I was coming to this nail salon before the Pandemic in 2019. I decided to revisit again this year and I am very happy. I am very impressed. They have air purifiers all over the salon. They disinfectant the seats and furniture. They clean their tools well before and after clients and they are very kind. The nail technicians I have experienced thus far have been very accommodating and have good skill set. I can tell the owners and staff give great effort and consideration to running a good business!

I have been to SO MANY nail salons in my time! This place is a gem! Cindy is the best I’ve EVER had. She always does what I want my nails to look like, she actually does them better :) She is also quick. It never takes her more than an hour when other places take an hour and a half. She’s the best and I will never look for anyone else! I LOVE this place!!

I love the atmosphere & the services Ive received thus far. I love how the nail techs take their time and make the work look flawless. Its my go to place! A++ Thanks Kelly!UPDATEI initially gave them 5 stars unfortunately that has changed. I did not receive what I asked for, and the work was rushed. I tried giving them a chance because I love the atmosphere, but this is the last time. Prior visits (2 different occasions) my shellac had chipped to the point where I had to revisit them to fix it 3xs. They blamed it on bad product. Some of the colors they display for shellac are not the actual color. This is what happened to me. I let them know thats not what I wanted. I picked a different color, and what does the nail tech do? Polishes over the color I didnt want. 🙄 Apparently the tech was having a bad day because she was very aggressive with my hands. She was always so gentle before. I literally just shutdown, went silent and started crying because I wanted to remain Godly. I wanted to just get out of there and never look back. At what point do you take responsibility and correct it, and making sure your customer is happy with their service? All I received was excuses and shoulder shrugs literally. Bad customer service I will not return ever again!

Today was my first time ( 4th of July day ) and I will definitely be back ! They were busy but they literally have about 20 girls working so the wait was about 5 min. The pedicure was great for the price and the lady that helped me out was very nice and professional. I think her name was sunny. I love that they open a NEW package of supplies in front of you!Overall this place is very convenient, clean and friendly.

The manicurists are all very nice and professional. Granted, like all nail salons, they’re always trying to get you to buy the more expensive manicure or pedicure, but they’re NOT pushy. They have a very nice ambiance and it’s very clean. That’s important.

Went today as soon as they opened. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Amy did my pedicure and did such a great job. She was sweet and accommodating. Her 5 minute shoulder massage was the bomb! Lol I really enjoyed my pedicure-$40, $5 for French tip and $5 for design. She mastered the design that I pulled up on Google quickly & with ease. I wish I lived in this area, Id make this my go to spot. Highly recommend this place. I love how safe they are with Covid. Watched them sanitize the chair with spray after each customer, they wear gloves & masks, and hand sanitizers every where for use. Will definitely come back when Im in the area!

I have been coming here for several years and they are wonderful! They are always professional, always clean; my nails always look beautiful; massages are always great! No matter who does your nails, you BBC Annie got wrong. Yes, I have my favorites, but I don’t want to miss anyone by listing them.

I went to this salon for the first time and had Kelly as my nail tech and she was great! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly that! I’ll make sure to come back and ask for her👍🏻

I have been a customer for a long time and I am very happy with the service I receive. The staff are very friendly and their work is excellent. I am usually a walk in but never have to wait. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere.

My fiancé and I loved it here and found our new place to come for manicures and pedicures. Taylor assisted her and the lady that did my manicure and pedicure was excellent. The atmosphere and vibes was wonderful. We will be going back again!!!!!

Had a wonderful experience! Recommend making an appointment but if you cant thats ok. My wait time was about 15 or 20 min. But the customer service made up for it. My nail tech was Cindy and she was lovely! Very talented and did an awesome job on my nails. Showed her a picture once and did exactly what I asked for. The complimentary drinks were very good too. Overall it was great! Thank you!

I brought my mom to get her a manicure and pedicure and they did an amazing job. Lan was her technician! She was so funny, kind and helpful! She even gave my mom some helpful tips on facial care. She took her time to make the experience super special and she was just awesome. The place is really clean and calm also. Definitely recommend Lan.

This place is honestly nice inside but the workers were rude. I was given dip powders to choose colors when I specifically asked for acrylic ! So then I was rushed to pick a color and when I chose it wasn’t even the right one. Also tooo damn expensive for short basic nails. On the other hand the lady who did my feet I had a good experience and it came out good

I absolutely love this salon! From the moment you walk in until you check out it’s a fabulous experience! Friendly, accommodating and most importantly squeaky clean!UPDATE-through the pandemic they demonstrated superb safety precautions and cleanliness! They scheduled accordingly with a maximum of three people in the salon all on opposite sides of the salon. Then they rotated out the stations used for the next three people simultaneously cleaning and spraying down the entire station. This shows their dedication to their clients health!Genuinely such a pleasant experience and customer service unparalleled!!

