Alive credit union is very deceptive and unprofessional. They do not tell you about all of their ridiculous fees and charges, and their interest rates border on unethical. I have had much more professional, honest service at other institutions. Stay away from this place.

Their ATM outside says a $3.00 fee but it charged me $4.50. I wouldnt have even stopped by if PayPal didnt say it was a MoneyPass supported ATM.You are liars and thieves and I hope a lot of people see this and dont bother.

Been banking here for several years back when they were still HCCU. Very pleasant and courteous staff, speedy service. Im never disappointed whenever I visit.

The reps were very NICE and Informative.
