This place is a hidden gem to be honest. The staff here is very friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable for what services are provided.Ive been getting facial treatments from Beauty Creation for over a year now and I have definitely noticed a difference in my skin. I get the aromatherapy session which takes about an hour to an hour and half. The facial also includes a neck and shoulder massage which is a bonus.They not only provide services for facial but also waxing.The place isnt very big, I think there are 3 or 4 treatment rooms, but dont let that deter you from giving this place a try.There is parking in the back and also on the side.

My coworker introduced me to Beauty Creation. I dont get facial often..but I purchased the 10 facials package anyway because it was at a good price and I can opt to give away some of my facial sessions..great for bridal shower gift, birthday gift :)Ive been here twice so far and loved it!!!May is the best.. the younger lady was good but May seems to take more time working on my face.I also like that they dont try to sell me the products like a lot of other spas.

I love this place. My mom has been a long time fan and brought me in too. I usually go there for massages and the occasional facial. The services usually last longer than the time they say -- added relaxation! The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because if you buy the package deal, their services will be wonderful in the beginning and when your package is almost used up. In the middle, they will slack off a bit. The staff is knowledgeable, the products are great, and the environment is calm.

Tony the masseuse is the star of the show at this location! Very gentle kind man with great customer service an excellent massage skills. It was my first massage ever and he made sure to take great care of me and was patient.I also got a facial here. The facial lady was okay kind of to the point in personality and customer service lacked but the actual facial came out very lovely. To my surprise the dark spots on my face vanished from her technique. Will definitely be back.

I moved to Philly about 4 years ago and kept trying new salons but could never find my go to. I tried Beauty Is about 2 years ago and have never looked back. Rochelle does my cut and occasionally a color and Ive never been happier with my hair. I went from getting my hair cut every couple months when I couldnt take it any longer to regularly trimming because it pays off so much. The salon location is wonderful and all stylists are extremely friendly, hadnt used Lanza before coming here but now its all I use. Definitely recommend trying them out, especially Rochelle!

Massage is ok, but I bought a 1 hour massage they just give me 40mins..I think..be honest, Inside the service tool is old..eg: towel is very old, its like total towel, bad is not comfortable, inside is very dark, only ok thing is the massage service. And my friend say he can smell his masseur was smoke. So I give 1 star
