This Home gets no stars. Dirty, nasty, and employees are sorry and careless. I drove from the North Side of town to visit my loved one on Sunday. Room was nasty. Milk was dripping on the floor and looks 2 had been there all morning that should have been connect to her feeding tube. Nurses hadnt changed her or her bed. THIS FACILITY NEED 2 B SHUT DOWN ASAP. The very next day my Loved one had passed. Please if u have loved ones here. Remove them from this place. Im in so much pain. RIP GRANDMMA
The worst place to put your love one. The staff is lazy. Several timesI ask the nurse not to give my mother sleeping pills and they continue to give her sleeping pills. The ones that are not able to feed them selves. Dinner tray would be left untouch...food cold. I could go on and on.. ZERO STARS
Wasn’t a happy place to work Ghetto
Thank you for taking such great care of my mom, and always being there for our family.
The care was good, therapy was very good, financial department was an attrocity. The financial director Jackie lied at every turn paperwork turned in was lost and only the fact that the ESPN had the paperwork stopped them from committing further lies. They actually billed insurance they were never given nor authorized to bill. As well they attempted to bill our family $23,000 when they were paid in full by Medicare and Medicaide. Only recorded phone calls prevented them lying about other matters. The La Hacienda is good the financial department is very bad, we are pursuing legal criminal charges for insurance fraud and billing fraud.
I applied for a job so the seniors would be taking care of, I got discriminated on and gotten the run around, do not put your family members in that facility. Its not worth the hype they do have find a better place for residency, your family member deserves better care
It is a nursing that cares for the elderly and sick. It is clean
Poor service tried to rip off our insurance company and we have reported them to hpd & the Harris county courts
I would give ZERO star
