I’m giving a two because waiting is no issue here. I was seen quickly. However, I called back after my first visit to let the physician know that the antibiotics I was given did not get rid of my infection. No one called me back, and when I called later to follow up, I was told I’d have to come in again to get a new prescription. At this last visit, the physician told me that the organisms that grew from the culture done on my original provided specimen are resistant to the previously prescribed medication……….. well, why didn’t anyone call a different prescription in for me? Why did I have to come in again? If y’all need some money, just say that.

People who work there are rude and put zero effort into their job. Their system is always “down” when you have a question. People on the phone don’t know what you’re asking for, so they just tell you what you want to hear. The wait is usually never long at all, but it might be because people are avoiding going to this place. I’d give this zero starts, so not recommend.

Got there with an ankle injury and was told they’re not doing X-rays and you can probably just get meds. Then I said ok I need an idea of what’s wrong. Then was told oh it’s not what meds you think it might be over the counter. Then the cherry on top was I couldn’t see them at all because I don’t use one of their physicians.

I went there for a covid test on a Monday. They told me I should have my results by Thursday, Friday at the latest (understandable with the increase of cases). I called the following Monday for my results and they told me they dont have them and dont know if my test was ever even sent off. Now it is Tuesday afternoon and still nothing. I definitely do not recommend going here. If youre not feeling well do yourself a favor and just go to a REAL urgent care or hospital to get treated. They clearly have no idea what they are doing if they cant confirm a test has been sent out or not.

Kudos to the Nurse Practitioner Shannon!!! She was so awesome with my little one. Hes autistic and a real busy body. She didnt mind getting on the floor with him, she was kind, and very patient. Its sometimes stressful being in public with my little one but she definitely eased my stress levels so much. Thank you Shannon, you are appreciated!!!

Never answers the phone. Been trying to get my covid test results for 4 days now. Been holding 30 each call. Called next door to inquire about lack of updates and communication, they let me know the care center are short staffed and being on labs and releasing of test results. I can only imagine the list. Im a patient of Family Care Partners, so I feel like everything shouldve been sent to my doctor honestly.

The entire staff was so kind & accommodating. My husband hurt his knee and we had to visit here before we could get into the ortho. Dr. I HIGHLY recommend this place over the other emergency or acute care centers. We were in and out in no time. Thanks everyone!!!

I brought my 4 year old in and they immediately saw him. They were super fast but I felt that the provider was thorough. They treated him in the facility and sent us home with prescriptions. Highly recommend. The staff was competent and kind.

I have driven here on two separate occasions, sick, needing to see a physician, only to find them closed during their posted business hours. The worst.

The staff was amazing, the PAs and nurses were professional and friendly, the Doctor...well I can’t say I particularly liked him at all... just very Smug and seemed very irritated to have to answer like two questions.

This location is a joke. Do not waste your time coming here for any type of care. There is no urgency here. The staff is nonchalant and so are the Doctors. When it comes to your family do not risk their health at this facility!

2/26 They pay to erase yelp reviews dont believe the ratings because mine was removed smh. I have yet to have someone contact me after filing a complaint with the office. I was crying in pain and I asked for ice and was told I had to leave and some guy who I was not even being treated by called the police to have me escorted I had to call the paramedics and my sister to help me at the clinic because I did not feel well. If you are a person of color I would not trust this place to administer medication. They do not take you serious you are dismissed and labeled a problem.Very dismissive about everything I discussed belittled. Experienced severe pain from a shot and felt really sick. If I could give it zero stars I would. Was signing in to be seen when I said “do I need to fill one out for both me and my son since we both need to be seen”. The receptionists eye got big and said you both have to be seen?!? I said yes, she says well what insurance do you have and who’s your dr.I told her what it was and that we just moved here so we hadn’t seen anyone yet but have appts and she just got snotty with me. Said well since you don’t have a dr here we can’t see you. I said that’s not what the website says. She said well I’m not responsible for what the website says. She then answered the phone and had a full on conversation with someone else while I was standing there. I asked for my insurance cards back and left. I will be canceling my future appointments and will not be back. I do not recommend at all

Took my daughter here for the first time recently, we loved it! The staff was super nice, got us in and out quickly and even had her laughing! Will definitely take my trio back if need be! Worth the drive.