This is my go to place since I moved to the memorial area and I think they do a fabulous job! Super nice too, they remember me now and when they mess up, they fix the job no questions asked. I don’t know how important that is to others, but to me it’s extremely important especially when I’m dropping $110 a visit for shallac on my feet and hands. I highly recommend this place!

I went to Kelly and she was amazing, I’ve had really bad experiences at nail salons so I stopped going but this place is pretty good. She took her time, fixed a mistake I saw and was really sweet, I’ll be going back just for her. 1000 percent recommend.

I’ve been using Nail & Spa of Bunker Hill for years. Everyone who works here are very professional and kind. My husband gets a mani/pedi and I get the dip for my nails and a pedicure every three weeks. We really enjoy going here because the place is so clean and comfortable and we always get great service.

I go there all the time for Jane for a full set and she does such a good job! She’s super sweet , I love her!

I got the classic pedicure from Trisha. Their salon is clean and relaxing. Trisha did an amazing job on my nails! I feel so refreshed and relaxed after my service, and my toes look great. Will definitely be going back.

This is the best nails salon in this area. They always update new nails color. The staff is friendly and does wonderful work. I usually get my nails done by Ellis (pedicure) and Trish (manicure).

I absolutely love this place! I no longer live in Houston but this was the nail salon I frequented when I did. I was amazed that after 5yrs they actually still remembered me and my daughter! This will ALWAYS be my nail salon of choice when I visit Houston.

This is my go to salon. Everyone is so sweet and friendly and I’ve never had a disappointing service. They can be fast if you’re in a hurry or slow it down if you want to relax.

A little more expensive than I would have liked but they were very friendly, did a great job on all services which included mani, pedi and face wax. The only thing I would suggest is for Cindy to be a little less aggressive on the neck massage but overall her massage skills were wonderful. Trish did my mani and wax. I will be back!

Ive been going here for a few moths now. Not only do they have TVs on the HGTV channel (subtitles) haha...but they are GOOD, CLEAN and FRIENDLY! Ive been to a few nail salons in the area and this is by far the best.

I came in and asked for my nails to look the picture, I know it’s not easy to replicate Pinterest perfect nails but Jane did an amazing job on the design! Kelly did my full set! I’m very happy!

Horrible service. I got a manicure and pedicure this is how the pedicure looks, just no. The shellac in my finger nails is already peeling, and yes I got it today. They did not even use the uv lamp. Please dont go there. I recommend looking for somewhere else. Ohh and it was really expensive, and they not give me a massage.

The nail technicians were sweet! Totally worth the drive out. We used to come here when we lived closer and stopped when we moved but they are still so so much better than anything near where we live now. They have lots of options for color, style, and type, and it’s all high quality.

Nail tech was rude, she did not do acrylic nails properly, the French nail was painted on and it is peeling off and it’s only 2nd day. Facial was bad and they over charged me and didn’t give me warm rock neck massage. Charged me for a anti-aging and gave me a European facial. I have never been to such an unprofessional establishment before. I would never go back. The pedicure was the only good thing, I got a awesome detox pedi which might have been enough to back for.

I love bunker hill nail and spa. I have been going there for almost 9 years. I never have to request anyone because all of the nail techs do a wonderful job paying attention to detail. Their prices are comparable to other nail salons, and they offer wine/mimosas you cannot beat that!

More expensive than my normal nail salon.

Ben was gentle with my hands. . He was cautiously removing the powder that was on my nails and applying gel polish. His tools are clean and he was very patient. I have had issues before with nail techs being too aggressive with cuticle cutting and such. Ben took time to do this gently and correctly. Lily was very helpful in helping me choose the colors to suit my needs and active life style. The salon is very clean and calming. Katy helped me with the massage chair she is very sweet. Kim has a nice disposition. I will surly return when I have more manicures in the future.

So happy with my nails right now! Ivy and Kim did an amazing job on my toes and ombre full set. They really made me feel pamper and had great suggestions. Will definitely make this my nail spot.

My 1st time here today. Trish was very welcoming and did a great job on my pedicure. Very please w my pedicure. My feet was soft and pretty when done. Cindy did my dip manicure. She did a good job for the most part. My only complaint was my skin was all red from the dip color. She should have cleaned my nails and skin before putting on cuticle oil and leaving me to her next appt. Also, I was hot at the nail salon. Would have been nice if place was cooler. Overall, I was satisfy w results and I will come back.
