Mirror Mirror provides chemical peels and microdermabrasion. I had a face that looked like a beehive attacked it and Sarika fixed it with alternating between these two every so often. Changed my skin and changed my life because I had a lot of confident issues due to it.She also did a lot of my laser hair removal procedures (I got full body eventually along the way). I would highly recommend laser if you hate hair and can afford it- worth the wait and money. The aestheticians personalize the settings and adjust it according to your skin type. Just imagine having to spend less than a minute or two every few months in the shower shaving for the whole body. I had stubborn and course hair before and now I barely have anything and its so convenient! I kind of stopped shaving- I still have a few strands here and there but that doesnt really matter.I would extremely highly recommend Sarika if you need skin care treatment. It takes time but worth the wait- skin treatments need to be delicate and done professionally especially dealing with chemicals, lasers, etc. She analyzes your skin and she just knows what shes doing,youre in good hands you just need to be patient if you want good skin but that will also be safe. For reference, I am Indian (Asian) so I have a bit darker skin tone and my skin is the type that needs to be handled very carefully- as was. If you have skin issues like acne or scars, etc. just do it lol, doesnt matter what skin type you have, you wont regret it if done by someone who knows their stuff.Also if she recommends any products, consider them. I used to be hesitant at first due to the price range but she would recommend stuff that would actually work and is good for your skin. For example- I avoided buying a sunscreen she recommended in the beginning because it was pricey and used other drug store sunscreens and disliked them but they were cheap- I eventually ended up trying the recommended sunscreen and then after a while it ended up becoming the thing that worked really good for my skin and I constantly buy it til date. My point is- she knows her stuff and your skin so I would at least highly consider it . Have been using her recommended products since. Skin care is expensive and it sucks but you just have to see if spending it is worth it for you because it is for me.Update: added photos. 2 before 1 after. The other side of my after face is also just as great lol.

Terrible experience! I only give it a star because of the aesthetician was very nice, otherwise would not even deserve that. The staff downstairs were courteous and that’s about it. The short assistant, Natalia was rude, unprofessional and scattered. I found it odd and tacky that she asked for payment prior to the procedure being done. When I just had another service done downstairs and was not asked to pay until after it was completed.I was left in the room for a good hour, while she was yapping away without a care or curtesy to check on me even once or at least give me an update. Eventually I had to get up and peek out the door to see if they know I’m still waiting in the room.Finally when the doctor came, it all was just a huge rush. I was not asked even once how I wanted the outcome to look. He did not seem interested at all to even ask what I wanted. Very impersonal, unpleasant and unwelcoming. Very disappointed with the result. Will not waste my time or money going back to this place again!

I first off want to say, walking into the building you feel welcomed. The entire staff are very sweet and professional. It was my first time coming to this office and they all made me feel super comfortable. I went to get lips fillers and I was a little bit nervous about the final results because I wanted my lips to look natural. But then I meet Marty! She was super sweet, professional and has a great energy and confidence that make you feel that you are in great hands! I love how she took her time and talked me through the process. It’s been three weeks since my appointment, and I’m so happy with the results. I will most definitely be going back to her and absolutely will try other treatments! I rarely get any type of facial pampering, however Marty made me feel relaxed and comfortable for the entire procedure. After explaining what my concerns were and doing an examination, she recommended a treatment.I could definitely see instant improvements after the treatment looking noticeably well. Will definitely visit again for another treatment soon. Marty was so helpful and gracious and, most importantly competent!

Sarah gave me VI peel yesterday (my very first) and was very informative and professional. I didn’t feel very comfortable in the waiting room...sort of seemed tense and definitely not welcoming. But by the end of the appointment I was smiling and even shared a giggle or two with Sarah. I will return for follow up and possibly future services. I’m expecting positive results and will update this review if anything tragic occurs - which I’m sure it won’t.

The reason for the 5 stars is because of Emily and Alan. The boutique itself would receive a 3 star review at best for customer service and service recovery.I go to Mirror/Mirror because of the Botox nurse, Emily and the cheerfulness of the front desk manager, Alan. On days when Alan is not there, the whole atmosphere shifts.I previously had Botox at Mirror/Mirror with a different nurse who did a very poor job. After this, I will only see Emily. Unfortunately, at my last visit, it looked as though I may be ten minutes late to my appointment, and possibly may have missed the appointment due to a wreck. My appointment was the last of the day before clinic closed, as I am also a nurse and was rushing after the close of my own clinic that day, a clinic, by the way, that offers Dysport at a dramatically reduced price for me with a wonderful aesthetician! But I am loyal to Emily bc she is the absolute best!I called to let the office know and was told the $100 cancellation fee would be enforced, despite the fact that I am a regular patient who spends thousands of dollars a year. I did not end up missing the appointment after all; I made it.Story break: if Alan had answered my call, I assure you his voice would’ve said, “Thank you for calling Mrs. Medley, and please be safe.” His customer service skills are stellar!I let the manager know that for an upscale clinic in River Oaks, one that provided concierge cosmetic care, and in a pandemic at that, that I expected better. As a patient, as a client, and out of customer loyalty, it was important for me to let them know that Emily is the reason I choose Mirror/Mirror. Wherever Emily works is where her patients will follow. She has a very loyal patient base, and her beautiful work can be seen all over Houston! ❤️

