Terri Morris Relationship specialistShe helped me with refinancing my car. She took the time two help me with financing step-by-step. She went above and beyond Call of duty to even help me try to get a loan to possibly trade my car in to get a newer one. She was there every step of the way and made a process very easy. Everyone at that branch has always been friendly and courteous and very helpful anytime I have been there. Definitely recommend this branch for all Vystar members

I closed my account months ago and due to a glitch in their system Vystar continued to send a check from the closed account through bill pay to my mortgage company. I had made several trips to the bates Bartram branch and was told to call, go online or several other directives to resolve the issue, all of which were futile. Dusky I came in and demanded a manager. After a good wait the assistant came out and said it was resolved. I asked for a letter and received one dated over a year prior as the date written and stated had a date that I closed the account listed as months after I closed the account. For a financial institution it is scary how inaccurate they can be. Beware!

Junior Johnson was professional, cordial and timely in management of my financial needs! He took time to ensure all business dealings were handled with attentiveness and follow through. Janice, another representative at this facility, is a measure of continual professionalism and politeness. She is mindful in her interactions and personable when she meets and greets customers. Both reps are efficient at their workplace endeavors!!

While the customer service is fine, the drive thru is not. If you go there, plan to get delayed by at least 20 min. I don’t know what’s going on with this branch if they’re understaffed or just not qualified employees but since they’ve opened I’ve been going there and still the same issue.And I’ve been with Vystar for 10 years. “Thank you for your patience” they say, like I have nothing else to do!!

This has got to be slowest VyStar EVER. If you’re not the first in line to send your stuff up, you’re waiting 20+ minutes just to get up there. We are the second car in line and have been waiting for almost 30 minutes just to get up there…I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes just go to the one on San Jose instead of dealing with this unorganized branch.

I went into this branch on a Saturday afternoon four minutes before closing to finish up my paperwork on an auto loan. Junior was the person who assisted me and he was awesome!!! He was very kind, patient, and informative about the process and not once did he rush me. He stayed at least 30minutes after closing to assist me while his counterparts were already finish. The young man provided an excellent customer service experience, and I am thankful Vystar has workers as such.

I coming 15 times for security credit card and they dont give a anythings. We are feeling vystar bank dont like the new immigrants. We dont want to 2k credit card. Security card we put down money. How we can start life in Amerika without credit score. We are feeling so sad. Just american people bank . Not going other ethics 😭

Vanessa was the most amazing help to my 18 year old UF college student! My daughter had $1200 taken out of her account by a scam. Vanessa made endless phone calls on her behalf to fix the errors, took many hours of her time, and made sure it was all credited back to her account. She even took the time to call her and let her know it was all fixed.This is why my family has all of our money with Vystar; the people like Vanessa!

Awesome bank and even greater employees. I got there at 5:50 and told them need to deposit $20 to make total for rent....they said no problem pull around at the drive thru!!! And they close at 5:00 pm

Maria R. was very helpful and kind with my transaction. The staff is really nice and they make me proud to be a VyStar member. My only suggestion is to have a sign that symbolizes where the queue starts, but the staff had no problem greeting members upon entry and guiding them to the right spot.

I was approved for a cash back credit card, waited in the drive thru line for 25 min. Called the branch and asked them if I could come to the front and have someone run it out to me, they said yes. Which was awesome because I assumed my wait would be over. But no! I waited in the front of the branch for 30 more minutes! I watched everyone that was waiting in the drive thru leave. I called again to see if it was printed yet and they said it is printing right now. I still had to wait!!! UGH!!! get some more workers at this branch!!! 50 minutes so far. Geez

I walked in wanting to refinance my auto loan and was greeted by very friendly, knowledgeable staff members! i was unsure about the entire process but brandon, the member relationship specialist, talked me through it and answered all of my questions/concerns. brandon was a very hardworking genuine employee who made me feel like he truly cared about my financial situation! i’m so happy i’m now banking with vystar and it’s all thanks to this location!

I love Vystar Credit Union and have been their happy member for 30 years. This review is for the Bartram branch only. When I arrived at the Bartram branch, I was greeted with enthusiasm and prompt service. However, when I asked an employee to help me solve a problem with my account, she said she could not help me make the necessary changes and their policy required that I go online and make the changes myself. I was persistent in asking for help but still told the same thing over and over. Shocked and in disbelief, I immediately left drove to the Baymeadows branch. At this branch, all my changes were made quickly and professionally as I sat at the table. I discovered it was NOT Vystars policy that I had to go online and take care of these changes myself. I believe the incident at Bartram was likely a training issue, not an unwillingness to help. However, I will be giving the Baymeadows branch FIVE stars!

Having been to numerous VyStar‘s including this one in my Corvette, I have never encountered this problem .... they said they could not see me through the drive up window and in spite of having my drivers license they would not give me any cash back. I had to drive around to the front of the building and then someone came out with a security officer to see if I was who I said I was. This was humiliating and embarrassing. Will go out of my way to go to another branch from now on.
