They have horrible customer service. The nurses see you coming to ask a question and they walk off. total disrespect.

They are terrible. Will not give notice till its too late for anything. Employees gave the seniors citizens covid during pandemic because no one was allowed to visit their family here.. so sad honestly.. 0 stars honestly

I cant even give this place 1 star but I cant submit unless I do!!!! When I was searching for a Medicaid Pending Bed for my mom, I was given information on several places and I went to visit 2 of them. This place happens to be 1 of them. I sent a message on the website on a Friday night that I was interested in moving my mom there from Pathways Memory Care. I met with Rita who gave me a tour of the place, well everything but the memory care area. I was told they have all these fabulous activities that the residents do, I was shown the activity area, the dining area, the rooms and I was introduced to the Director of Nursing, Director of Activities, Admissions Coordinator, etc. I thought it would be a good fit for my mom, but now I know, I WAS WRONG!!!! I go there every other day to visit with my mom, she is in an area with people who are much worse than my mom, nurses that arent doing ANYTHING but standing around and just an all around COLD place. When I ask my mom what kind of activities they have, all she can talk about is the exercise area which she loves. They dont do ANYTHING with the residents, hell, they dont even have TVs in the rooms! Brought my own to put in my moms room and the cable service sucks, cant get the TV to work right. Last night my brother called me and said mom was complaining about how cold it always is in her room and he said her bathroom had not been cleaned in who knows when! I went there and told the nurse what the problems were and all they could say was they would get maintenance. When I left, her room was still like an icebox, nothing had been done about her bathroom and once again, the nurses were just standing around. As soon as I get her out of this place, I am. Praying for Medicaid approval.

This is a poor excuse for a SNF. My Mom stayed dirty and Nobody was really helpful. The worst experience of our families life.

I had to give it one star because it doesnt have the choice for 0 or negative stars. This is the saddest place I have visited. So much employees going around, looking busy. But none of them were actually with a patient. Some in there office, some in the counter or by a computer. Dirty floors, stench of urine everywhere, as well as wheelchair patients that when you walk by the smelled like poop. Sad faces everywhere, like they were invisible. Asking for help, with no answer.

My mother transitioned into NW last week for long term care and the people at this facility made that experience a little less trying. Everyone is working as a team to get to know mom and her needs. From the first time I visited this place it has felt like home.

Its a very cozy facility. Some nursing homes are newer and more polished but lack the quality of care Ive seen in this building. Its not perfect, but Id like to come here if I need rehab or total care.

I live here and they do not take care of people. They mess up on meds. The food stinks. If you put your light on it will stay on for a very long time. I only stayed because my insrance told me to stay until they have time to get my home equipment. I would not put my worse enemy here.

I just dont understand people that enter into this type of career (Customer Care) but dont give a damn about the patients. The RNs put everything on the CNAs. The CNAs put it back on the RNs, In the meantime the patient is suffering, sitting in Piss and feces, developing rashes because they are not kept clean. Flys flying all over the the facilities. This place is a mess! 😠😠😠

Worst place to ever put your family members or to work , if youre planning on working here i advise you to work somewhere else

This place is horrible! I hate the fact that we had to put my grandmother here ! Ever since shes been in this place her condition has gotten worse !

It Stinks very bad in this place but the nurses take care of the patients but that smell is horrid.

My mother was just admitted here yesterday and I already want to move her.

To be honest this place does not deserve any star, the case manager including all employees except for one are so rude with bad attitude. If you dont like your job do something else case close. There communication is way off there job skills. I thought the hospital was worst but this place takes the cake.
