My boyfriend booked a couples massage on 4th or July at Fiori spa for our 2 year anniversary. I have never been to a spa before so I wasn’t too sure what to except. When we arrived, I was blown away by the design and beauty of this spa. The front staff was very friendly and helped us out with all the questions we had. The details in the changing room and shower room were amazing and the music really relaxes you. The massage overall was good but could’ve been better but nonetheless we had a wonderful time and got away from all of our stress and worries. The pool was beautiful and cool and make sure you check out the underground grotto! We technically had the place to ourselves and we were in heaven. Thank you for an unforgettable day Fiori Spa!

We went there for a pampered bachelorette day out and the entire establishment was phenomenal. They accommodated us even if our time was cut short because we were late (that’s on us). The service was top notch and the food was extraordinary. Will definitely go back.

My hubby took me here for a surprise birthday outing. It was wonderful. Very clean, and staff was on point! Claudia did my facial and it was the best facial I have ever had and I have a ton of facials! The day pass is amazing and the massage was super relaxing. The Vine upstairs had fantastic drinks and service was just what we needed. Paige was welcoming and tended to our needs. Will for sure be back!

We came here as our company retreat. Price was very high. My coworker said that her massage was kinda short by 10 mins. We had the same experience with very light and tender massages, even if we put down medium to heavy pressure. It was more calming then alleviating any tensions. The place was nice. The service was nice. The restroom and shower area was nice and the things offered in there was nice. The restroom was limited due to one being broken. I can see why other bad reviews stated what they have. There were things you would expect be up to par to the price and value. The pools were a nice touch. I would say its more of a 3.5stars which is just some room for improvement.

What a beautiful escape! I highly recommend! Everyone was on top of safety precautions, masks on, and very clean! All staff were amazing and sweet especially Jade, Matt, and Eduardo. I came to treat my mom for her birthday, we were blown away with the quality. Will be returning for more spa days!

Awful experience at Fiori Spa. They claim to be a luxury spa but I did not find anything luxurious there. Went in for a pedicure and the pedicure room was filthy. The technician did not use new tools for pedicure and reused the same. Is this expected in luxurious salon? When I complained about the same to front desk staff, she just ignored me and no apologies or comments from her. She simply kept looking into her computer. Simply awful. Will never visit again. Please be careful!

Poor service. We booked one week in advance. To get their and they could only service 3 out of the 4 people we had in our party. Once I shared more information the manager comes just to tell me that it is not possible but won’t let us get rid of any of the services upon arrival. We were only able to do one thing together and that was facials. This is my second time coming here and I do not remember the services being this bad. I will not be returning now nor will I ever suggest this spa again. It seemed like it may had a lot to do with the skin that I’m in being an African American women since the way that I was spoken too was distasteful and unprofessional. I rather come out of pocket more money for better service.

This was my first time visiting the spa as a guest and I will NOT be returning. The massage was good but the management leaves a lot to be desired. We could not even use the inside pool after our massage because the chlorine fumes were so strong it was hard to breath, not to mention toxic to lungs and eyes. Checking out was an absolute nightmare! The front desk personnel were totally embarrassed by the way our check out was handled and I do not blame them but do hold the general manager accountable as she was dictating various new procedures and rules via telephone. This definitely should have been taken care of beforehand!Ive always left a spa day feeling relaxed and in good spirits; however, leaving Fiori Spa I was extremely angry and upset, all of which could have been avoided with proper management. I will NOT be returning or recommending.