Being new to the Houston area, I had been on the hunt for an injector for Botox (and eventually down the road, fillers). After searching and researching high and low, I ran across Mirror Mirror. Mirror Mirror seemed to have good reviews and especially for nurse injector Emily. I decided to give Mirror Mirror a try and scheduled an appointment with Emily... The front staff was friendly and I was greeted and taken back by Emily pretty quickly. Emily was super nice, she listened to my needs and offered some great input (which we went with). After we came to an agreement of where she was going to inject the Botox, she left the room and came back with a tray with syringes filled with (presumably Botox). This should have been a red flag. I have never been to a place for injections where the nurse injector didnt fill the syringes in front of me. The second was when she started injecting my face. It was so quick and rushed, but more importantly, careless. There was no care, time or effort put into the injection process. As soon as she injected on little spot she was roughly jabbing into another little spot where she had marked on my face with no pause... My face was left with little bruises at the injection site. Yes, I get that is normal, however, in the 10 years Ive been getting Botox injections (and even filler injections) had I ever had so many little bruises on my face. Again, they were small, but overly excessive. After I drove back home and the Botox settled days later, the right corner of my eye would not shut completely, resulting in severe dry eye for the past almost 4 months. Instead of having a nice subtle brow lift, the top of my eyebrows were left feeling like someone or something was pressing down on them making them feel very heavy and frowny. My 11 expression lines were still very noticeable like they had hardly been addressed. The small injections at the top of my forehead never resulted in any lift or smoothing. Awful! Worst $500 plus I have ever spent. This was all almost 4 months ago and I recently received an email to go back in. Needless to say, I will not be going back in and I will not recommend Mirror Mirror to anyone I know. Also, they make you pay BEFORE you get injected. Excuse me? I have never experienced that in my 10 years of getting injected. Ever. Its in such poor taste for a business like this one to do that.

Went in for my first ever Botox treatment and was seen by Emily. I admit I was a bit nervous since I didn’t know much about the product or how it worked exactly, but she was so informative and made me feel super comfortable about my decision. She’s very easy to talk to and has a bright fun personality. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to ask her! And ps she was very quick and efficient with the treatment as well.

The service is so bad now that Emily is gone. My appointment was at 10:20AM in which I arrived 10 minutes earlier. I waited while other clients came in and were treated. At 10:50AM I was not even told that the person was running late (although I saw her come and take other clients - which was probably my appointment). Very poor communication, lack of respect, and I wasted my time. May I add I have been coming here for years, but NEVER again.

I had my first ever lip + chin fillers with Emily Zimmerman back in March and I can’t say enough good things about her! I was SO worried of how I would look but she kept reassuring me that once the swelling goes down, I would love it. I definitely did! In October, I went back in to see her for cheeks and more in my chin. Flawless work! I can not wait to go back again. It does become addictive! She is professional, yet, fun and easy to communicate with. You won’t leave without at least a laugh or two. If you have never had fillers before, on the fence about it but still want to try it out, then she is the girl for you.

I came to Mirror Mirror in October because I was interested in getting lip fillers. This was my first time having any type of cosmetic procedure done so I was a bit nervous. But after doing research and reading really good reviews about this place I decided to give it a chance.I had my appointment with Marty. She was so nice and explained everything. We decided on one syringe of Juvéderm as it was my first time getting my lips done. The injections didn’t hurt as much as I had feared and Marty made sure I was comfortable throughout. The whole procedure took about 10-15 min. I did experience minor bruising and swelling the first 48 hours post injection. However after 48 hours my lips looked great and Marty had warned me that I might experience this so I wasn’t alarmed.I’m so happy with the results. Marty helped to define my Cupid’s bow and plumpness to my lips. There’s a noticeable difference in the overall fullness and symmetry of my lips, however they still look very natural.I have received a lot of compliments from friends and family! I’ll definitely be returning within the next 6 to 9 months for a touchup. If you are interested in getting your lips done ask for Marty, she’s amazing!

