Dr. Ault is my doctor and has been for years. Today had to take my husband to urgent care. (Holly Thompson the nurse practitioner) She was wonderful, thorough and works with those who dont have insurance.

Fast, friendly, and knowledgable staff. I definitely recommend this urgent care facility.

Family First clinic is wonderful- quick and efficient service and a caring staff. So thankful to have them in Jacksonville. COVID testing was convenient and the clinic on Saturdays is great.

I have only ever had excellent experiences at Family First Clinic and Urgent Care. Dr. Ault and Dr. McInnis care about their patients.

I went in for back pain/sciatica and they were very helpful. Even took care of my daughter while I had a xray done. I highly recommend this UC!!

They were extremely nice and answered our concerns about testing positive with COVID-19. It was so nice to be able to wait in the comfort of our car especially since we didn’t feel well. Definitely recommend this place!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Ive been going to this clinic for several years without any complaints, so to speak. But today I have a complaint. Hard as it is to get medical attention during these trying times, I got turned away from the Er. Because of no insurance or cash. My wife and I have been surviving off her income alone,as I havent worked since this pandemic began. My bp is high and now I dont know where to turn.

This place is charging 100 dollars for a covid19 test. Pretty sure the government is paying for them as we are supposed to be receiving free test. So I will be reporting this to local and state officials. Feel like we are being scammed.

Greedy. Need appt for refills after 2 years of taking them. No concern for actual health, gotta get that money for office visit to make up form revenues lost during covid. Do not recommend.

Went in because of posion sumac on my hands and neck....hands in severe pain..swollen..no. Rest for 2 days..told them about the pain.. expecting a steroid shot..but due to high blood pressure they would not do anything..but charged me 100 dollars..place is filthy..ran down..havnt been there in about 3 years...will never go back....posted a pic of 1 hand..most people realize pain causes high blood pressure.

They do not know what is going on Office staff running around front some with mask most do not have. NP clueless I will never ever use these people again.

Friendly staff LOVE the doctors. Everyone of them go above and beyond to help you get whatever is needed. You very rarely have to wait very long to get seen. If you DONT have insurance you DO have to pay up front but its not a ridiculously high price. Its starts at 110$. IF the Dr cant help you they do give part of it back. Well they have us anyway.

Horrible place. I called before hand and explained exactly what I needed. I get there pay the money get to the back waiting for the doctor and when she comes in she tells me they can’t help me and could refer me to someone else.the people are liars and it’s filthy inside

The best clinic/urgent care on this side of the Mississippi river. Absolutely superb.

Theyre making you wear a mask to go in to make an appointment but yet the front end receptionist is coughing will she hands you a mask to wear.

Says hrs are until 6pm on Friday. Drove in from Neches and arrived at 5:40. Ghost town. Dark and locked up. No sign posted that they were closing early. Awesome. Not!!

Be sure to keep up with your receipts. The level of my office visit was changed ($10 more) after I paid for service and my payment for labs was not accounted for. They sent my account off to collections after only receiving one bill. When I called I was told I was send 3 notices by one person and over 15 notices by another. I was also told it had been too long for them to look into the charges. Someone is pocketing money and it’s unethical to change the price of an office visit once you’ve paid for service. Don’t expect a call back from your doctor either.

I love Dr Mcinnis and his approach to my care. I love that they are an independent clinic and care more about patients. Highly recommend

When you call at 11 am and then have to call back at 4:40 and still no one responds.... There is something wrong. I dont recommend them at this point.....

I am overwhelmed by the care I have received the past 3 days. Ms. McInnis not only showed her concern for my health but also my petsonal issues. Her bedside manner was outstanding.Thank You Urgent Care for being located in Jacksonville TX!

Doctors are great but if you get your labs done be prepared to wait weeks. Does no good how many times you call to check

I am grateful to Dr. Ault and Dr. McInnis for taking a risk and breaking away from the two huge hospital systems to bring an independent physician office to our community. This has provided the residents of Jacksonville and surrounding towns more options for care and more affordable care for the uninsured. Thank you Family First!

Overall I like the clinic, the people & the prices. (Im self pay). But any appointment that Ive recently set has had to be rescheduled by them saying the doctor wasnt going to be in or there was an error in the set appt time/date. I drive from Tyler to Jacksonville and got caught up in traffic. I called them and said Id be 13-15 mins late, they said Id have to r/s. So just set up a new appt for the next week, that same afternoon they called me & stated that appt was made in error and Ill have to change the appt date. Now Im having to take off work for my appt thats out of town. Like I said above, overall, I do really like this clinic and the services they provide. Just frustrated that 13 mins late will set their whole day off so I have to r/s. I deal with appts at my job & we always do our best to squeeze someone in if their running behind because we know how life happens sometimes.If I could do a 3.5 star, I would because I overall like the facility.
