This place is horrible!! Not even one star!! Never send your love ones or worst enemy here!! My dad has been there less than a month and now is in the ICU on a ventilator. He is septic, dehydrated, malnutrition, open wounds, bed soars and a broken foot!! I personally witnessed them mistreating patients!!!

This was my first Cna job , and I moved around and now I’m coming back it’s not that bad!!!

This place is a joke!! You can fill out a job application , The next day you work. Theres no background being checked at all!! The supervisor runs everything! People that work there will help him lie! You call the supervisor, to let him know when you going to be out. And he text you. He also, tell your business to others. This man gets away with alot! They wonder why the ratings are so low! I could go on.. but take your chances!

I am giving Spring Branch Transitional Care Center 5 stars due to their level of care. My grandmother is currently residing there and was transferred from a different facility a few months ago. I have noticed a significant difference in my grandmothers mood and health. The staff are all so sweet to her, very attentive to her medical needs, and there are so much activities taking place that keeps my grandmother engaged and having fun. From our experience, I highly recommend Spring Branch Transitional Care Center!

My brother came to this home after staying at another home.He has only been here a few weeks, and I am very happy with my choice. This nursing home is much cleaner than the previous one, the food is good and all the residents on his floor have also told me they are happy here.Staff is nice and attentive and management is seen walking around checking on things.Thank you!

Excellent care! Staff is friendly and is always welcoming ! I have seen many changes and improvements being done! I am confident and grateful with the progress and direction the building is moving towards. Congrats spring branch ! I’m pleased to know bigger and better things are happening and can’t wait to see the final results !

My mother has been at this home for many years now. I have seen a lot of staff go by, but the team that is there now is very good. From the staff caring for the patients to the management I am very happy with the care. The food has greatly improved and the communication is excellent.

My mother fell and broke her hip in there. Then when her insurance no longer would cover they failed to notify me and tried to say we owed them. They dont bathe their patients. I have heard bad things abt pest and the water. The staff cant communicate well with the family at all.

This place is horrible. I wouldn’t take my dog there.

I know this facility for many years, and know few more I compare this one with other and I give 5 STARS to this one. the staff is not perfect but they do theirs best, and no ony that staff love the residents they get to know them about like it and dislike also you can see the hard work the DON and her team does, activity is great so is the food.

Have they fixed the 5 broken elevators and the roach infestation yet? Water comes out brown fromThe faucets. This place is a literal run down hostel. Never seen a more decrepit building still in business let ALONE for the sick/elderly. Sad.

Take your last breath care. This place dont even deserve a star. Save your family send them to a better place.

My dad was a resident here had to remove him from there. First roaches crawls not just on the residents at night but while feeding my dad there was one in his food. The restroom was a baby mouse hiding behind toliet. Lastly the workers are so busy on their phones its a hassale to get assistance when needed. The only time this place is ran right is when state is in the building

This place is trash. dont leave a love one here. the state needs to shut them down. you go in vertical and leave horizontal. they treat the residence bad.

A resident cussing in front of my kids and they dont do anything about that at all very poor not respectful and very rude not very understanding at all
