Brought my uncle in for his rehab therapy after his knee surgery.. the staff over there did an extraordinary job in comforting, healing and recovering him before time.Every facility has some glitches .. but the best part is all employees in the facility r problem solvers.Highly recommended for extra clinically complex cases..IF YOU LOVE YOUR LOVED ONE.. DONT COMPROMISE WITH THEIR HEALTH.Very happy and satisfied!

This place has great care an really try’s to make there residents feel safe and secure. Last month my family member was apart of their “Senior Prom” activity which was a hit and super fun! My loved one has now been discharged thanks to the rehab department, that’s so amazing. I would recommend my friends an other families to this place.

They are horrible. My grandpa felt worse after coming home from here.

No stars should be an option wish I could have taken my relative out of this facility. It was problems from the start, but we tried to give them a chance and, we’ll regret this decision for the rest of our life. It’s a shame that our healthcare system is failing the disable/ elderly. We send our relatives to these places, and some employee don’t care about them. I hope none of you have to be placed in homes or your relatives it’s a shame. If you can’t do the job you shouldn’t be in this field. You have to have compassion and you have to take your personal feelings out of the equation. If you have to place your family member here make sure you check on them continuously even that’s not a guarantee! Worse decision of my life!!!!

Professional people and very much keen to fix you.Never saw my aunt this relaxed and happy. She enjoys how everyone takes care of her.

Response to Fitzgerald or whatever your real name is,I am a patient here and IF you knew what you were spreading lies about you would be ashamed of yourself. These people work here for peanuts- and their checks often bounce. They continue to work here out of compassion for us. And unlike at other homes they genially care. Any theft or laziness would be handled by the DON or the administrator, which is why it is not being looked into, its not happening. Maybe your loved one has the beginnings of Alzheimers. I hate to tell you but you are barking up the wrong tree. Ms. Nancy is the hardest working cleaning lady, she goes above and beyond whats required, all the patients like her. Could it be that your jealous or prejudice? In my opinion she one of the bright spots in an otherwise dismal place.

Will not answer the phone when you try to call, ask about my own patient/family member and get told, it’s a HIPPA violation, except I care for the patient. Overall, not a good facility. Dirty facility, and dirtier staff.

Horrible Place!! My mother in law and my mother was in this location. They dropped my Mother in law who is wheel chair bond several times. My mothers blood sugar dropped really low at night and someone at the nurses station told her to find something to eat instead of providing her with some juice or other means to raise her blood sugar. Needless to say they were both moved out.

Yes checks do bounce back..that place is a circus full of clowns givn you false accusations ..but if youre African you get away with being rude to the resident telling them no to their face..administor doesnt care when you show her proves of residents being soakn wet but go tell her a false rumor shell believe that..state goes and gives so many red tags idk how that place is still open those of you with a bad experience their just know you can call state of texas and report any problems its called DADS

This place is the worst! Management included! No care whatsoever for the well-being of the patients. State needs to shut down this building and administration held liable for all their wrongdoing!! Corporate, Paragon, is sketchy as well, these people don’t even have a valid website! This is ridiculous! Zero stars if I could

I’m so disgusted by this place!! Not only is there issues with the main staff not caring for the patients but now having to deal with a housekeeper that is a thief is just awful.This woman named Nancy (housekeeper), is always in my relatives room and NOT there to clean either because every time I notice her she is walking around with no cleaning supplies just chit chatting not doing her job. My relative told us she saw this Nancy housekeeper going thru her things! So now, all of a sudden we have jewelry missing! Are you kidding me! Im sure going thru patients personal property is NOT part of housekeeping duties.Terrible!

Worst place ever to leave a family member!!!! Dont do it!!!!!Cant even speak to admin about an issue because they DO NOT care!!! All they do is sit around and gossip!! Ive seen this many times I have visited my father. This place needs to be reported to the City and shut down immediately!!!!!

I strongly do NOT recommend this facility to anyone. I had my family member here and the staff mistreated in every aspect. Call light was hardly ever answered. CNAs were rude and overall staff very unprofessional and did not gave the proper care as promised. The place is filthy, smelly, under staff always, lack of basic supplies, meds were never given on time, rooms dirty, walls have holes, rain water comes through the window seals, run down old building. Please i request to others if you care about your loved ones do NOTTTTTT choose this place.

Would give zero stars if I could!! Worst experience ever. No care for the patients whatsoever and that administrator really needs to change her sour and nasty attitude. So glad I didn’t decide on this place for my loved one.

Don’t work for them they bounce payroll checks.