The one star rating is definitely not due to the massage. The massage was fantastic.But the service, absolute horrible. The lady at the front desk responds to you as if asking a question is a extreme inconvenience to her day. The other ladies were very kind.The “hot tub” was warm at best. The chlorine was overused and caused our noses to burn.This was supposed to be a day of fun for a friend visiting in town, however I will never visit this place again. There are several places to go in Houston and have a great experience for the cost.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. The staff is ok and Elsie was so sweet and did a great job on my nails but Paige the manager is an absolute nightmare to deal with. She is EXTREMELY unprofessional and definitely NOT customer-centric. I had a birthday gift certificate/voucher worth $150 that was expiring on September 28th so I called in that same day to try to book an appointment since I couldnt find any appointments available online so they told me that Tuesdays are their worst days and theyre usually shortstaffed that day so the only time they can squeeze me in is from 4-5pm for a service that was only worth $85 because there are no other available appointments. So I asked if they could extend my gift voucher for another day or honor it for the next day or a different day so I could use my entire gift voucher and not lose it . The staff told me Paige was on lunch and that they would ask her when she gets back. They then put me on hold a minute later and apparently texted her. When Paige responded to them she told them they absolutely would not and could not honor my gift voucher any other day because it falls off the system after it expires so I would have to use it that same day. So I said well Im trying to use it all today and Im calling to explain the situation and dont want to miss out on my $150 voucher so I suggested I would pay for another service today in advance for a different day so that I could use the voucher before it expires, i.e advance payment on a booking for a different day and her response was a very adamant no and the staff told me whatever Paige says we have to do. They seemed scared of her so much. So I said ok, well let me talk to Paige and they told me they would have her call me back when she was off break but she never did. I arrived at my appointment and asked for her but she was already gone and the staff reiterated word for word that I would have to use my voucher or lose it all that day..i.e. use it or lose it. My friend bought that gift voucher/certificate for me for $150 meaning she already bought the service, so why would they deny me service that THEY COULD NOT OFFER because theyre shortstaffed. I get that I went on the day it expires but I should have been able to use my entire gift certificate. I also called in advance. Its also not my problem that theyre shortstaffed. Good customer service would work with the customer for a best possible solution but Paige seems to think the place is hers alone and that she doesnt work for customers. Im definitely not coming back and neither is my friend who was a previous customer. Worst first time customer experience. They need new management.

Fiori spa is the cutest boutique spa however their customer service is really bad. They do not put their customers first which is a shame. They offer a day pass for customers to come use their amenities for $50. I spent the day there at the end of March with some girlfriends and it was lovey. We used some of the indoor amenities And spent the bulk of our time in their outdoor pool which was heated that day and lovely. We had a great day so a few weeks later when my sister came to town for a visit we decided to go spend a day at Fiori. This day was much different. It was pretty crowded inside in the indoor pool room and hot tub. We spent a little time walking around and sat in the hot tub for a short period of time and then decided to go outside to the pool. It was an overcast day but perfect for a heated pool. Well, the pool was not heated! It was ice cold actually. Since we had spent only about 45 min at the spa at this point and we went inside to talk to them about our options. They told us they had turned the pool heaters off a few days earlier. No one mentioned this to us when we came in and purchased a day pass. Given how small the spa is and how few amenities there are, I think when two outdoor pools are essentially unusable because they are so cold the employee who checks you in should inform you about this. In the end we paid $50 for a day pass and stayed for about 45 min. We spend probably 20 min in the hot tub and that is about all we did. Fiori refused to refund even a portion of our day rate. We left extremely disappointed and will never go back. There are a lot of places to go in Houston and a over priced spa that doesn’t treat customers fairly is not going to be the one I choose going forward.

Excellent service. My best friend brought me here for my birthday and some girl time. We had such a great time! I am planning on bringing my mom for some massages, once the weather warms up, and so she can also enjoy the outdoor pool.

I booked a couples massage. The massage was at 5:00 and I called at 9:30 to see if I could reschedule as both my husband and I had separate things come up and could not make it.I was told that I could not reschedule and that I would be charged the FULL amount since I didn’t call yesterday. I never got a reminder call for this massage. I went to look at my emails to see if they sent me a reminder but no where on the email does it say 24 hours. However, it does say “ Please let us know immediately if you need to cancel or reschedule.” the lady was so rude and would not even try to accommodate me with this. Horrible customer service. Will not be rebooking with them. Trellis spa is better anyways.

Fiora Spa is a good location for a nice, quiet day of relaxation. I visited with a few friends. Its a nice facility away from all the Galleria traffic, but its in a good central location. They have an outside pool at the entrance as well as a grotto and a few saunas and a jacuzzi as well. The ladies dressing room is spacious with lockers to keep your belongings secure. I had a wonderful 90 minute food treatment. Upstairs, theres a private room for a small, intimate gathering or lunch between spa sessions.I believe they are expanding to offer more amenities to guests. Overall, I had a good experience.