If I could give zero stars I would.Website say they treat car accidents and headaches but they don’t. Made me spend money I don’t have to be wasted on an unnecessary Lyft up there for false advertising.talking about oh let me change the website before more people cuss me out over something I cant control. I didnt cuss them out all I said was it was false advertising and what they mean they cant help me. I called my mom and told her what happen. They steady talking to me starting unnecessary mess laughing in my face and talking to each other when all they could of did was be quiet. Just antagonizing me for no reason. I told them to stop talking to me I dont want to hear what they got to say because its uncalled for. Im just waiting for my ride to come so I can leave They told me I couldnt sit in there. And had to wait outside for a ride and sit outside. Theres nowhere to sit outside in not about to sit on the ground so I stood and waited 15 minutes in the hot Florida sun for A ride mind you I was just in a car accident. I dont see how me waiting in a chair was bothering them I was just sitting thereWorst doctors office I been to.They lazy and dont want to work. At first they acted like they was going to help me I was like I was going to use my dads insurance and put the difference on my credit card but when I said I just needed a copy of everything so Lyft can reimburse me they started tripping saying they cant help me. I went straight to Baptist hospital after that and guess what they gave me 800 mg ibuprofen. They could of did that just didnt want to. Dont come to this place.

This is hands down one of the best healthcare facilities Ive been to. It is THE BEST urgent care/ emergency care facility ever. Everyone from the intake receptionist to the nurse practitioner /doctor and all those in between are absolutely excellent. Compassionate, eager to help, understanding and more than thorough in their care. Even when you are the last patient of the night and the clock ticks past closing time,. Each of them still provides thorough and diligent patient care. Cant say thank you enough to them for the care i recieved.

It was a great experience with McDonough. She took care of her patients . Shes really a professional Nurse. I went there with a terrible pain on my left shoulder even my hand I couldnt move. she made me feel better. I encourage people to see McDonough because she knows what shes doing.

I brought my child in for a possible scratch on her eye ball. The staff was very patient and took time to ensure my child was comfortable. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

I go through ERgent care with my family since our physician is through them. My only problem that I have with them is the wait times. It doesnt matter what time of day you go in it is always the same. The physicians are knowledgeable BUT they tend to not mind letting the patient wait for long periods of time when you see them sitting in the middle of the work area . You get the same service in the emergency room with the wait. I will continue to go BUT I know to prepare for many hours of waiting.

Ive been here multiple times. The staff is beyond great. The Nurse Practitioner lady is the BEST!!!! I recommend this to all my people!

I choose to go here more so than to my childrens actual Pediatrician which is right next door. I have always been seen in less than 10 min and my kids have always gotten the treatment they needed. All of the employees have always been so kind and professional. I live 30 min from this location and there are plenty of other locations near me that I could choose to go to but I always make the drive to them because I know I can always count on them.

I have been there 3 times in 2 years and it is always quick and always thorough.

I came in with severe ear pain. They prescribed me ear drops and the same medication I was previously prescribed that I informed them didnt touch my pain. So I call the next day because my ear is still agonizing and they tell me I have to suffer in pain till the ear drops start working. Most uncaring doctors office Ive ever visited. Definitely will never return and will tell everyone to steer clear.

The person that greeted me was amazing and the best part of this terrible visit to this practice. i would NOT recommend this practice to anyone, I would much rather go to the ER

Customer service is horrible!

I have been here twice and both times they were very fast in getting me back and taking care of me. The first time it was strep and the 2nd time it was the flu. This would have taken a lot longer at my Dictors office.

Nothing urgent about this place everyone standing around doing nothing and waiting room full if ppl, waited 2 hours b4 my daughter was seen,and another hour and a half for Dr to do his job.... Flat out sorry!!!!

Was there at 7:15 pm. Was told all equipment was shut down for the night. They close at 8 . Was told to go to a ER.

We were in and out within 45 min. The prices were pretty high compared to other urgent cares.

This is the worst treatment center to ever take yourself of child they say they are behind and this is why .they are sitting in a group talking laughing and doing nothing with one person in the back that is why they get paid to do nothing .that is a fauid to charge ins for hours they are talking and doing nothing to treat must less help there patients...

The front desk lady was so rude and unfriendly, she didnt even smile when I came in the door or reply to me when I said good afternoon, and I was the only one there. I wont ever recommend this place.
