This dentist took my $1,861 from me after I explained that I couldnt afford well over $3,000 to pull and replace my top teeth including THREE new plates! I DID ask for my money back to find someone cheaper. He would NOT return my money so I let him pull my teeth and got one plate. IMAGINE MY SHOCK! HE DIDNT PULL MY TEETH!! He drilled holes in them AND sawed them down then put in the plate! This was in late 19 & early 20. I HAVE STILL NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND A RESPECTABLE DENTIST WHO WILL TOUCH my teeth! Of course I AM IN CONSTANT PAIN thanks to Dr. Searby. Im seriously considering suing him. He also has a terrible chairside manner! The one star is only there so I can warn people away from this monster!

This is an awesome dental office!! I have been to quite a few over time. This place is by far the best ever. The people are very friendly and make you feel comfortable.But the most outstanding part of the experience is the quality of the work they did for me. I had a lower denture made and it turned out beautiful and I had absolutely no uncomfortable spots on the gums after wearing the denture all afternoon and evening. I have never had a fitting like this. They took pains to make sure the denture was going to fit and the lab technicians are artists I think.I had been to another place a couple of years ago and had extractions, two implants for anchors for the denture to clip into and a denture. That experience was horrible. They throw a denture into your mouth the same day they take the teeth out of your mouth. Then you leave in pain and the denture causes more pain. You go back and they chip and grind away at the denture they made trying to get it off the sore spots. After months of agony you dont even have the same denture that you had to begin with. And, it still didnt fit. It broke twice.I found Pro Dentures in Cypress on Google and read about how they make dentures especially for older people. Well, they can make them for anybody but older people are the most in need of dentures. They do moldings and fittings and I could tell right away that the dentist cared about how well the denture was going to fit. It fit me like a glove. I am so thankful for this experience and their expertise.The cost is very reasonable too. I was surprised and I was happy to pay for something that looks wonderful and fits my mouth. I may have to go for some adjustments, but I dont need any today.I cant thank these people enough for how much they helped me. It was a wonderful experience. I want to go back just to be around the people.

Extractions were about a month ago. I had minimal swelling and pain. Temporary dentures fit well and look great. After reading horror stories on a fb denture group i joined , i know I made the right choice going with Pro Dentures. Thank you for my new smile! 😁

I call him Doc short for Doctor Smiles. I would always come back just because he make it so comfortable and at ease being there. No one like going to the dentist period but I don’t mind being there. My father went to this location for dentures and was treated with nothing but kindness and professionalism. He said Dr. Searby and his entire staff treated him like he was family from the moment he walked in the door! Not only that, his dentures came out looking amazing! The fitting and adjustment appointments were fast, and he had his new dentures very quickly. I want this location to know how grateful my Dad and I are for the services they provided him.

At 65 years old, absolutely the best experience I have every had with Dental work. Scheduling is outstanding, I walk in the door and I am in the treatment room in < 10 minutes. All treatment options and costs explained in detail in terms I understand. A very genuine level of concern was exhibited by EVERY member of the staff including all the lab staff. The ENTIRE staff is fabulous. I was very comfortable every step of the way. Ive been treated very poorly by other dentists because I do need dentures but not everyone that needs dentures is lazy and doesnt take care of themselves. Great place, great people. Prices are more than reasonable, Doctor is excellent...as is all of his staff. If you need a good dentist, look no further. I dont think anyone actually looks forward to going to the dentist...especially if there is major work to be done...but honestly, this experience was as pleasant as it could possibly be.

The Dentist are the Best Dr. Paul pulled a tooth that other dentist told me I would have to have oral surgery. He was gentle and it didnt hurt or take long. The Staff are kind, friendly and very helpful.

Simply amazing dental practice. I went in one day for examination and went back the next day for 3 extractions and walked out the same day with temporary partials. Went back months later (at my convenience) and had my permanent metal reinforced partials done . Take advantage of some MAJOR experience at an attractive price point. I am extremely satisfied and consider it a near miracle that I happened to discover them.

