Outstanding first time massage! The experience was amazing and rejuvenating! Had to remove a star due to the fact that the locker room experience is a bit confusing and it took the staff a while (20+ minutes) to assist me whenever I got locked out of my locker. Also, I got a call from Milk and Honey without a voicemail during my drive back home...I ended up driving back to the Milk and Honey location since I couldnt call them back directly. Someone from corporate ended up telling me they accidentally called me for no reason.

Milk and honey is such a good place to get pampered. It’s cozy, beautiful and their service is great.

The treatment options were fantasmic.The facility itself is lovely, amenities are clean and really nice. Front desk, an amazing set of ladies -- especially Taylor* (hoping that I remembered her name correctly).My Spa Partisan treatment with Betsy was great. She was super attentive, informative and I really liked the service. Will need to be back for a facial!

Young hair stylists managed by young managers who need much more training! I was made to feel like less than a third class citizen at a place I - used to - spend a lot of money. When a client is upset because her appointment was scheduled incorrectly, and then she asks to see her formula because she might want to change it, thats not grounds for being so upset that you refuse to finish the appointment! Wow. Yes my stylist refuse to finish the appointment, washing the color out. Milk n honey you need to train your stylists to bear with it when clients are not happy. And to not go running to Mama for the least little things. I was blown away by the unprofessionalism. I would understand it, if a client was yelling or making insulting comments, it was nothing of the sort, never raised my voice. And this was a client who has been there many times. Not only did the immature stylist apply the color so fast to my head it felt like Morse code. I get the wrong hair color and was abandoned by my stylist. I needed her help I wanted to make sure I had the right color I had questions etc. After sitting there processing my hair color I was approached by a manager followed by another person with a clipboard writing down everything that I was saying...OK thats not awkward. Whats worse person with the clipboard started challenging me saying that what I was saying was not correct. Well of course youre going to believe your employee, Lord knows what that snowflake said. What a bizarre experience.

First of all, I love how early this place open.I was there this morning for a massage with Shannon. The massage was great. Very good communication between the therapist and I, she really helped me with my concerns and resolved the problem.I had been to milk and honey a couple of times for facial and massage services. The place is quite, bright, and beautiful. My experience has been great so far.

Review Update* Cherilyn (Concierge Service Manager) took some time to discuss the debacle that took place. She was extremely understanding that this turn of events would have been extremely frustrating for anyone to go through and could not apologize enough. At the end of the day they are working through some obstacles with implementing a new system, and after our discussion I am confident they will have some additional measures in place to avoid this type of experience from happening to myself and future patrons. Hats off to Cherilyn and her concierge team!1 star is generous, if 0 stars was an option this is exactly what Milk & Honey deserves. I have sympathy for company/employees when they are implementing a new processing system, because issues are inevitable. However after 6 phone calls and multiple changes to a reservation, you would think everything would be ironed out. Well a week later the spa day has arrived, and much to my surprise nothing was handled correctly. For anyone trying to surprise a significant other with a spa day and pay for it in advance, don’t waste your time here. Absolutely terrible service, and the whole process with having to call into a concierge call center and being the 17th, 23rd, 31st person in the queue gets real old when they can not seem to figure out scheduling a surprise visit within their own system. Let’s not forget, not following through with emails for intake forms, or verifying the appropriate appointment details. On the bright side, I was informed that the actual massage was extremely enjoyable and relaxing, so depending on how Milk & Honey chooses to handle this review, I would reconsider adjusting the rating to better reflect a score that Milk & Honey strives for.

The online booking process was a little challenging due to some glitches and I went through several calls with the reservations center to finally book my appointment but once I made it into the spa everything was perfect. The front desk was friendly and Celeste was an amazing massage therapist. She listened to my concerns, made me feel comfortable and gave me some great tips.

Amazing prenatal massage. It was my first time there.. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for massages, customer service, ambiance, locker room and lounge - I could have stayed all day. It was beautiful.. I wish I could remember the guy’s name who gave me my massage. I’m going to find the card he gave me and update this review later. But definitely recommend!!

