngest that needed to see the Doctor. Everyone was extremely helpful and nice! When we walked in I couldnt believe how full the office was I wasnt sure there would even be enough room for all of us to sit! I was shocked how quickly people were being called back! Our total visit took a little over 2 hours and considering I had 3 small children that each needed a visit, we didnt have a appointment, and we had at least 10 if not more people in front of us waiting to see the Doctor Id say that was extremely quick! I would definitely recommend this Urgent Care!

Dr. L makes this whole place worse, had to sit in the rock hard chairs for 4 hours straight, then I get back into our room with my son just to hear “just give him ibuprofen and he’ll me fine” ! Definitely do not recommend. Next time I’ll be going to the ER

Took my daughter to the urgent care here and the service was subpar. We saw Trina Owens and she prescribed some medication for us that she never actually put in the system. I had to go back the next day for her to actually put it in the system. Would NOT recommend this place!

Diagnosed my son with the wrong thing. I even told them I didn’t feel good about it but they insisted they were right (even though she barely even looked at him) and sent us home with no medicine. Then I had to take him to the ER later that night where he was admitted for almost a week, and they actually diagnosed him with the right thing and put him on the right medicine. After starting the medicine, he was finally starting to get better. Never going back. If I could give them NO stars, I would.

Today I went in to be seen about pain in my back/shoulder area. The staff was so friendly and answered every question. The wait time was only 20 mins and that was with filling out paperwork. The nurse was so nice and didn’t hurt me when giving me 2 shots into my hips. The doctor was amazing! As soon as she came in she had a smile on her face. She asked questions and really evaluated my problem. Came up with a good treatment plan. If O could give more stars I would. 😁

I have seen all of the providers at Jacksonville Urgent Care and they are all knowledgeable, listen to your concerns, and answer all questions you have to make sure you have a full understanding of diagnosis and treatment. The hardest thing about finding good quality care is finding someone that will listen and this is what I love best about Jacksonville Urgent Care!

Been going here for 3 yrs since moving to Jacksonville. I have had mostly excellent care. Waits are neverlong...staff are friendly and understanding. Most importantly, my disabled child with Downs and Autism is a real handful yet one particular backroom CNA was fabulous with her. Even got her BP with no meltdowns! This is important for parents of special needs kids and thank God I know my child is in competent caring hands. So much better than Onslow Hospital next door...waits are horrible and wrong diagnosis is expected!

Went yesterday and Sue knew exactly what was wrong right away. They were all very kind, the wait wasn’t terrible, and I couldn’t ask for a better visit. Normally doctors seem to ignore your concerns or think you’re crazy but she didn’t.

Love the staff and providers! Might have had to wait about 1 hour total. My children love the providers and nurses alike. I was treated like family.

Had to go by on our vacation at Emerald Isle because the urgent cares closer to EI were closed or didnt treat toddlers. The front desk staff, nurses, and NP were so kind, helpful, and thorough. They made the experience so much easier for our sick child and us.

The absolute worst,,, my wife sat there sick as hell for two hours while they deemed sports physicals and drug screening were a higher priority, then when she finally got in there after thirty seconds they said take her to the E.R. What a well trained staff they got there. Guess cause sports physicals are a quick easy $45 a shot for them.

Weve been here about a dozen times the last two years for various issues like strep and utis. Weve never had a wait time issue and both nurse practitioner weve seen have always been nice and helpful.

Horrible experience. Did nothing for my son who has a horrible rash that had him in tears. When I called to get him a subscibed cream they basically told me we had to come in again for another appointment. How insensitive. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Went in for a severe sore throat and was tested clear for strep throat. They gave me a steroid for sewlling and told me to get a antihistamine. 2 days later I went to another doctor and was tested positive for strep. At this point I can hardly eat, i havent slept in 2 days from the pain and overload of flem. I wouldnt set foot in this office ever again. They have done the exact same thing to my son a year ago. I would not recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay healthy.

Beware!! Billed for service I didnt receive. Went to office for elevated blood pressure. Medical assistant took my blood pressure and informed me I could not be seen at this office by provider due to my blood pressure reading. I was referred to the ER. A month later. I received a bill for $190 for seeing a provider who never examined me. Stay away from these crooks!!!

Paid $105. Waited for over an hour to be seen. Finally saw the NP for maybe five minutes total. It felt rushed. And it was disappointing.

Took my husband here when he cut his thumb and the Asian receptionist looked at him and said we no have stitches, you need go ER. How are you an urgent care and cant handle a cut? Are you only for urgent runny noses and STDS?? RIDICULOUS!

