This is my go to nail spa in the heights. Every time I visit the service is amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive. The spa is clean and inviting. I recommend this place to all my friends.

Very rude manager. This is the type of place where they talk about you in their native language. The place stays empty because both quality of work and customer service are poor. Manager has an awful attitude. Do not recommend at all!!!!

This location is clean and relaxing. I only get pedis and I feel like they always take their time. Nancy is super sweet and does a great job on my pedi.

Do not recommend at all! I had a gel polish manicure, and it did not last 5 days. The polish began to peel at the fifth day, and while on vacation I had to go to a salon and have polish removed and new gel polish applied. The new technician commented on how poorly the other polish had been applied. Airjet is also too expensive for the lack of quality.

One of the nail technicians is very rude and does sloppy job always in a hurry to finish. Do not allow you voice your opinion of what you want she knows everything even when someone is asking a question to the other technicians she buts in. The cost of this salon is overpriced for the service you receive. Will not return very disappointed and not satisfied 😡

First time here !!really dissapoited ask them to do the basic pedicure ! Which in alll places basic pedicure is the cheapest one ! Well they did other one and charge me more ! At the end they told me that was their basic pedicure! Bad attitude when I was trying to explain my self ! I think it was expensive too !! 20 extra just for shellac on toes ! Never have paid this much before .

The lady that did my nail was sweet but this place is overpriced. Maybe they feel entitled to charge you more because it’s located in the Heights 😂. Well you guys need to go to NOA located in Willowbrook area. There I will pay anything because the place is amazing. But Airjet didn’t even offer water 💧... and charged like they gave you Moet Champagne 🍾. First and last time here.

This is my first time leaving a review on Google. Airjet Spa is located in the Houston Heights neighborhood next to the Revival Market. Its a large, spacious, well decorated nail spa. Their nail color selection is huge, and they have on hand all of the good quality brands (O.P.I., Essie, China Glaze). They have a wide range of pedicure and manicure experiences to offer and very comfortable massage seats. My mani/pedi itself was conducted by a very thorough aesthetician who made sure I felt pampered and comfortable; she frequently asked if the temperatures of the products she was using on me were not too hot. Overall, the experience was relaxing and positive, but that is not why I chose to write a review. After a few minutes of my nails under the drying light, I reached for my purse to leave. I thought that my nails were dry but I was wrong and wound up smudging my thumb nail beyond repair. As I tried in vain to fix the damage myself, my aesthetician rushed over with products already in hand and redid the smudged spot on my nail without a word from me. I had already paid at this point, so I didnt get charged extra for the repair. I dont know if this is a common practice for nail salons but it was the first time I had ever experienced someone going above and beyond the call of duty at one. If I ever need my nails done in the future, this will be where I go. If youre in the Heights and you need your nails done, this is absolutely where you should go.