As a person of color, Ive had fillers from two other providers over the past 5yrs but Mirror Mirror has been the least painful and the most efficient. I just started getting brotox and its been a game changer. I go to Emily, and she does a superb job. Her skill and aesthetic leaves me with a perfect, masculine look with no eyebrow arching. (Its fine if you like that look, but I personally like my eyebrows to be as perfectly horizontal as possible). I am super active, triathlete, so I tend to go through the product a bit faster than what you might read online -- so just set your expectations by your activity level. Have and would recommend to friends.

I went to Emily for under eye fillers for my tear trough region originally about 1.5 years ago, I really saw a difference and it lasted a long time! I tried botox on my forehead and I really really like the results. Emily is kind and very talented. I love Mirror Mirror Beauty boutique. I first came here last year for 2 vi peels and Sharon was seriously the best. I had a not so great experience at Mirror Mirror boutique about two weeks ago. In short, I felt they did not value me as a customer. However, I was contacted by the med spa director, Logan. He apologized and invited me back to Mirror Mirror to give them another chance. He not only emailed me but he also left about 3 voicemails. At first, I didn’t want to come in because I was so angry. But to be honest, I am so glad that I did. I feel valued now because they apologized and allowed me to use my gift certificates which I received through referrals and comped the remainder of my services. If you are going to mirror mirror, please see Emily. She is sweet and I do not feel pressured when working with her. She gives feedback without making you feel like you NEED to do something to look better. The reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because what happened to me should have never happened in the first place.

In one word: excellent! Easy to find, easy to park, the staff at the front desk were very friendly. I had my treatments with Veronica. She is very skilled at what she does. She listened to what I wanted (not to look overdone & just refreshed) & that is exactly what I got. Seriously, she took a few years off me :) Shes also a very nice person which makes the whole process so much better! I would highly recommend Veronica for any treatment.

I went in to dissolve my top lip and I was very nervous because I wasnt sure if i could trust anymore doctors but Marty was amazing and made me feel so comfortable about my decision! I was a little nervous going in for the consultation it being my first time, but Sarahh put me at ease. She is very knowledgeable and patient. I decided to go through with my procedure and she was very gentle and made sure I was comfortable. Sarahh was also very helpful after the treatment - taking my phone calls and answering questions. I highly recommend her to anyone that visits Mirror Mirror.

My experience with Emily Zimmerman was well beyond 5 stars. I have had Juvederm lip filler twice before seeing Emily. Both times I had received lip filler was not at another facility done by a doctor with 15 years experience. The first time I received one full syringe of Juvederm and my left side on top looked noticeably smaller than the right. I went back to the establishment to ask for filler placed in the uneven left upper lip. It ended up worse after receiving the second full syringe of Juvederm. When I spoke my lips were noticeably different. I had a bad experience the second time with this establishment so I was weary of having a third try at lip filler but I did my research in Houston and found Mirror Mirror. Emily Zimmerman had great ratings I set an appointment. The staff was friendly and the establishment is clean and beautiful. Emily was so friendly and a perfectionist. She corrected my left side and I honestly was so happy I couldn’t stop looking at my face in my review mirror on my way home as corny as it sounds. I was so sensitive and self conscious about my lips so having perfect shape on top and bottom was an amazing feeling. My lips look natural and full in all the right places. If you need a filler correction or want someone you can trust to give you what you ask for go to Emily Zimmerman. Thank you for correcting my lip filler I can smile in pictures now ☺️

Emily Z saved my face!!! I went to another place in town to get fillers and they botched me horribly. I have hated my face for the past year and cried about it many times. Now I’m crying again, but this time tears of joy because Emily fixed me! I am so so happy with my results and am so thankful for her. Amazing experience at Mirror Mirror! I went in for botox and had Emily Zimmerman as my nurse injector. From the second I walked in the entire staff was welcoming, professional and hospitable. The ambiance of the waiting room and the whole office for that matter is very chic and calming. Emily was very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I started going there a year ago for my first Botox injections. I was afraid it would change my appearance and that I would look fake but it did none of that. Instead, the wrinkles on my forehead and around my eyes disappeared and I looked rested and refreshed. The goal was not to look younger but get that permanent tired look off my face and that was such a success (it did take a few years off which was bonus) that I have since gone back 4 times. Emily is the one I see most of the time, she does a great job and she’s super cool! So if like me you’ve been wanting to do something about looking tired and angry all the time but haven’t dared yet, give her a call, you won’t be disappointed!