My massage was PHENOMENAL! I Have 0 complaints on how amazing the massage was. The woman at the front though? Ew. Her customer service was far from excellent and she was just rude and on her phone the entire time. There were two people up front. The small, slender blonde was so sweet and cute, but the other woman is who I spoke of last. She almost ruined the mood of having a relaxing spa day for Mothers day. After the massage we almost felt like we were just a burden to ask her questions. I recommend going to get yourself a massage but avoid her. Wish I got her name 🤦‍♀️

This is a place has beautiful grounds and I can’t speak to the spa experience, I took my aunt here for Mother’s Day to go to The Ivy for brunch and the food was cute but the customer service is bad, like real bad. I had to keep getting up requesting service like can we order, can I get some water glass never refilled, it took min 22 min just to get the bill. Now we were the first people in the restaurant and only other people were a small group downstairs, just and there were 3 servers only on Mother’s Day. We weren’t the only ones getting poor service though everyone was and we got there at 1pm, and a hour later there were more people 3 tables of 2-3 people one customer group left cause they didn’t even offer them drinks. A large group of 22 people on the roof top with me and my aunt by the time we left. If they were reserved to come there why didn’t they have the area prepared for them had those people sitting there while they gathered tables and chairs to put them together had them waiting for food and drinks too. Although it is a beautiful and clean Boutique like spa in restaurant I wouldn’t go back. A nice quite bite and brunch to eat turned into 2 hrs of slow service.

It breaks my heart to write such a review …I come to relax at fiori and usually have a good time. I don’t recommend the medi/pedi .. the gel on my nails came off, and when I asked them to fix it it was a long process which included speaking to customer service hotline, consulting with management , as they requested evidence aka pics lol. Also had issues with the payment process, it took forever for front desk agent to get me the bill while answering calls!I recommend the massages but not the medi/pedi. Customer service was an overall 0.

Amazing Day Spa !! I loved the entire experience and customer service was delightful. I had my first body treatment and I loved it and a facial that I highly recommend. The therapist and esthetician were very helpful and made me feel comfortable during treatment. The new management has made many positive adjustments. This will be my new get away in the city with my friends and family.

My review is almost two years overdue! I met the owner of fiori while planning my friends birthday party at the same location and needed my hair done at the last minute without a booking. The owner was incredibly accommodating, and did my hair which turned out amazing, and he allowed me use of the spa so I didn’t have to rush back home to get ready. I found the entire experience to be incredibly amazing! I had a spa treatment yesterday which was phenomenal, and was reminded of the kindness I experienced last time and felt compelled to write this review (I don’t write reviews)! This is my go to spa when I visit Houston! Thank you fiori and team!!!

I had the worse experience with this place and should have read the reviews before I booked my appointment. I will use my hard earned money elsewhere where appreciated and reciprocated.Here’s the email I sent to the GM and now posting here in hopes they do something about this poorly ran facility. Advice: there are lots of great spas around Houston but trust me thus isn’t one of them.General Manager email:“I wanted to inform you of my spa experience today. My first impression was not a great one. It was pouring down raining and I had no lights so I called to inform your reps of my situation and the response was priceless, “we have a strict policy of 24 hours so if you don’t come we’ll charge your credit card on file for your all your services.” My response was, “okay I know to not use your facility again.” Her response, “excuse me”. I repeat my response and she holds the phone for about five seconds and then hangs up without saying a other word. I thought that was very unprofessional.Then I arrive and the lady who assisted me was kind and helpful and walks me to the changing area for my massage and facial. She gave me a quick tour as we didn’t have much time. She showed me where to store my things and how to use the locker. I follow her instructions, change my clothes, lock my locker and off I go for my services. The massage was okay and honestly for the cost I was highly disappointed. The gentleman who gave me the massage was very nice but the massage just was lackluster!!The next treatment was the fire and ice facial and it was great. Her attention to detail, professionalism, her approach and walkthrough made me feel like I was the utmost importance at that very moment. I hope you guys reward her highly because she is awesome. I forgot her name but sure you can pull the records from my appointment today at 3pm (massage) and 4pm (facial).Lastly, which is where things got weird. I get back to my locker and notice my purse is NOT in the locker where I put it. My clothes, watch, bracelet and clothing are but my purse was not. The same lady who checked me in came in just as I was looking and I told her my purse was missing?!?! She said “are you sure?”.Asked me what kind of purse and color and I tell her a tan Gucci crossbody bag. It has my keys, cellphone, 3 credit cards in it. I answered snarky but not rude but could have given the situation - - I’m positive it’s not in the locker where I put it.” She asks me to hang on and leaves the locker area running and then returns to ask me could it be in another locker. I said I don’t know why if I didn’t put it there and everything else was in the locker I opened. She said sometimes when lockers are left opened they move valuables and put them in another locker. I asked, “if that was the case why would they leave my Apple watch, Tiffany earring, and David Yurman bracelet???” She shrugs and said let’s just check another locker and sure enough that’s where we found it????? Everything was still in there but the reason why is still unclear???It felt like retaliation for my comment of not using the facility again comment as no one spoke or greeted upon arrival except the lady who helped me. When I give my name I instantly felt tension but no comments.I’m disappointed and angry!!! I spent $336 with tip even after lackluster massage, rude customer service and misplaced purse.After I left I was so stressed it almost felt like I needed a new massage from the poor experience!!! Not sure what you’ll do with this information but hopefully something positive will come from this???”