I love this salon. It has every you need, but I usually come here for styling and waxing services. The staff is super friendly and the whole experience at Milk + Honey is so relaxing. I always enjoy my time here and wish I could return more often. They have a rewards system and I always prebook to get more points and to make sure my stylist is available. I would recommend to all. It’s a little extra cost but definitely worth it.

A very pleasant experience and worth every cent you spend. My son and wife got haircut service from Victoria and she was splendid. Very expert and highly skilled. My wife has very long hair (I mean lllooonggg) and there are very few hair stylists who can handle her hair all by themselves without any assistance. Victoria both managed and styled by wifes hair the way she wanted.And my son already wants to get his next hair done by only her!!The staff is very courteous (I saw them being calm and cooperative to a very rude customer) and helpful.

I got a 75-minute signature massage with Celeste and a Lux pedicure with Janna. Celeste was an excellent masseuse. She hit all of the areas we discussed and worked out a lot of the tightness in my upper back. She was friendly and respectful. It was the best massage I’ve had in a long time. And the pedicure was lovely. Janna let me know that their lotions and scrubs are all natural products and the polish they use is 13-free. I got the blood orange scrub and it smelled delightful. Janna was meticulous and my toenails look great! Highly recommend this place!

Hospitality and being greeted at the front desk was not great.

I was not at all pleased by the way me and my friend were greeted. We felt so rushed and hurried. Almost like being herded like cattle’s! No one showed us our way to the locker or where the slippers were. I felt so unsettled that I could not even communicate with my massage therapist that I have a very sensitive and weak neck region and he has to be extremely gentle with my neck! It is not his fault that now I have pain in my neck and I do not feel good. If you can’t give your clients the time to settle in for their appointment, then why book them so closely? Not coming back for sure!

From check in to services and check out. Everyone was amazing, courteous, professional. Sports massage with Adri was wonderful, professional and knew how to help my poor stressed out muscles.

It was my first experience! The place is beautiful and tranquil. The locker room is cozy and also has a steam shower with luxury products. They give you a comfy robe and sandals. Christian is amazing! He provided quality service and took care of my problematic areas and corrected them. I will definitely come back. It’s worth the money!

This was my first facial ever and it was wonderful! I didn’t know what to expect when going into such a lovely establishment and was pleased with the pampering I got. Kennedy was very knowledgeable and very accommodating to my skin needs. I will definitely be going back to try the other services they offer as well as booking with Kennedy again in the future for my facials ! :)

This was the third time that an appointment was canceled at the last minute citing an unwell stylist/therapist. While I can be understanding of people being unwell during the pandemic, this seems to be a recurring theme as seen in other reviews.

I came in after a long week of problems and built up stress from work and pain in my legs that kept me up at night. The place was absolutely wonderful & clean. The ambience and atmosphere was everything I needed. My massage was amazing and the pain in my legs is gone. I wish I remembered my therapist he was great and would definitely recommend him.I absolutely loved the locker room. I plan to visit again and hope to learn more about the products in the shower my skin has never felt more smooth. Thank you!

The service was fantastic and the ambience was super relaxing. However, my nails chipped after the first day and I wanted them to last at least a week. I guess the mani/pedi process is what your paying for, not the length of which the polish lasts. Kinda disappointed.

From reading other 1 star reviews, I see that this is a recurring trend.The customer service rep offered me a discount to reschedule, but I was too frustrated to consider the options.I cant help but question if they routinely overbook expecting cancelations like in the airline industry, or I was bumped out for someone else as I am a new customer.---------For m+h: please do not comment below asking me to email you so I can help you help me. I thought I had finally found the perfect place to get my haircuts in Houston, but unfortunately I was wrong about Milk & Honey.I called and made the appointment for my haircut over the phone, and was told their prices range based on the stylist, and my specific stylist would be $45 for a men’s haircut. I agreed and showed up at the time they told me 6:30 for my 6:45 appointment. My hair stylist wasn’t ready until 7:12 so I spent a solid 42 minutes sitting and waiting.After sitting in the chair and discussing what is like done with my hair, the styles tells me it would be $55 since using scissors would take her extra time. After waiting this long and having dinner reservations, I agreed and got my haircut. Unfortunately she did a terrible job, as it was super uneven, and she even gave me bald spots on the side of my head.At this point I was extremely disappointed and running late for my dinner, so I just decided to leave and will get it fixed elsewhere once I have more time.When going to check out, and extremely rude receptionist tells me my total is $65, not the $45 I was told on the phone when booking, not the $55 I was told by the stylist, but instead $65. I kindly explain to her what I had been told earlier, and with a nasty attitude she tells me that’s too bad and I owe $65. I refuse to pay that amount, and I told her to go speak to the stylist who gave me a price before she ruined my hair, and the receptionist comes back again with a horrible attitude telling me that it was a mistake and she’s going to notate it in my account as if it was my fault?I had really high hopes going here, and was definitely on planning on returning at least once a month, but after this experience I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend any one else either

