No compassion, little to no assistance in getting into ambulance, terrible driving, rude, lied to ER staff about taking vitals

Would give less stars if it would let me because of the fact they refused to take my fiancé to the er when he needed it they also would not take me when I heard a loud crack in my ribs

I just wanted to say that my friend that works on EMS and Onslow County he does an excellent job

0☆- While I was out of the state working my wife called me in terror. A snake was in the laundry room. My response was to get the kids(7yo, 18mo, and 3mo)out the house and call 911. Their response was thats not an emergency and the Animal Control dont handle this type of situation. The lesson I learned from this, just let the wife use the shotgun. Then if the cops show up because someone reported a gunshot, just respond their is no emergency here.

We were evacuating residents at Onslow House yesterday morning and had a 911 call for one of them. It took about 20 minutes and when they arrived there was no lights, the passenger was packing away her lunch and both took their time getting to the resident. I hope no one ever dies because they took their time