My girls and I were blown away not only by the atmosphere, but the professionalism, the knowledge, amenities and the hospitality we received our entire spa day. There was one person that stood out most to us, her name was Jen (Jennifer). She was there at all the right times, helped us get the perfect pictures, was helpful and shared a few laughs with us. We will definitely be back and recommend to all of our friends!We are looking forward to our next spa day!!

We recently visited Fiori as a weekend getaway girls trip. We all came in from different states and were initially attracted to their setting. Their setting and service were complete opposites. We were rushed, given no instructions, and no greeting upon arrival. Needless to say, it was a disappointing visit. Being there are tons of spas to choose from in Houston, we definitely won’t be returning here.

Amenities were beautiful. Hot tub needed to be cleaned. Had weird particles floating all in it also wasn’t warm. Got a massage and they took me to the waiting area. My appointment was 11 and at 1110 I had to go ask front desk what I need to do to get myMassage. My lady stopped at 1150 for a 50 min massage even after starting 15 min late. Paid for a facial by Kathy. Wouldn’t do that again. I chose the dermaplane with peel and she knicked my face in a few spots and told me I needed the more intensity peel. I said ok and 3 days later my face hasn’t done a thing. I called yesterday to get a better explanation and the front desk girl didn’t know how to explain that peel. I asked for a manager to call me and still waiting on that. All in all beautiful location but wouldn’t go back.

Understand facility is really nice (there is a pool or hot tub of some sort which was the best part of the experience) so maybe it is a nice enough place without the massage, but if you are looking to treat a significant other with a one time visit for a massage, please look elsewhere. my wife said massage was uncomfortable - lots of talking (if you like talking during your massage, maybe this is a treat for you ) and lots of random movements (again, this could be a stylistic component of massage- maybe some people like randomly going back and forth between areas)cost is about what you would expect for the area and offering;

HORRIBLE SERVICEMASSAGES were great. Ambience pretty great, however a LARGE AMOUNT OF MOLD in showers and steam room.Asked for bottle of Rosé to be waiting for us after massage. I was told I would have to order after my service- no problem. Asked the front desk after my service for drinks and food and was told they would send someone down to take our order. NOBODY showed up for 45mins. Asked again. Still nothing.Couldn’t use my HSA debit card.

Unfortunately, spa cleanliness is important.Rust on air vents and speakers everywhere. Mold in the men’s showers. Corrosion on the shower head and faucets. Horribly slow service for food and drinks. Overall, feel like so many details are over looked that this experience is very mediocre.

Actually the worst spa and massage I have ever had. The massage when in a room upstairs by the kitchenette. I could hear people talking, rattling of dishes, and general noise throughout the entire massage. Being on a busy street you could also hear cars honking. After, they just gave us a cup of water and walked away, but didnt show us back to the quiet room or where to get lunch or anywhere else (the facilities are a little confusing if you are not familiar with them). Then we decided to try lunch. After waiting OVER 30 minutes for a glass of champagne, they tell us that they are out. She did not offer alternatives. We cancelled our order at this point. When we went in the sauna it was cold and smelled. Needless to say, we checked out. Do not waste your money, time, or day to relax here.

3 stars for the pretty building. Lesser stars for services. The price is really high for the quality of services provided. The technicians were friendly for sure, the hostessesat the register could use a lot more knowledge about the services. I really wanted to like their services more but my facial was a very weak excuse for a facial. She did not get my pores open/skin hot enough so claimed that my skin was too tight to do extractions so she hardly did any which was my point of a facial. She also got me to pay for some extra facial treatment and I dont see that it made any difference at all either. The little pools are cool. I could have gotten a way better mani and pedi at the regular nail salon for less and more spa like experience.