Five stars for massages, customer service, ambiance, locker room and lounge - I could have stayed all day. Minus 0.5 stars for pushing products, its a really uncomfortable way to leave a session. Otherwise it was a great experience. Parking is also really easy and free which is nice.

I received a gift certificate so i went to spend it. I was pleasantly suprised that they are super friendly caring for your concerns and also follow through with your scheduled appointments. Not what I usually experience with posh spas. This one is very attentive and its really a 5 star service place.

I bought a $300 gift card for my mom on May 6th. The earliest day she could make an appointment for was May 19th. The appointment was canceled within 30 minutes of the scheduled time and date due to no masseuses being available.It was an hour drive for her.I wanted to give her an unforgettable experience on my meager pay as an active duty private, but she was sketched out when she tried several times the following week to re-schedule and couldnt get a hold of anyone to help her.Im getting a refund, but theres no replacement for the time she wasted on the road, or the time and effort she made to get the day off from her min wage job for this place.

I got a massage for Christmas and I was excited. I had been to Milk and Honey previously and had a massage. It was good but nothing Earth shattering. This time was different! This was the BEST massage I have ever had and as usual the staff was friendly, the facility was clean and calming, and the staff was super professional.GiGi is new to Milk and Honey and was exceptional (ask for her by name when you schedule). She worked places that were sore but didn’t over do it. I feel like a million bucks and can’t wait to go back!

Booked me for the wrong facial and once it was discussed with front desk reception they did not do anything to fix the issue so I paid for a Lux Facial instead of the Lux Hydrofacial I thought I was paying to have done.

I needed to get my hair highlighted before an event and am new to town so I decided to try this spa and saw they have a new client promotion —the day of my appointment they canceled and did not offer a single appointment time before my event (three days later). Then when I rescheduled they called me at 7:15 am in the morning before my appointment to say they needed to reschedule and I can’t use the new client promotion for hair services. Really bad first impression and customer service for a new client. Will not be going to this spa.

My sister found this place when she wanted to do a spa day for her birthday. Honestly I was skeptical especially for the price and we came in with high expectations. When I tell you we are NOT DISAPPOINTED. We had Mani/Pedi and massages and I will be going home to my husband to tell him I need this at least once a month! Yarmari, Marta, Audra and everyone that assisted and tended to us were amazing! This is definitely worth the price! I had never gotten massages before and Audra was very thorough in explaining everything to me. I did want to get up when time was up she really knows what shes doing!

I came here 3 weeks ago for a facial. All was good and from the very beginning I disclosed to the therapist that I was pregnant. She even mentioned she would be careful with the products she would use for my skin because of my situation. Before I left that day, i booked a signature massage. To my surprise, when I arrived i was told the massage couldnt happen because I was pregnant, and apparently the facial shouldnt have taken place either because of the pregnancy. i was not informed about this in advance prior to coming here even though my situation was already known from my first visit. Very unprofessional way of handling this situation for a place like this, a whole morning lost for nothing. Extremely disappointed.

I have been getting my hair done by Sage for the past few years now. She does the perfect balayage that grows out so naturally. I receive compliments on it all the time. I live in Hawaii now and still come back to Sage because I dont trust anyone else with my hair! My friends have also started going to her for all their hair needs now. 10/10 recommend!

