I went to Amerejuve 10/1 for a facial and I had such an incredible experience. My appointment was with Andrea G. and I must say I had never had a facial with someone as dedicated and thorough as she is. She took her time and simply made my time there special - really went above and beyond any expectation I could have possibly had. I even asked her if I could have her manager’s email to send a personal note about her service and she was so modest she said there was no need. I had been postponing my appointment for months due to being too busy but after this experience, I am looking forward to going back. She is a gem!!!

This place is very poorly run. I had a scheduled appointment and the day before Erica called me to say the technician for what was to be the first of a series of treatments was not available and they would have to reschedule. It was an inconvenience but no big deal, these things happen. I rescheduled for the following week. She informed me that the first of the treatments would be complimentary due to the inconvenience. Great, I thought. When I arrived today for my first treatment the office manager said that was incorrect and they do not offer complimentary treatments since she could lose her license. She asked who had told me that, and when I informed her who it was she rolled her eyes. Needless to say, I decided against having the treatments there. Id rather spend my money at someplace that doesnt randomly have their techs not show up and misinforms their customers, or at least offers to stand by their promises.

If your wanting to get laser hair removal done then you have to go to Stephanie at Shepherd!!! She really cares about her clients and their results. Shes very detailed and gets every last hair. Plus she makes you feel very very comfortable throughout the whole process. Laser used to hurt so much that I was debating doing another treatment until I found Stephanie and her magic numbing cream. Now laser is super easy, painless, and I actually look forward to my appointments. Come to Shepherd and see Stephanie and I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!

Have nothing but amazing things to say about Amerejuve Shepherd location. First of all the customer service is at its best. They go above and beyond for you, always attentive and caring. Super amazing people and look forward to visiting them every time! Andrea is my favorite girl! She knows what she is doing and always has a smile on her face. Seriously, they treat you as if they have known you forever! It is located in a shopping center with so much around. I usually make my appointments in time to enjoy lunch/brunch around the area without having to drive for much. If there is one location I always recommend, it is Amerejuve Shepherd!

Got the Vela shape treatment from groupon from my husband and went for 2 treatments already. Both times with Erica and she was really awesome. Super friendly and helpful. She made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole procedure both times!

She made me feel so comfortable that I followed her there.. yes it’s a bit further but it’s well worth it!! Always a great conversations with her!!! Went to the river oaks location at first but got a weird vibe so I came to this location instead. Andrea from the Shepherd Amerjuve was great! She made me feel relaxed and the conversation wasn’t forced. Highly recommend this spa over the others.

First time at a med spa and was there for a microdermabrasion facial. Andrea was the tech and she was excellent. She explained the process to me as she was doing it and took extra time to teach me how to care for my skin. The receptionist was welcoming and the facility was clean, relaxing, and an overall enjoyable experience. Will definitively head back for future services.

Customer service was good very friendly (that’s why I’m giving 3) but didn’t see any major results after my 6 laser hair removal treatments && I’m pale with dark hair thought I’d be good with just a few sessions. Waste of money to me...

I LOVE STEPHANIE! Ive done laser treatments at so many different places in Houston, from doctors office in the medical center to even other locations of Amerejuve. Ive never gotten a better results until I met her! I followed her from Memorial location to Shepherd location, and if she moves I will follow her wherever she goes! She takes her time and make you feel youre her only client. She knows what she is doing, for instant once I went to her during summer time and my skin was a bit darker due to sun tanning and she said I dont wanna wate your time or money youre not gonna get a good result you need to reschulde. I respect that! If you wanna get the BEST result and someone that cares ask for Stephanie!!!