Overall, this was a pretty nice day spa. I liked how kind the hostess was, the area is spacious, the locker room was well kept, my masseuse Karen was fantastic, and the cucumber lemon water was everywhere to keep everyone hydrated. Downside? Well there was a huge roach the size of my man hands. It was crawling in our cocktails and one of the girls had to trap it! The outdoor pool was filthy. The indoor pool was a mystery. The pieces of the pool fell off when I was swimming and when I put it back, it looked very slimy. The hot tub was a bit too hot. Unbearably. Couldnt stay in for more than 5 min.Anyway, my service with Karen was wonderful. I asked her to give me a deep tissue massage and most masseuses would go light on me because Im a little petite. I love the intense rough beating when I get a massage. Karen did just that. She made me feel very comfortable by offering me options of oils, asking me how I was feeling, and greeted me with warm smiles as I entered and left the room. Unfortunately, a couple of friends of mine didnt enjoy their massages. I didnt want to point anyone out, but dont get the Caucasian older white woman with short hair. I was in the same room with a friend and she didnt acknowledge my friend. That lady didnt greet her with warm smiles nor asked how she felt. When my friend requested more pressure and a little more hard, the lady kept up with what she was doing and didnt respond. Not once, not twice, but three times. So sad at the fact that my friend didnt enjoy her massage.Anyway, I would like to try this place again but hoping that this facility cleans up their staff and their pools.

I went to this spa for a birthday celebration with my friend and really enjoyed it. The food at the Ivy Bar and Bistro next door was excellent and the upstairs patio was very relaxing . The grounds were beautiful and the facial was one of the best facials I have ever had. I enjoyed it so much I stayed after the facial to relax by the pool. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because the pool water was almost freezing and the mineral pool and hot tub were luke warm and not hot. We were told that the pools can be heated. That being said, the next time we go we will call them the day before to have them turn on the pool heaters. Overall I highly recommend this spa and look forward to returning soon!

My first time, I definitely do not refer it as “ Luxury Spa”!!! let me start by saying the spa needs to be closed for business till they finish their remodeling & up dates, specially indoor/ mineral pool,, needs deep cleaning /scrubbing calcium buildup, the edges were so sharp that cut your skin. The extra small hot tub,, the hand rails at hot tub were loose and caused me to slip where I injured my self ,, I have explained my disappointment and &injury to the attendees to hope hopping management will come to address or maybe follow up calls, nope didn’t happen . New management has improved physical facilities, but customer service stinks. When I booked three services for one appointment, the brow shaping took 5 minutes, and I sat for the remainder of the hour waiting for the nail appointments. Without complaining, I mentioned the poor planning after paying for my services, she said we can make a note of it in your file that you want nail services first and waxing after. I replied, Make a note of it in your own file! Your staff should know enough about the services that they can book them efficiently. This screwy scheduling has happened before, and I had to make the changes myself. Two strikes, Fiori... for the price of services, your appointment staff should be way more professional.

After several visits to Fiori over the years (all good, but some better than others) I have to say that the Fiori I fell in love with is back! Front desk staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. I was escorted everywhere. My lunch was great. All of the amenities really make this place stand out. If you havent been in a while, I would suggest giving it another try. One of the best spas Ive been to in Houston. They actually accidentally canceled one of the apts for our bridal party due to a last name mix up, but still made sure everyone still received the services scheduled! As well they made up for their mistake by discounting my services for the inconvenience and set the entire bridal party in a private room with a cheese/fruit tray. I enjoyed my services and will book another spa treatment!

Birthday present’s gone bad.For my birthday my husband surprised me with a spa appointment. Raising four kids under the age of 10 and having a full time job, the Lord knows I really needed some pampering. Unfortunately, my experience was far from that. Since it was a surprise, my husband refuse to tell me the details. It was a “wait to see” situation and “be prepared to be there for half a day”. When I arrived 30 minutes late -certainly my fault-I was consistently reminded of that , rushed and not received the full mani-pedi treatment only cleaning and coloring (reduced from 1 hour 15 minutes to 45 minutes) due to not having enough time before my next appointment. On a side note, I do get mani and pedi on a monthly basis, and the nail salons can do massages or hot wax treatment and color your nails within 45 minutes! After my nails were done I went to the reception to ask anxiously where I should be rushing next and where I could get drink and food from as I was previously told that I would have access to those since I’m spending a significant time there. The receptionist made me feel like I was an inconvenience asking all these questions and regarding the food, she said in a mean way if I chose to eat that would impact my spa schedule meaning that I either eat or enjoy what the spa had to offer. SO I followed order and prepared for my next treatment which I never found out what it was because after 30 minutes of waiting I was still sitting in a rather chilly room. I was cold, felt disrespected and at this point I just wanted to leave so I dressed up and called for a ride.

