Dr. Lindsey B. and her staff all were beyond Amazing, caring, kind, compassionate, very considerate, nurturing- the list just goes on. I saw that they genuinely cared and were there to do whatever they could to provide proper care for my 7 year old daughter. I Highly Recommend this Urgent Care facility. There was no wait we got to the back as new patients so quickly it was a shock. They went above and beyond to check off the list of seeing about my baby and what her diagnoses was before we left there today. Thank you to each and every one of you for helping my child today. Can’t thank you enough. This kind of care is rare now days so I cherish the moments we were in such good care today. You all will be blessed stay caring and with good hearts God will continue to bless each of you.

Smaller-scale clinic, quiet and clean. Staff treat all patients with genuine compassion. Wait times are about average although I have had visits with almost no wait at all. They offer all essential services, including vaccines, and also the option to schedule an appointment and “hold your place in line”. The biggest convenience for me though is the ability to check in and fill out paperwork directly through the app Solv while sitting in the comfort of your own vehicle. As painless as an urgent care can possibly be!

Everyone is really great here! The last couple of times here I saw Lindsey, the doctor there. She is always congenital and did what she can to help. I would definitely recommend going here. ☺️

Do not waste your time going here. The nurse in charge do not care how long you have to sit and wait to be seen . I waited 2hours and they let 4 young boys in before me who were in their twenties . They came in after me. They are not fair in appointments. I am a senior citizen.

I have been feeling very sick for the past 3 - 4 days, and had to go to the doctor this morning because I wasnt getting better. I received very nice and professional service from everyone! The receptionist, x-ray tech, the Nurse Practitioner Ms. Lindsay, and the nurse who gave me well wishes all made my visit pleasant. I would definitely recommend the Jacksonville Baptist Health Urgent Care Team!

I went to this place because my stomach hurt. They sent me to the ER to have tests run. Turns out my appendix was perforated which required me to be hospitalized.I am thankful to the Urgent Care for suggesting I go there

Was quick in and out. The new nurse practitioner we saw was very informative as to the reason we were there and a straight shooter. They all listened to our concerns and addressed everything instead of ignoring us. We never really had a bad experience here.

Was in and out fairly quickly and everyone was nice and helpful. However, I had a follow up question and a question about something else and getting someone on the phone has been impossible. I called last Friday someone came on and said hold please then I held for 10 minutes until I finally hung up. I’m currently on hold for another almost 10 minutes... I will keep my 5 star rating due to the great personal care at the location but please let someone be available for phone calls..

The staff at Baptist Urgent Care in Jacksonville always takes great care of me. Whether getting a Covid test or stitches in my finger they always do a good job. Thanks again!

Went in around 7:30 pm with symptoms of a UTI. (That started just 30 minutes before) Very aggressive and painful. Thank goodness I didn’t have to wait long.Everyone from the front desk to the back was very helpful and pleasant. Even though they were 15 minutes late closing.I would recommend this urgent care facility.

Always clean, I saw pregnant secretery disinfecting areas constantly. I choose this place over any other... the only best place here in Jacksonville. Staff is always nice and professional.

Mary was great with my 4 year old. She had to be swabbed 3 times and Mary was a champ and was so patient. The aprn was very sweet.

Today i finally feel like I will get better, and i had a more in depth understanding with the Nurse practitioner...I feel like we just have to get to know each other better, Im always sick so Im quite sure it will happen!

Deshondra Ingram, NP was very thorough, attentive to my needs, and amazing today. She went above and beyond to help me with a new treatment plan as today’s visit was a follow up from last week. I feel more confident that my ailment will be healed quickly. Thank You Mrs. Ingram, NP.

The two receptionists this morning was very nice. I greeted as I walked in. The wait wasnt long at all. When called to the back The Nurse was nice & polite.

Waited three hours in my car after doing all the paperwork to be seen so no wont recommend this urgent recommend going to lonoke so much faster and more efficient

I usually am very pleased. However, on my last visit the doctor just kept saying I am not sure what to do or whats wrong with you. Then after awhile she said maybe you should go to ER. You have a sore throat and a sore ear. Maybe its the flu or some kind of bug. I just dont know what to do for you. I just dont know what is wrong with you. I have never just say I dont know. I paid her to say hmm... not sure. She didnt even offer anything for the throat and ear. Didnt even offer help with sleep. I havent been able to sleep for 3 days. If she will be there full time, I am changing to a different primary care physician.