Brittany did an amazing job- and I absolutely love my hair.She recommended great products, and my hair has never felt so soft. I literally can’t stop touching it.Atmosphere is calm and fresh. Everyone is friendly.The extra charges were communicated to me upfront and Brittany did an EXCELLENT job walking me through it BEFORE any of the work began, but it was still surprising. I agreed to all potential extra charges and I’ll still be coming back because I really enjoyed the experience, the results and the staff- but expect to pay a min of 20-40$ more than the original price.

I was referred to Milk + Honey after my sister had a really good experience here. I thought I would give it a try after a stressful week and had a great experience myself! Everyone I came in contact with was so kind and welcoming. Although the locker room and lounge area were closed due to the corona virus they still gave me a tour so that I could see where everything was and the spa is immaculate. Courtney was the one who gave me a massage. She was so kind, used the perfect amount of pressure and was very professional. I will be back to this location soon. I was very impressed.

Wife loved it. Biggest smile oh her face when she came out. All you women should treat yourself out if it isnt something you have done at least once. I told her I would go in for a pedicure next time to get more brownie points.....so I think we wont be going back lol. But no really, via wifes words, she loved it. Pampering is nice

The absolute worst. I booked 2 appointments for my boyfriend and I for our anniversary a month in advance and they called me 1 hour before my appointment to cancel because the massage therapist “had an emergency”. I understand things happen, but they did not even offer me an alternate solution. I’m appalled at how unprofessional this was. It ruined all the plans we had. I will never visit this location. Poor quality. Poor communication. Unprofessional.

I love love love milk + honey. My friends and I were doing a monthly spa afternoon and had been hopping around town trying out different places. When we found milk + honey and there is no need to go anywhere else. I love everything about this place (or almost everything). Free parking and convenient location is great. The staff is professional yet friendly. The interior is clean and well kept. The locker room is just big enough and Ive never had to wait for a shower. They have all the amenities youd want from hair dryer, showers, little items you might have forgotten etc... Someone is always tidying and cleaning the locker rooms. I wish the waiting area / relaxation space was more spacious and secluded and less waiting room.The massages I have had, especially by Nia, have been AMAZING! I am absolutely in love with Nia and her ability to know how to do a massage. She is a master! I wish that COVID would go away so I could go back to my monthly subscription!I had a monthly membership which gave me a discount for my massages. COVID has messed that up but Ill be back there soon.Milk + Honey is truly a gem in the city of Houston!

I decided to try milk + honey on 02/27/21 for the first time for a simple eyebrow wax after trying many different Ulta locations and always being dissatisfied.Christy was very knowledgable and friendly and I was completely satisfied not only with her but with the entire staff.Everyone here is very professional and friendly and they all practice the proper safety protocols during these COVID-19 times.I went back today (04/03/21) for a second eyebrow wax (yup, 5 weeks later) simply because between that timeframe, the hair didn’t really grow out as much as it would with Ulta so that lets me know the quality at milk + honey is EXCELLENT.I have made this my go to for all services and look forward to trying different services in the nearby future!

Always love coming here to get my haircut! Taylor does a great job! Im very picky on who cuts my hair so i am happy to have found a great salon.One of these days, I will come back to check out their spa services!

Always a relaxing experience.

My husband lovingly booked me a prenatal massage as I’m due in a few weeks. It wasn’t until we got there that they told us the massage therapist was not there due to Covid. Okay, I totally understand that....the problem is they emailed him 30 mins before appointment in which I was already on my way. Secondly, okay so what are they going to about the inconvenience?? We’ve wasted time and money at this point so I was expecting them to “make it right”. All we got from Alex, the manager, was more detail in her problems around Covid. That literally has nothing to do with the situation, it’s very simple...offer a SOLUTION. All we got were excuses as to why it happened but that’s irrelevant. In customer service, the point it to make it right for the customer. I’m pregnant, it’s my anniversary with my husband, and our morning has now been wasted. If I could give less stars, I 100% would. For such an upscale area and place....I would expect WAY more. 0/10 do not recommend