Horrible horrible horrible! I have been bragging up the medical care in the south as I am from NY. Well, the past three days, I feel like I am back in NY. The people were rude, the doctor didnt seem to care...just listened with a cocky smirk on his face and didnt really give me any advice or information. He ordered blood work for me. This was a Wednesday. He said to call back Thursday for the results if I didnt hear from them by 1. At 2:30 on Thursday, I called back and they said they didnt have them yet. So on Friday, I called back again at 2:30 and was told, once again, that the results werent in. Now, this was a routine check for Anemia...nothing major that could take a few days. At this point I was frustrated and called the Lab that took the blood. They told me that they had faxed the results TWICE on Wednesday and once on Friday! They also told me that the Urgent Care office has access to the exact information they have and they should have been able to pull it up on line for me. So I called the Urgent Care office back again. They put me on hold for 10 minutes then said the Nurse was busy and would call me. Yeah, well, now it is Friday night, I never heard back and have to wait until Monday now! This is BS!!! I will NEVER go to them again!

Dr. Longoria is the worse outdated doctor. You truly are better off going to the ER. If you need help, do not go there or anywhere she is.

Got there at 7:20 after driving all the way from the opposite side of town once I got off work and they let me sign in and sut down just to come back out and tell me to come back tomorrow because they have ONE person waiting in the back. Thats unacceptable when they close at 8. I work just like they do and she heard how my son was coughing I did not walk in at 7:55 nor 8:00. Will not be going back.

I have the flu and had to get it verified for work. I was told there would be a short wait. I was brought back within ten minutes by a nurse and they put me in a room. over an HOUR later I hadnt been seen by a doctor. I went out to the receptionist saying I felt really sick and want to know how much longer it would take before I was seen. she told me two more people are in front of me and Id have to continue to wait. Let people know when they arrive its going to be over an hour! its rediculous and rude.

If you have 6 hours to waste away go ahead and come here for some mediocre medical care.

Not only terrible wait time almost 3 hours there. Might as well have gone to the ER. My husband has been ill for almost a week now. Obviously we did the normal bed rest, OTC meds, etc. I said to my husband that I really hope that we don’t get the same lady we got last time. But sure as your born it was so this time I am pissed she litterally was in the for 1 minute 17 seconds I timed it because I knew of how our experience was last time. But was willing to give her shot. She litterally just drink lots of water and rest. Well obviously!!!!!! When you go to the doctor it’s usually after you have exhausted all the other normal home care options and when symptoms don’t subside after almost a week it’s time to go to the doctor. She told she would send meds and that’s it. Pretty much didn’t tell us anything, did no test,nothing!!!! For a almost three hour wait!!!!!!!! To pretty much say change your socks drink water and get some rest!!! Some 1920 advanced doctoring they got going on here. Don’t forget back those times living until 40 was a long life!! I will be going to BBB if I don’t hear back from the office. This place is ridiculous and Dr. Longoria makes it that much worse!!

Receptionist asked me whats my question after I told her shortness of breath and excruciating head pain. No stars, remove her from the phone line!

So my son and I were waiting to see the doctor for a cold we both have. Mean while, my son is playing with two plastic gloves as he always does. Older lady, Doctor Longoria, comes and and is offended my son is playing with the plastic gloves. She says hes not to take them out of the building and to throw them away. So I jester him to throw them away. He didnt, he put them in my purse. Which pissed her off and she proceeded to tell me my son was a thief and that she hopes the child Im currently pregnant with isnt like him. Like woah Lady, its not that big of a deal. Then she goes into th is big rant that the doctors office is her home and he wouldnt like for her to come in our home n take things that dont belong to him. So needless to say next time Ill just go to ER where the doctors blow the gloves up them selves and give them to kids to play with.

Dr Longoria is a joke she is well past her prime and is set in her out dated ways. I went in for sever pain in my hand caused by an unknown spreading rash. I was berated about not taking pictures the first two of the three days I had it when I thought it was just a bug bite. Then was told that because she didn’t see what had happened there was no way of knowing what was going on. This was after she took 3 seconds to take a cursory look at the affected area. She was Originally going to send me home to take ibuprofen and ice it untill I questioned her on it. Then it was “Well we can try antibiotic cream and oral antibiotics” you could tell she had no idea what she was looking at or dealing with. Do you not put yourself or your children with this woman’s care.

Staff is extremely rude. The woman at the front desk has an attitude. When I called I was told if I could get there by 7:15 they’d see me. I showed up at 7:10 and they tried telling me they wouldn’t see my son. Will not ever come back.

They were very rude. All I needed was a physical done and have been there multiple times before that and they refused to do my physical saying I needed other things. I drove right down to the other urgent care and they took me right in and did it for me and were as kind as can be.

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!!!! Wait is over an hour completely ridiculous and they seem to have no idea of what they are doing.... Steer cleer

I recommend visiting only if you know your ailment and need a script.

I went to the Urgent care and was taken care off in less than an hour.