I always have an amazing experience at this Urgent care. My time is valuable to the staff, and always feel cared for and heard. The care I receive is always exemplary.

Had to take my 1 year old for running fever. They accept ARKids with a referral from your PCP. I just called my pediatrician and asked them to fax one over it was no big deal. The service here was super fast. They were very nice. Listened to my concerns, had a diagnosis, a rx and we were out the door so my baby could go home and rest. We will use them again in the future if need be.

Were very helpful and were able to see me when my primary care physician wasnt.

Tina is/was the most understanding,caring, gentle and thorough nurse Ive ever had in my past 41 years.

There was an extensive waiting time, but OVERALL very great experience and the nursing staff definitely show you that they care!

The nurse practitioner was very kind and helpful. She gave me some tips on how to save on the medication without insurance, which was much appreciated, and she helped me figure out what the heck was going on with my face rash.

Everything is great except the triage guy. He is not a nurse, and you can tell. Other than that, this place is 10x better than most doctors offices in the area.

In and out quickly with my health issue taken care of, no waiting all day to see a health care professional, Im very happy with the service I was provided and will use Urgent Care in Jacksonville if needed in the future.

Took awhile to see someone. Worth the wait to get medicine prescribed.

I went to the urgent care in Jacksonville and was seen by a really nice NP. She prescribed me some meds and did a COVID test on me. If the results were negative she would send a prescription for antibiotics to my pharmacy. The results came back negative after a two day waiting period, but no prescription was sent to my pharmacy. When I went to the urgent care to see what happened and to try and get someone, anyone to send the prescription for my sinus infection I was told that she was not in and they didn’t know when she would be there again because she was filling in. They told me no one in the clinic could right me a prescription unless I was seen again and paid another copay. I ended up leaving with no prescription and no real help. I will not be going there again.

All the staff were very nice and sympathetic to my needs.

Used the hold my spot feature since I’m having symptoms of COVID. I called to let them know I’m in the parking lot (As I was instructed to do), but was put on hold twice for more than 20 minutes. I guess they would rather people with symptoms come INTO the clinic to check in.Update: The nurse was extremely nice and did my testing right at my car. The front desk just needs some work.Final update: I received a call today about my 3 star review and was informed the front desk staff would be trained more on multitasking (something very valuable in a medical practice). I appreciate the follow up and will definitely give them another shot next time I’m in need of urgent care.

I logged onto their website, followed their instructions to schedule an appointment/hold my spot, filled out the registration paperwork. I arrived in enough time before my appointment, but the front desk secretary had me fill out forms that I filled out online. I informed her of the redundancy, and she stated, Our systems arent communicating with the online system. Sorry. Annoyed. I filled out the paperwork and provided my insurance cards. However, after waiting 30+ minutes, I asked if my appointment time was overlooked, and the front desk secretary states, Its not really a hold a spot/appointment... it just depends on how many people are in the back. So what the hell do you have the the reserve option on your website for? Complete and total misinformation. Totally unprofessional. I left. I would not recommend this Urgent Care, especially if you were under the assumption that you could reserve a time as their website states. Baptist Health, update your website with accurate information. What a waste.

Decent experience for a walk-in. The wait was over an hour. The receptionist was obviously overwhelmed with a notable attitude but it was all business when I got to the back. Quick vitals and xray, comparatively short wait for the doc. Always better than an ER!

This urgent care was very clean. Infection control oriented with masks available, if needed, and hand sanitizer everywhere. I was seen quickly. Everyone was professional. Thanks especially to NP Seth. He did a great job! I would definitely go there again!

Came in for a fall hurt my ankle and got me in took xray and I went in a room and a hour later I still waiting on the dr I ask them they said I could leave and they call me .so I never know if I broke or sprain . I hear the out the door laughing and jokeing it not funny its sad.worst experience ever ....what make it worst it no one was here in the parking lot nothing .guess this is the standard that they set at the home office .they used to be the best now..just sad and hurt...