Will definitely be coming back ! was concerned since it was my first time at milk+honey, but it quickly dissipated once I walked in & I was warmly greeted by the front desk and my esthetician carrie who honestly made me feel comfortable and not at all nervous . for anyone looking to do leg waxes I highly recommend they leave you super smooth and not at all patchy :) && their lounge is extra comfortable and relaxing ( ◜‿◝ )♡

The way they handle appointments, cancelations, and answering phones is horrible. You call to cancel or make an appointment and you are in Houston and someone at a different location/store will answer making the communication horrible.I called to reschedule an appointment earlier today because I knew my schedule was tight and I might not be on time to the one I had. I called they lady says no appointments available. So I called and let them know I’ll be late to this one. So says no problem “arrive safe.” I get there and they say they can’t do the appointment because I’m more than 5 minutes late. I called at 7:05 my appointment was at 7:00. When I called the person should have said that to me. I mean that was the point of me calling to let them know. Come to find out the person who answered was in another location (Austin) and “messaged” them to let them know. Bad communication at this salon. It’s best to do a walk in same day rather than booking ahead. According to other reviews other people have issues with this as well. Hire a receptionist in your store we are tired of leaving messages and talking to people who are not even aware of what’s going on at your location.

Ive been going to see Krystal at milk + honey for over 3 years now for cut, color, keratin treatments and products. She is INCREDIBLE! Ive been to other top salons in Houston, Dallas, DC and she is absolutely the best by far. The first 5-10 minutes of every appointment I ever have with her starts off with her spending time asking me what Im looking for and wanting, visuals on how much I think to cut, pictures of different hair colors Im thinking of trying EVEN if Im getting my usual haircut or trim. She is honest and knows what would look good, I fully trust her opinion and she is a very talented stylist. She has the best personality, genuinely listens and I always leave her chair feeling glamorous!

Update: I tired calling back and have not received a response to my calls. I did try to email the contact person as well, but their email system reject my email. Perhaps the person no longer works there. The written response below is nice but honestly fell short of remedying the problem.I arrived on time for my 8 AM appointment. I walked to the back and waited and waited for the scheduled appointment to start. I began to notice other people who arrived after me were being taken to their rooms. 40 minutes later I walk up to the front and low their was a schedule mix up. The receptionist did apologize and offered to reschedule me for a later time but it was my birthday and I had dinner plans that evening. This was not the way I wanted to start my birthday.

Brittany transformed my long locks into a cute short hairstyle that I love! She was so kind, communicative, and made me feel comfortable asking for what I wanted. Highly recommend this salon, and highly recommend Brittany!

Eh, the spa was pretty and clean, but my $130 massage was not worth $130. I was relaxed, but it was definitely not the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. Over priced in my opinion.

Expect to pay more than you were expecting – I am new to Houston and Milk + Honey River Oaks was running a promotion, fee cut with any color service. I got a one-step hair color with a toner and a hair-cut. My stylist let me know I was going to be charged for the extra bowl of color and the extra bowl of toner when my hair was half covered, so while she did let me know I didn’t really have another option at this point. I only recently started coloring my hair but other salons haven’t used more than one bowl. In total it came to around $200. A little high but the color and cut were both great and I really liked the stylist.So 8 weeks later I called to schedule just a cut and asked the receptionist to confirm with my stylist if I would be charged their extra $20 for long/ thick hair. This is where things take a turn of the worst. The receptionist straight up refused to ask the stylist. She told me there was no way to know if they would have to charge me the extra $20 until I was there since it was really based on how long the cut took. At this point it wasn’t even about the $20. It’s about a shady practice of luring you in with one price and up-charging you when it’s too late to change your mind (a theme I saw multiple times). Their stylist had already cut and colored my hair and yet she wouldn’t know if I would incur the extra $20 fee for long/ thick hair? That just makes no sense to me. The receptionist offered me 2 options, schedule the appointment and see what the total came to or don’t come in. If you value honest pricing I suggest you look for a different salon.

Saw alligators and babies pretty close up as well as water fowl. The road is well marked and areas to walk trails.