I went to Dr. Searby to get replacement dentures.I had two sets with me that I had been using. The first set was ten years old and was in good shape other than a missing tooth. The second set was only two years old and the upper had repeatedly cracked down the middle and been repaired by another dentist only to crack again. Dr. Searby and I discussed the plan to provide me with a new set that would last longer. He told me that his warranty covered the denture in its entirety except for the need to reline them later. He stated that peoples jawbones shrink at different rates and he had no control over that. I paid for the set with the 5 year warranty. Steve did an excellent job repairing the missing tooth in my old set. Dave worked hard to get my dentures ready expeditiously. After my final fitting, Dr. Searsby came in to the room and ask me if I liked the new dentures and I said yes. Then he he told me and I quote, If you somehow manage to break these, dont expect me to fix them at no charge. I replied, I will if they do in the next five years. He then stated that the warranty covered materials only. Wow! I was a happy customer until then. I may never have a problem with these new dentures but I now know that if I do, Im on my own. Guess I should have read his warranty instead of taking his word for it. I hope this review isnt taken as reflective of his staff. They were all helpful and professional.

I am quite happy. The scheduling was easy, and the staff was quite conscientious. Dr. Paul had terrific doctor to patient communication and was very competent, as my dental situation was not simple. The end result was a great fitting partial denture. I had problems at another dentist and the fit they gave me. NOT THIS TIME, as it fits very nicely! I plan to use them again for other issues and have already recommended them to friends.

Started seeing Dr. Searby and his staff a few years ago. Needed some partials. Since, then I have come to know the staff, kinda like family. What a joy to see an employer who can keep his staff this long. In Houston, if your staff stays with you, they are happy. Hes fixed every issue and taken care of my existing teeth. Today was a root canal, and I have heard nothing but horror stories regarding the pain in the chair and afterwards. Dr. Searby reassured me, had the procedure and no pain while or after the procedure. Did enjoy hearing him sing while he was working on me too. That tells me he enjoys what he does! I hate going to the dentist (not the person, the procedures). I have had years of issues with my teeth and gums. I have generally waited until an emergency with a lot of pain and chose the band aid solution. I read a lot of reviews and chose Pro Dentures and Dr. Searby because of his attitude towards retirees as well as the free exam and consultation. I had several teeth removed and a temporary partial placed. Initial exam was Thursday, extractions and temporary were done the following Monday. The absolute best tooth extraction experience I could have expected.Everything has been great to date. Very little pain and discomfort to this point. Will have sutures removed next Monday.Would recommend to anyone looking for reasonable priced dental work with a personal and professional attitude. Dr. Searby and staff have been great!!

I paid over $2k to have dental work done for a family member and paid for a 5 year warranty! They do not honor their warranty policy. Shortly have having the dentures they broke and the facility would not honor the warranty on file. Sorry, but that is dishonest and fraudulent! Shame on your company!!!

There was no judgement about my situation; in fact, just the opposite, compassion! Thus far, they have made me feel like I matter to them, and I’m not just a dollar sign. My initial goal was to locate a source for dentures that look and fit well. I was also concerned about participating substantially paying for the dentists new Mercedes convertible. After soliciting family and friends and then digging on the internet, I read what Dr. Searby said on his web site and like d what he said. What I perceived in his statement was made a fact of reality once I visited his office, met the staff and began the process of having new dentures crafted. It couldnt have been more pleasant or smoother. When I got my new dentures, they looked great, fit perfectly the first time and didnt break the bank either. Definitely my choice if there is ever a next time for me.

Yes, I realy dont mind as I wanted to share this anyway. I originally wanted My cracked Cap to be Bonded so I could Find more work, and the Recept. said oh yes we can do that ,That is what brought me there, and they sent a card in mail. The Staff and Dentist were Great, but i was Quoted 1,100. for 1 Cap, and The Dentist refuse to do Bonding.. I couldn tafford it. So I havent returned..

Dr. Searby did my partials over a year ago. I could not be happier with the work done. I saw a couple of Dentist before I chose Dr. Searby to do my partials and implants. My partial are perfect. These folks have got this process dialed in. They get 10 out of 10 from me.

