Took wife to spa for her birthday. The staff was unorganized, untrained, poor customer service, unprofessional and little to no communication. Checked in on time and taken to waiting area that was dirty and littered with empty glasses and trash. We were not offered any refreshments and kept waiting 15 minutes past our appointment. My wife was then sent the wrong attendant only to find out our scheduled attendant was given to the wrong patron. The replacement they sent did not meet our specific request and was not acceptable. They were disorganized and poorly run, no one seemed to have a clue what to do. No one was communicating internally or with us. I had to hunt them down and everyone was clueless. They didn’t seem to care nor were they apologetic. They provided no solutions. I had to suggest options but no matter what we did my wife and I were going to get short changed. The stress and aggravation made it impossible to have any type of positive experience. Their last minute after the fact apologies and offers for services to make up for their screw ups were clumsy, insincere, too little too late. They need serious customer service training. We left getting no services, unsatisfied and upset that they ruined a well plan treat for my wife. Not going back there any time soon. Would not recommend this second hand, sub par Trullis wanta-be spa. Never had a problem at their main facility the Trullis. This was opened as a backup while Trullis was under renovation. It was run well when the Trullis staff ran it. Apparently the well trained staff went back to the Trullis and they hired new untrained staff (or they left the fourth string team behind) to run it. SAD. Not the LUXARY product they pretend and promote themselves to be. Stay away. Spend your money somewhere else. Somewhere with real LUXARY service.

What an amazing experience! My bestie and I were surprised with a massage at Solaya for Mother’s Day. The staff was super nice and accommodating. Mimosas were given upon arrival. The ambiance was clean and refreshing! The massage was AMAZING! Alisha was my masseuse and she was GREAT! I will definitely be back!

The receptionist were friendly if not prepared. They asked if I wanted a drink, decided on tea then had to ask for the sugar and the stirrer. Abbie my Pedicure tech was Great, as was my CBD massage. For Goodness sake Treat Yourself!!

Complete pampering. Started with a refreshing prosecco and was brought back within 5 minutes. My facialist, Merrill produced this dewy glow with the hydro facial. My masseuse, Lupe had a fantastic technique. Worked my shoulder and muscle tightness out. I will be a return customer.

The spa is very pretty, clean, and nice. Im having to give it only a 4-Star because we reserved a couples room for couples massage and booked a weekend trip in the area around that massage. We were notified a couple of hours before our massage they double booked and dont have that room available for us. I would have given them less than 4 Stars but they redeemed themselves by comping one of our massages and were so professional about their mistake. That really made up for it, even though we were disappointed. The massages were so nice and we enjoyed a glass of champagne in a nice seating area after our massages. We will be back and hopefully well get a couples room next time.

This spa is so wonderful. It is completely new and the space is gorgeous. The staff is attentive and professional. There is lots of light and beautiful blue colors. The place smells wonderful. I love the nail stations and comfortable chairs. There are lots of windows that let in the natural light and so the place feels warm and inviting. If you are looking for a plush spa - this is the place for you. Try a cookie on the way in and out - they are delicious!

Very beautiful spa. Paid $260 for the diamond white facial. Esthetician was very friendly. I wanted to focus on extractions and cleaning my skin since it had been a while since I had a facial due to covid and my pores are extremely clogged. I paid for 80 min but I would say they probably stopped 10 min short of that. I expected with as much as the facial was that my skin would be completely cleaned out but I got home and still have areas that need more extractions. Overpriced and mediocre

Let me tell you guys, I never write reviews about places. When I first booked an appointment I was very skeptical about my decision because there was only 3 reviews about this place. My appointment at Solaya Spa was AWESOME!! I booked a couples massage for my anniversary and my wife loved it! Definitely worth the money! You guys need to book an appointment with Jorge (20 years of experience) I will be returning in the future.

Went today for the first time and just loved it. If youre used to the Houstonians level of service, this wont disappoint. In particular, Vickys mani/pedi was just fantastic. That relaxing spa smell combined with a glass of champagne... Ill be back in the meantime, but I especially look forward to returning after the Covid restrictions are lifted.

Relaxing

My massage was amazing but the rest of it was so so and probably NOT worth the price.

I went to this spa for my 40th birthday with my partner. The place was clean, had a relaxing atmosphere, nice touch with the champagne. I booked a couple’s massage. But, when the masseuse came to get us, we were told to go to separate rooms. Explanation: the other couple who booked massages came first. Uh, okay? Bad first impression. The massage itself was nothing to rave about. I didn’t fall asleep during the entire thing! And I am notorious for dozing off 10 minutes into a massage. I’ve had better massage experiences priced for far less. Leaving the spa, my partner and I looked at each other and almost in unison said, “Wow. Not what I was expecting.” Over dinner we arrived at a unified review: the spa is more about the ambience and the fu-fu rather than the actual quality of service. Are we going back? Resounding no. My partner is a regular at the Houstonian for business dinners and such. He was disappointed to say the least. Solaya, there is always room for improvement.