A friend and I came here for massages for my birthday. This place came highly recommended by a coworker. Im still wondering why they so highly recommended it. Ive gone many places and have had much better massages at a much cheaper price. The ambiance was good, I did enjoy that. Therapist was not great. I mentioned to her that I still felt the tension in my shoulders (an area I wanted special attention paid to)and that I was uncomfortable on the table in a particular position. I felt like she wasnt getting to the stress points as I needed/ wanted her to. She simply stated that it would take a couple of days for me to feel the relief! She/ they did not suggest and products to me (but my friend received suggestions and she even received 2 complimentary products). I wont be referring anyone here and I wont be coming back when there are many other places with lower prices and much better massages, to go to.

On the phone I was told a totally different price then what I got in person. I have never had a hair salon charge me per bowl of color mix. They also made it seem on the phone the blow out was included of course it was extra. They also said it was a another service for them to do my roots meaning more money. This made it to wear I wasnt getting the exact color hair I wanted since the price was dramatically going up already. The entitle $200 I was told over the phone went to $300 . The pricing is just so off especially for not even doing my roots. The stylist was great but there mis communication in pricing with the front desk. If price doesnt matter for you this place is good but if it does, dont go here.

I had an appointment with Brittney for highlights and a haircut. It was the best experience I’ve ever had in a salon. She listened exactly to what I wanted, spent ample time with me and knew my hair needs. I’ve never had my hair bleached and was concerned going into the appointment. My nerves were completely eradicated after meeting Brittney! My hair has never felt healthier and looks incredible. Cannot wait to go back! The salon is also incredibly beautiful with really nice staff!

😭😭😭 You guys. Gather round as I recall my mani and pedi nail appointment here. Lemme start with the services I received. 💛 To begin with, the nail polish is vegan. Vegan nail polish, you say? Yes. You read that correctly. That means no stanky fumes. Walking in, youll note that the place smells amazing. The time and care put into my appointment was phenomenal. I fell asleep for a little there during the pedi. Its been a crazy year, and tbh this was my only nail appt so you can only imagine how GREAT it was. I had the pleasure to work with a lovely woman named Ruth. I came to learn that shes been with Milk and Honey for many years now. Ive never had so many compliments on my nails before, theyre immaculate! I cannot say enough great things about this place. Truly professionals, everything is sanitized in front of you of course. Will definitely be returning. Please come and check it out for yourselves!

Very relaxing. They’re super focused on you being comfortable and having a chill experience. I went in for a facial thinking it was more of the esthetician/dermatologist approach but it’s more of a full spa vibe. Which is really nice! However they do not inform you that they’ll be focusing more on relaxation rather than cleaning your face thoroughly.

I have never been disappointed and always leave feeling great and relaxed. Their massage therapists are top notch and I recently had an amazing facial with Tanya at the River Oaks location. I especially like that they have their own all natural products and a curated line of skin care. Everything smells amazing, too! This is my go to place for relaxation and spa services. I love when my husband gets me a gift certificate here.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a great experience I had to! The salon was beautiful and I highly recommend a glossing treatment! Bee was the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, she was so funny and caring and really transformed my hair and was the main reason why I enjoyed my experience here. Ask for Bee next time she’s so amazing!

My experience was pleasant enough. I had booked a gel manicure with the Lux pedicure over the phone. I had a coupon for an add on treatment. The only option for the nail services was a color but since color was included in both of my treatments I tried to schedule the eye+lip enhancement. The lady that scheduled it wasnt sure if I could do that with the nail services (she was new and it wasnt her fault that I couldnt). The assistant manager came out and told me that those services were only available for a facial, but that she would keep it on my account for when I scheduled a facial. She did tell me that she would add on an extra 15 minute massage to one of my nail services, but that wasnt done. Im not sure if it wasnt communicated to the nail tech or if the nail tech got distracted and forgot. There was no foot massage at all for the pedicure, and hardly any hand massage for the manicure. The lady doing my services seemed very distracted (she was telling me a very sad story about something that recently happened in her family), and I get that shes sad, but she still needs to focus on her job. I also noticed when I got home that all the dead skin wasnt scrubbed off my feet, and there were still some rough patches. Overall, it was mostly relaxing, but I dont know that it was worth the price. And I wouldve liked the extra massage, but I didnt say anything about it at the time, and the technician talking about her family problems was not very relaxing, so I didnt want to hear much more about it.

