Awesome care with exceptional attention to the residents. Very clean and organized facility. Location is very close to one of the top hospitals in the Houston area. Easy access from main road but also has location in a residential area.

Yes my name is Thomas Gutierrez I was a resident there after my surgery on my leg the facility is not what it seems and this goes to all those who decide to leave their parents or loved ones there when you walk in the doors you see this big glamorous waiting area which is looks nice beautiful but me being a resident there its not all that it seems I couldnt wait to get out of there although the staff is good from Jasmine to my nurses Ms Angela Ms Chris to all the food service they are great the best is the people in therapy which is Eric which is marlin and the other girls they are terrific they give you the best therapy they lift your spirits up which is very good for the patients but I sat one day where the TV where the instructor is giving them Nick exercises when morning I went there alone and sat on the two seats where the big TV screens are and my God those seats smell like as if a dog yearned on them months I just didnt say anything cuz I didnt want to offend anybody but this is just my personal thoughts and opinions about the place they are patients that are screaming I mean its just not what it seems as soon as you go to the back of the where the rooms are all the way to the end you start smelling the smell of urine feces it smells bad but like I said the nursing the staff the all the staff and Im including everyone but they really have to get together with the chairman or somebody of the facility because its not all that it seems but like I said I give my hands I give kudos to the therapy people they are the best and I called him Eddie they were there for me and not just because I got to know them its like I said I got to know my nurses I got to know Miss Jasmine everyone they are all great its just the facility they need to open their eyes and make the patience not just a patience but the loved ones that go there take them for a tour all the way in the back in the evenings dont clean up make sure that theyre there like at night time when everybody is already gone to the homes and thinking that their loved ones are cared for which like I said Ive seen some of them old people on the floor or just sleeping in the hallway on the chairs not good I was there once I dont think I would go there again unless necessary my heart goes out to everyone there thank you very much

I was really pleased with the services provided from the facility! They went over and beyond to make sure my visit was nothing less then perfect! I couldn’t believe how well the housekeeper kept everything cleaned (which is really important due to COVID)I would recommend this place to anyone! I would give all 10’s to the housekeeping dept, nurses and CNAs; just the facility as a whole was awesome!! Very loving clean environment!!

If I could give this Facility a -1 stars I would.It shouldn’t take over an hour for a patient to receive some type of response from the staff when utilizing the call button.When I asked the nurse why is it taking so long for someone just to check on a patient, her response was, “ Well I’m new here this is my first time working with your father”This is truly unacceptable

This facility is always clean and smells GREAT, not that hospital odormost healthcare facilities have. Employees are all very attentive to theirresidents needs. If you have to be in a rehab or healthcare center, this is the best in the area.

My mom was here for short term care and the staffs were really nice. When I came in for a tour, the young lady was very nice and helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. I decided to choose this facility after talking to her and seeing the atmosphere. My mom needed therapy and I was very happy with her treatment. She was able to healed in a short time and go home with me. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Great facility with clean environment for patients.

I found the nurses to be quite lackadaisical toward care of my loved one. They found every excuse in the book not to take care of her daily personal hygiene needs....the basics of life...bathe, shampoo hair, brush teeth. Starting with she has rights too, and if she doesnt want to, we cant make her; to we tried to, but your loved one wouldnt allow us to help clean her up. Now mind you, my sister was in this facility for a REASON... she couldnt take care of herself on her own! She was impaired after several strokes and the caretakers in this facility let her lie in her bed day after day filthy. After being addressed in excess of approximately 19 times that my sister needed a regular routine and regular assistance with every day routines.....not just a quick fly-by when one of the nurses felt like it, we moved her out of this home.They med and bed their clients. NOT true involved, nurturing care.Additionally, if you choose this facility, watch their in-home pharmacy the pharmacy they use is in facility, however apparently they charge as if it were not accessible, and charge in excess of 10 times normal price. I never received a statement, or bill from this said pharmacy, then they phoned me at 8:00 one evening to let me know they were going to have to cut meds from my loved one for non-payment. Who does that??? No one!!

Employees are very sweet! I had a few concerns in the beginning and they were all resolved. My sister stayed at the facility for a couple of weeks and she even received a welcome kit! very welcoming! Staff are constantly checking up on her. Thank you for everything Legend Health Care

Great people with good hearts. Building is nice, smells good and has a great feel. Some stellar employees.

We blame the attitude of management for the death of my mother. She developed diarrhea and vomiting and for THREE DAYS we fought to try to get medication for her to no avail. There were a couple of aides who became like family and one nurse that was compassionate and loving. Food was HORRID! We family were there on a daily basis and still had problems. I cant imagine some of those precious elderly residents who didnt have anyone checking on them.

These people are excellent and treated my dad with the upmost respect and dignity. In fact they loved him and he loved them.

Terrible experience. The room AC didnt work and it took 3 days to move to a new room. Staff takes hours to respond to calls for help. My parent was not fed, did not get her medications and was left sitting in a soiled diaper for hours. Phone calls go unanswered. Requests are ignored. This facility needs to be investigated for elderly neglect.
