My experience is how concerned they are about how you feel about your business and accounts my driving license had expired. I couldnt get my license renewed because of Covid. I needed to have a document notarized for court that day, I was told they needed a valid I.D., I was upset, but as I was leaving they called be back and told me that a representative knew me personally by working on some banking issues for me, she stepped up for me when she overheard me talking, she signed my document as personally knowing me, I went to court, and because of her expertise and concern for me, as a customer I went to court with proper documentation and was awarded what I was seeking legally. Thank you from my heart. I will ALWAYS be a customer/client, Vystar changed my life for the forever. Thank you!!!

I hate leaving a bad review on anyone but this Northside branch needs some serious labor help. I have never sat in drive thru for less than 35 mins. The longest I have been in drive thru is almost an hour. Today Im sitting in line about 5 cars back, Ive been here for 28 mins already and only one car has moved in my line. There are 3 other lines with 6 to 7 cars in those lines as well.Update. I stayed in line for about 42 mins or so. If there were any other branch closer I would def use that one. Good grief Vystar. Get this bank some employees.

Mrs. Martine Filling is so very professional, very friendly, and very helpful. She was so pleasant when I watched her work her another customer, that I hope she would be the one to wait on me; and THANK GOD, SHE WAS!!!She gave me confidence that everything was coming together with this account and I was able to start to relax.She needs a raise and a new promotion!!!

I have done my banking needs with VyStar and my most memorable experience is with Lisa Lash-Lance. Lisa is the only one that I want to do my banking needs with she very detailed and passionate about her job. Lisa always very direct and to the point about my business needs with VyStar.Everyone I have referred to Lisa has nothing but good things to say about her services.

My experience at Northside Vystar Credit Union was very professional. Lisa Lash-Lance was the person handling my concerns. Lisa demeanor was warm, considerate, plus she was a caring person. She explain my situation in detail that was understandable to me.

By far the worst place that I have ever taken a check to deposit into my account. For a credit union performing a task such as this should be no problem. They deposit the check and a week later say that the Corporation who wrote the check had insufficient funds. Lying in my face. It was their mistake that caused my account to get penalized. They never processed the check properly. Supervisor is too chicken to even come out and apologize.So, If you keep your money here, double check everything when you deal with Teller #8402. She is still wet behind the ears.

Went to this location as advised by the Customer Service Rep to obtain a debit card. Proceeded to ask the front clerk for a card and was told they were out of supplies for the machine; when asked if the supplies will be available tomorrow recieved ATTITUDE and was told to go to the Oceanway branch. Based on the negative response I requested someone else to speak with; the Banker that graced my presence stated the machine was down and not sure when will be back up and if I wanted a card prior to the 7 business day mail option from Customer service; I would need to go to the alternate branch. No care or concern for my going Valentines Weekend without access to my account. This is by far the worst banking experience ever. Thank God for the Oceanway branch which stated they sent cards for the Dunn Ave site. These transactions allowed me to realize this is a branch that lies when need to.

Im getting really tired of the periodic issues that happen at Vystar. There is ALWAYS a system issue of some kind, be it the debit cards arent working, ATMs not working, issues with third party vendors. Its getting really frustrating and incredibly ridiculous. The customer service is pretty good, but service is also very slow. I just want Vystar to get it together!

Ive never really had any issues with this bank. They answer when I call or if they dont I just wait a little bit and try again. They are a very busy branch so I understand when they dont answer right away. When I go in they are always helpful and solve my issues that day. Vystar is a great credit union and I have all my accounts with them including my vehicle loan.

I have been a member of Vystar for more than a decade and I have no gripes! Customer service at this location is exceptional! Each team member has a pleasant attitude and the VP of the branch is always welcoming!Even on the busier days like Fridays and the first of the month, I have always been able to count on a friendly smile and superb assistance.Plus, the hours of operation are very convenient! Being able to count on Vystar to be open until 6:00PM on Fridays and 3:00PM on Saturdays is a relief when traffic is unbearable!Lastly, I have always felt like a valued customer and my kids do as well. My son and daughter also joined the Vystar team five or six years ago as well. 🤗

I was having issues with my card being charged by geico. I spoke with a customer service representative who told me to go to the dunns branch. They Hispanic lady with the long long hair, I wish I would of gotten her name was absolutely no help and a waste of the company. I got better help from customer service representative who actually cared and helped me. When those charges were taken out of my account by geico she help me get a credit to my account so I didn’t have to worry about paying my car note. I didn’t get her name I wish I did so I could shout her out for her amazing support today. For her I still am a member. Thank you 😊

Vystar don’t care about your money a fraud was done too my account i thought they call you when it’s done but I thought wrong I report it they say they was going to solve it I ask for them to show me the videos so I can see who it was they told me they couldn’t so told I called vystar to see if they resolve the problem they told me hits my lost and they can’t do nothing about it so basically all my money I work hard for to take care me and my child is gone I can’t get it back and y’all just don’t care and I have been with vystar since I was 12 I’m now 26 they the worst bank ever and they don’t care about your money or your loyalty

When working for the telephone company, I had an account at Bank of America. Went in one day to get a small withdrawal and was charged a teller fee. When I questioned it, they said, We will remove it for you just this time. How arrogant! My money which they make finance charges off of when it is used for a loan to someone else, yet they want to charge me for having it in there. No! Promptly told them, Well I will remove it all, and I did, including a larger separate account the teller wasnt aware of. Put it in Jaxy Navy, which is now Vystar and have been happy ever since.Oh yes, that Bank of America branch manager called me the next day, it was tooooo late. Will never deal with a regular bank again.