My experience here was wonderful! Beautiful interiors, knowledgeable staff and great products. My masseuse, Skyler, gave me the best deep tissue massage Ive had in a very long time. Prior to my massage I brought up the fact that I had back issues and she listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable. I also received a facial, manicure, and pedicure. Amanda and Connie were both fantastic and today my skin and nails couldnt look better! Ill definitely be back.

Ive always had wonderful experiences with Milk + Honey. The customer service is spot on. Facials and massages are top notch quality. My stylist Leah, is one of the best. I may be a bit bias but I do enjoy my time with her and my hair always looks lovely. Thank you!!!!

I have been coming to milk+honey for over a year. Every experience is perfect from start to finish. I was referred here by a friend and I always recommend it to people. It is a high end salon, and gorgeous yet not pretentious at all!Every staff member is so professional. I come for salon service which is the best I have ever had in my life. I have visited the spa as well for massages. AMAZING. I love the reward system. I especially recommend buying gift cards for your loved ones during the holidays they have great packages.

Much needed and so worth it! I would give 5 stars however, I was not a hundred percent satisfied, more like 85-90. The up sale of your professionals is a bit much, your products should be able to sell themselves, unless asked. If your going to talk through steps an process, just talk through please. I am here to relax not be pushed to buy products. The manicure could be more thorough, I work a lot and have rough hands and feet, so if I am going to invest this much money in your service, invest more effort in me as a consumer and clean up my cuticles properly as well as my feet and between my toes, attention to detail. Outside of those two areas, I give high praise to milk + honey. Thanks ladies, I look forward to next time.

Massage was okay. My wife liked it. I thought it was good to okay. However, we came 15-20 minutes late, and thus got a 50 minute massage instead of a 75 minute massage as we had signed up for. However, they charged us each for the full 75 minutes. I simply don’t think it’s right... I can understand charging us a penalty. But, paying 1/2 more (each) because you are late makes no sense and strikes me as greedy.

IF U PURCHASE SOMTHING, AND IT DOSENT WORK FOR U, U SHOULD BE ABLE TO TAKE THE PRODUCT BACK AND EXCHAGE IT OR GET A REFUND!!! I WILL GO TO NORSTROMS AND SAKS TO GET MY THINGS!!! ANYWHERE BUT HERE!!!!!

I went in for a haircut and ended up booking a facial on the same day! This visit was very special to me, as I chose to donate my hair to a Childrens Hair Loss Foundation thats dear to my heart. The experience couldnt have been any more inviting, relaxing and comfortable. I saw Christy for my facial; she was very knowledgeable and super sweet! I was with Kristi for my haircut and she not only gave the best haircut, but gave me a style that fits my everyday lifestyle! I highly recommend visiting milk + honey; everyone was so welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. Great customer service and worth every penny!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Jazmin for several months now, and she is amazing. She has done a great job on my color and my cuts have been exactly what I want. I recently had a formal look done by her for a wedding and I got compliments on it all night. Also she is very efficient with her work, I’ve never felt as if I’ve been sitting there all day long! Love her!

I always have a great experience at milk + honey. I come here for hair and eyebrows. I have curly hair and it is difficult to find a good hair stylist, but Taylor is amazing at cutting curly hair. Fiona and Jennifer are great with brows.

Update:Went back in for a deep tissue massage after being contacted by Alex. No issues this time around! The massage therapist got most of all my knots out and I feel much better. It was similar to the service I received in my past visits at Milk and Honey____My friend an I came to get prenatal massages before I was getting induced next week. I checked in at the front and there was a line waiting to check out so they said to go ahead to the locker room and someone would come to help me. NO ONE ever came.I grabbed a robe and slippers myself and thankfully I remembered how to use the lockers. When they called to confirm my appointment, I specifically said I wanted to lie on my stomach, it was the main reason I came here. Not only did I get a different therapist than the one I booked the appointment with, I was told they only had one bolster for prenatal massages and someone was already using it. The therapist said she spoke with the new management and he gave me the option of leaving my appointment and coming back at another date (and they would not charge me for their mistake) or getting either a back or foot scrub. My friend, who also had an appointment at the same time was offered the bolster but she declined. Upon check out, they told me that the therapist I booked the appointment with had the flu so thats why I got a different therapist but that I must have also incorrectly made the appointment and did not request her when I booked the appointment online (where you actually have to choose the therapist to book the appointment). I left here more tense than when I came in. Terrible experience all around, especially before being induced.

