She is friendly, caring and makes scheduling a service easy. She is knowledgeable of all promotions, services and products. Jennifer does all of my injections. She is a PRO! She is easy to speak to about your expectations knows just what you want. For me its a natural, youthful appearance. Sarah manages the locations and ensures that every visit is amazing experience. Their recommendations for my skincare (Revision & SkinMedica) has improved my complexion more than any other product that I have used. Make an appointment! You will not be disappointed.

Hey, This is Satya. I started going for laser treatments. Sarah, she figured out I need chemical peels because of my skin condition. I find a good change after 1st session of chemical peel. Where I find my skin smooth and looking forward for further 2 treatments. And currently Im obsessed with my Smooth skin.

I would recommend this location. Sara was very helpful patient, funny, caring and clean. The entire location was well organized and clean. Even when I had doubts she reinsured me that the service I was getting was going to be worth it. I was so comfortable , I almost fell asleep lol. I will definitely be back !!

I’m on my fifth treatment of laser hair removal and have noticed a huge difference. I’m not having to shave as much in between my sessions and often forget to because the hair is so thin or gone! I wish I would have done this sooner. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to try it! Also everyone is so nice and professional. I came back to update my previous review. I definitely recommend this place for your laser treatments. The staff is very nice. Good value packages with flexible options you may not see elsewhere. The tech I now work with is Monica and she’s completely improved my experience from my first two not so good sessions. Ive been going to amerjuve a few years for Lazer hair removal. Recently I came to the memorial city location, hands down best experience ever. The attention to detail and care I received here is truly overwhelming. Definitely will be back to this location from now on.

I was advised by the staff to go to the Memorial/Voss location. The European women do not treat me in a professional manner. I won’t be returning!

I started my laser journey back in February. Christine was the manager then (at the Memorial location) and she was very helpful in explaining the process and providing tips during my consultation. Nicole did my first treatment and I could already tell that laser would help my ingrown hairs and scars. COVID put a halt to my treatments so a lot of hair grew back. I recently went to my second treatment and the new manager (I think Amber) was very nice and helpful. She performed my second treatment super quick, though I was a little weary of switching to a new laser technician. Hoping for some good results! Will report back when I have had more sessions.

This location is top notch! The manager has a lot of knowledge and is always available to answer any questions you may have. She cares for this place like its her own. The technicians take their time performing treatments and have great bedside manner. Ive also seen the Doctor for Botox and she is very pleasant and does great work! Ive been to many medspas over the years and this place is the Best by far!

I had laser hair removal from here, 6 treatments over a few months time. I was so happy with the results for a couple months after my first procedure to my last procedure. The hair came back very thin and didnt come back for a couple months after my last procedure. After the couple months, it was as if I never had laser hair removal. I am disappointed that I spent money on a service that I thought would last for quite a while, when it only lasted about one or two months. I understand the treatment varies from person to person but I didnt expect it to not work and the hair to come back after I finished my treatment. Employees were very nice and welcoming. Just disappointed with the results.

I have been a client for about 8 years. Todays visit was for a skin pen treatment. This was the 3rd visit to this location and the ladies are courteous and professional. Candace performed my procedure as gently as possible. I recommend this location and galleria to my friends and family because Ive had nothing but good experiences.

I am new to writing reviews so give me a little slack! Anyways I went to the Voss location. The facility is nice and spacious. I heard they just came out of bankruptcy and has new ownership? I dont know what the issue was before but I dont think they fixed it. The front desk girl was rude. My aesthetician was even ruder. She was rough and we the most unpleasant treatment I have ever received. I will not be going back.....

After abruptly getting rid of the machine that I bought a treatment package for, they switched me mid treatments to the Velashape (which I didnt want).I made the mistake of going when Juniper wasnt there on a Saturday, so I got some tech who ended up burning me with the handpiece during my treatment! She kept it in the same place for way too long (Juniper told me that they dont do that because it can burn you) and also did not reapply the gel until I screamed and jumped up in pain.I have been here six times and I cannot say that I would ever recommend this place to anyone. Juniper is great, but I dont like the company as a whole and you are screwed if you get the same tech that burned me.I also saw no change after many treatments. This could be because they changed the type of treatment mid way through, but anyway it was a waste of time and money.

I went in for the Zerona and Iwas very nervous at first, but i went in there and Cindy explained everything to me, and said she had it done also, so i was more at ease. Everything went exaclty as she said it would, she came in to check on me periodically to make sure i was okay. Thank you Cindy.