My husbands cousin decided to treat me to a prenatal massage and a pedicure because I needed to be pampered and Id just come home from a long work trip and have been recently diagnosed with hyperemesis gravidium. So she did her research, and decided to go with Fiori Spa, then booked massages and pedicures for us both. I got there earlier than her because she informed me that Id have to fill out some paperwork before our appointment, they confirmed that we had to have our massages at this time because the staff that does prenatal massages would be there. As a matter of fact she had a preference for a female masseuse and was told shed have to book another time if shed want a female because that was the only staff that could also perform prenatal massages. I was greeted by the staff upon arrival, filled out the paperwork and taken to tour the facilities and given a locker. All was well and smooth, cousin arrives, changes and were asked which wed like to do first because I really want to savor this massage. (I had a fantastic one in NY while away at work about ~3weeks ago and it was just what I needed.) We both say pedicure and were taken to have our pedicures done. Were attended to immediately and all is well. Someone comes in and asks if we want drinks, I decide tea, she decides on a mimosa. Then one of the front desk staff comes in to let me know that they do not have anyone that can do my massage so would I like a facial. I say no. because we actually came for the massages and the pedicures we threw in because we would make a day of pampering. I was very disappointed and couldnt understand how this happened as they assured us that all was taken care of during booking and check in. It seemed so weird but I dont know if Id go back even though they offered us a discount on our next visit. It just seemed like we were hoodwinked. Then when we were checking out they overcharged us for the pedicure stating that we got some pedicure that we didnt.at this point everything seemed so shady that I wondered if theyre used to folks not paying attention or they just wanted us not to come back. It just wasnt a good experience and I have that gut feeling there was more to it so I wont be back. Beautiful facility, friendly staff, great pedicure service, organization and communication could use some work.

I’d give it minus rating if I could. Went twice. We had major issues both times, from the wrong services being booked to completely unprofessional massage therapists. Even the mani/ pedis were disappointing, didn’t last 2 days before the polish started coming off. The hot tub could be renamed the lukewarm tub, so gross. We were 5 friends together and everyone had a major complaint with service or quality and for the cost of it you would certainly expect more.Worst part? Management couldn’t care less, absolutely couldn’t care less!Don’t waste your money at Fiori, there are so many more other spas in Houston.

DO NOT GO TO FIORI! SOME VERY SWEET FRIENDS BOUGHT ME A GIFT CARD AND I MISPLACED IT. I FINALLY FOUND IT THREE YEARS LATER AND WHEN I CALLED TO USE IT THEY WOULD NOT HONOR IT. THEY EVEN HAD RECORD OF WHEN IT WAS PURCHASED BUT THE MANAGER SAID THE OWNERS SET THE POLICY. TOTAL NON-CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. SEVERAL OTHER SPAS LIKE THE HOUSTONIAN WILL HONOR GIFT CARDS WITH NO EXPIRATION DATE!

My experience started with the phone call. I wanted to give my niece a spa day with her bff and my daughter one for mothers day. The consultant, Christian, was great; very knowledgeable of all of the services and she asked alot of questions about my niece to customize a package for her. My niece, her bff and my daughter all sent pics and stated that this was the best spa theyve been to, hands down. The massages were great, the ambiance made them feel like they were in Tuscany and all of the masseuses Daniel Karem and Celine gave each of them awesome customized massages as their needs differed. Each employee even greeted the birthday girl, telling her happy birthday. They really make each customer feel special. Their attention to detail was great and they really appreciated the pools and grotto time, as well the relaxation room! You will never know how happy you made all three and for that, I thank you!

Ive been 4 times and the last visit 1-17 was the worst. Mold on the stairway ceiling downstairs, staff was not very accommodating as Ive experienced previously . Very stingy with the bottled water. Just not a good experience.