Ve been going to Milk+Honey since October, but this past Saturday was the first time I saw Kimber. Shes honestly the best stylist Ive ever had and thats not an exaggeration. She listened to every last little thing I said/requested before doing anything, then she took her time with all the little details while cutting my hair. Its the best haircut Ive ever had! Ive had a LOT of problems with stylists at other places making my hair their canvas & trying to create a work of art despite my requests, which has always made me really uneasy about getting a haircut every single time especially as my hair has gotten a little longer. But you do NOT have that problem with Kimber!One other thing that made the experience the best was that shes very friendly and kind (and funny!). Im normally completely silent while I get my hair cut, which is kinda awkward, but she kept me talking the entire time. It was great!! I cannot recommend her enough to anyone that is considering going to Milk+Honey. A haircut by Kimber is worth every penny (and more) and shes someone that I will never have any anxiety about prior to a haircut because I know Ill get exactly what Im looking for in a haircut.I cannot recommend her enough! Shes basically a miracle worker when it comes to hair!!

As soon as i walked in, taylor was attentive and showed me around the place since it was my first time there. My masseuse, Rachel, was sweet and made me feel very comfortable. My esthetician, Reyna, was so welcoming and guided me along the process since it was my first facial. Will definitely be going back and definitely recommend Rachel and Reyna for your needs!

Originally I had a massage, manicure and pedicure scheduled with my friends. Unfortunately my masseuse had a health emergency and I couldnt get my massage. However the manager went above and beyond by allowing me to add on anything to my manicure and pedicure and also offered a free facial. She also made sure the day was still special for my friends as well.Even though things didnt work out for the massage, I was very happy with my manicure and pedicure and the excellent customer service. I will definitely be going back.

Milk and Honey is a great place to go and relax after a hard day or just to relieve some stress. Skyler is my favorite therapist she does a great job making you feel as relaxed as possible. Her positive attitude and bubbly personality is really infectious and you cant help but feeling better after going to see her. (Of course the massages are great too)

My massage therapist, Skyler, keeps me sane. Skyler has been my massage therapist for a while now and I really love her. Those fingers and elbows are magical. The facility is so clean and welcoming. The lounge area begins your mental calming with the low lights and cucumber water. Each visit is a wonderful experience!!!

I love getting a Sports or Deep Tissue massage from Nikki! She knows all the trigger points and does a very thorough massage. I am on my feet all day for work and coming here really relieves all the tension and body aches.

I should’ve of read all of the reviews, most of them are for the massages, I came here to do my hair and the girl that I got didn’t know anything I wanted to dye my hair a light brown & the girl said it was gonna take a lot of sessions, I went to another salon and did my hair platinum blonde with just one session, she didn’t believed me so she asked me to show her a picture, then I told her to just cut my hair in a V shape & she said well is gonna look to short on you and I’m gonna have to cut a lot of hair & I told her that’s fine it’s what I want not what you want & yet she asked me to show her a picture then I tell her to just cut it straight, she told me how much it was gonna be $75 just to do a simple cut I’ve gone to better places where they don’t have excuses for just $25. I don’t recommend this hair salon.

I always leave feeling like a million bucks. Everything is done with kindness and never rushed. All spa services are so relaxing and the facility luxurious. If you are going for hair you HAVE to book Kimber. You’ll see she’s always busy because her regulars adore her. If she’s too booked, snag an appointment with Libby and get Kimber 2.0!

Excellent experience! They certainly pamper you big time!!! The place is so nice and pleasant... you will relax nicely. Also everything is organic and super clean so no harsh treatments that can cause damage to your hair, nails, or skin.
