OMG! Been coming here for over a year now and What can I said! I love the service, the treatments I get I’ve seen so much results specially the peels and Body contouring. I feel so exited every time I have my appointment as I feel like a queen, the staff it’s so friendly and the owner Lillibeth always come and ask how was everything, she really puts attention to details. I really recommend this please I will not changed it for anything in the world! It’s feels like heaven on earth to me! 😘🌹

I ordered a Body shape on Dec 7 and received it on Dec 22. I returned it after using it twice because was ripping and it took me again a couple of weeks in receiving the new body shape . and when I Finally received it, it wasnt that body shape I was ordered from the beginning that cost me 162 dollars , and when I call them the lady at the reception was very rude I asked her if i could talk to her supervisor and rudely told me that as soon as they received the body shape back they would return my money. Pay attention on this !!! when you return something by mail They give you a tracking number with which you can keep an eye on your package and know where it is. the tracking number said that they had already been delivered to DC medical spa and I spoke to them again to know when they would be Able to return my money and they told me that they had not received anything . that the package never arrived they did this to not give me my money back

If I could give 0 starts I would . I waited over an hour to be helped . To start off they double booked me with someone else. People would walk in the office after me and they would get Attended before me . They finally took me to the back and left me waiting in a room for over 20-25 mins so Sandra can give me a price . Worse customer service I’ve received . Hands down worst med spa I’ve been to .

I would give this location no stars if it was an option. My daughter had an appointment on Saturday at 1 PM. I called Friday to see if they had a opening earlier in the day but they didnt so I said fine, we will see you at 1 PM. Right after I got off the phone, I received a text message wanting confirmation of our appointment and since I had just hung up the phone I did not respond. We should up Saturday @ 12:40 and the place was closed! Doors locked lights off. I called this morning to see why they were closed and I was told because I did not respond to a text message. I guess we live in a day and age that verbal communication dose not count any longer. I did not reschedule her appointment and will not ever go back. If you make an appointment, you better answer your text or you will be standing outside a locked door as well.

I have been going to DC Medical Spa since May and I truly only experienced excellent service. I completed the Lipo Laser and loved the results brought another set for my back. Will return soon.

They had an event in April with specials and my mom decided to get Botox since it was offered at $10 a unit.Let me just say she has been receiving Botox for about 3 years and we had never tried DC Medical spa before.First red flag : The doctor who was administering the Botox was not really focused and was texting during the consultation.After the procedure there was a bevel in the skin where it was swollen as soon as he finished.It is normal to have bruising but not for 2 weeks !After the 2 weeks there was no effect what so ever, it as is the Botox that was used could have been a knock off.I called and spoke to the Manager/owner lillybeth and asked her for the name and NPI of the doctor doing the procedure and she said she didnt have this and she would have to call and ask him!!!??How do you run an office where their is medical treatment involved and dont even know the NPI number of the doctor administrating treatment to the patients??She gave me money back and asked to go by the office and as we picked this up there was a group of 3 women picking up money as well for a refund and they also said they would never go there again.BEWARE of any medical treatment by the DR. as far as any other service I can not speak for.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I paid in advance for services, $700.00!. When I went to the appointment, the esthetician (the owner Lilabeth) had gone out of the country and no one had even contacted me. The next time I had the appointment, I was called THAT day saying they were out of Botox. I tried one more time and she had ONCE AGAIN gone out of the country. When I asked for a refund, I was told it had been mailed and this was on three different occasions. That was over a month ago and still no check. Hmmmm

I just want to say it has been a great experience, i have done Botox there for my 50th bday and being a man going to a place like that made me nerves but Lilia and staff made me feel very comfortable, now for my 52nd bday im doing Lipo laser on my abs and love handles, I stay in really good shape but could not lose the love handles and the lose skin from age, im in my 4th week of treatments and down 4 no more love handles and a nice 6 pack! i love the tightness of my skin something i could not get with diet and exercise!! they doing a great job.Everyone was super friendly, and super helpful i would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I gave it a 5 star because they really deserve it for the fantastic job they did.Tom Z

I dont even know where to begin...I went in for a procedure as a first time client and will never EVER return to this place ever again.I got my lips injected with juvederm plus or so I was told it was and come to find out that I have been completely botched. I come to tell them that I was extremely unhappy with the results and want a reversal of this and Lilibeth denied to reverse my procudure. It gets better I demanded for my medical file and she was beyond rude and did not give it to me said that I need a release form of some sort. Not only the problem but I have taken pictures of everything and I have pictures of my procedure and everything from her certifications and above.I went to two different places to get second opinions and they told me that juvederm is not meant for the lips as it carries too much volume for the lips.Lastly, I will public blast this clinic on every social media wesbsite with Lilibeth and her staff. I also will be having my lawyer contact them. If any of you think about going to this spa for any services I would definitely think twice!

Two years ago I had a facial and after this my pores were super dilated, when I asked them why my face had been like that they told me it was because it was very clean and that is why they had remained like that, I told them that all my life I had done facials and it is the first time that this happened and his response was to sell me another package to close the pores, they are scammers, they damage one thing and then sell you another to fix it, I do not recommend this place at all, the same thing happened to my sister

I got a laser depilation and lightening treatment, they told me that there were 6 sessions, I only did half, because in none of the 3 that I did, I noticed changes, apart from that, the employees are very pedantic and lilibeth, who is the owner or not. because serca gets to talk to her clients, she doesnt even show her face .. I recommended the place after my first assignment and the same thing happened to my friend .... she had 6 waxing sessions and they told her that the beauty would not come out anymore and it was the same is still beautiful in the place that was treated ... I do not recommend this place