Dr. Searby and the great professionals who support him gave me the smile back that enabled me to go to my 50th Class Reunion. After experiencing many years of trauma, cancer, and deaths in my life...my smile disappeared. Broken partials, acute facial bone loss, and lack of self esteem, I really lost my happy self. The good folks worked with me to pay my bill, not to mention the unbelievable smile has returned!! They are artists as well. This is a five star denture facility i had no Problem out of my dentures even when i broke mine they repaired them with no hassle great staff and doctor and they are fast they changed my life in one day i have recommended a few pepole and they fill the same way i do this is the place to go thank you pro dentures

I visited the Pro Dentures located at Northwest Freeway to have a tooth extracted on 6/5/17. During the extraction, Dr. Searby, said he hit the tooth next to it. When I got home I realized he had not only hit the tooth next to the extraction, but broken it and half of the tooth was missing. I called the next morning when the office opened and they said they would repair the broken tooth for free. I made an appointment for the following day, 6/7/17.When I arrived on 6/7/17 for the tooth to be repaired, the lady at the front desk said the doctor wanted me to pay $265 since the tooth already had a cavity and was put on a proposed treatment plan. However, I had not prioritized to have that tooth fixed right away since I was private pay; paying out of pocket and was going to have it filled at a later date. At this point, since the doctor broke the tooth, it has now become crucial to have it repaired.I went to the back and waited 20 minutes for the doctor to arrive to speak with him about the tooth. When he finally arrived, he showed signs of negative behavior and attitude, appearing very ill mannered and rude. He asked, Why are you irritated with me and I proceeded to explain that I was frustrated because I was told the repair would be done for free and now have to pay $265 for his mistake. Dr Searby stated, your tooth was not whole when you came in because of the cavity. However, on my initial visit, he had told me that specific tooth was not a big issue and could wait to be filled. At that point, a man by the name of Steven (an Assistant presumably), walked into the room and told the doctor, Dont worry about her because she clearly doesnt understand what youre trying to tell her and I need your help. Steven then walked out of the room, made copies of my x-ray, and brought them back, aggressively slamming them onto the counter and storming out of the room. Dr. Searby was still in the room and showed me the x-rays with the cavity, explaining that the cavity was large although he didnt say that on my initial visit. The initial visit he used the words, teeny, tiny hole to explain the cavity.I insisted that he should still do the work for the quoted free price and he said, I guess the issue here is the money so I guess Ill do it for free if it makes you feel better since obviously you just want someone to make you feel better. I then explained that it was not about the money but the principle of the fact that he was the one that broke the tooth. I told him I was leaving and he slid with his chair to the opening of the room and said, no, Youre not going anywhere. I asked him to move and that he was being rude. He sarcastically says, Well, Im sorry Im being so rude and he slid out of my way for me to leave.I am very upset with the services, the professionalism, and the damage received by this business.

The owner Mr. Searby whos the dentist was completely rude. Put his hand literally 1/4th of an inch in my face touching my eyelashes. Also Cussed at me in front of my 11 year old daughter. And didnt even begin to listen to me. Unfortunately I paid $850 just for an upper denture that has only caused problems for me. They had two offices but Now I see why their back to one. The Mr. Searby was a completely different person when I first met him. He obviously just wanted my money. I read his website and its the total opposite. I dont wish this on anyone. And when I went back 1 hr later to get my denture Mr. Searby and his assistant stated they did there best to put a liner in the denture. It completely fell out of my mouth. They were better before I went on June 16th. I went to DDS dentures and implants on the 21st and they couldnt believe the shotty completely unacceptable job Mr. Searby did. I bought the $255 upper denture from them and it fits and feels better than anything from Mr. Searby.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!No one called so again I had to call them. Jessica was beyond ruse once again.They seem to be under the impression that I am at fault!I indecated that the TSDE suggested that I call and asked for a supervisor. I asked that the doctor call back.He did and was very angry. He thinks that I should do whatever is necessary to make it convenient for him. Not the other way around.They once again dropped the ball!He even told me I better not call and threaten to call the TSBDE! I ALREADY HAVE!! After the last fiasco I decided I had better. Just in case. Guess I was right!I am the customer! I have paid in full for services I have not received!!!UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!Well I returned to the office Friday. Dr Searby and the staff were professional and pleasant. He even apologized and offered to give me FREE bonding on my two front teeth. I accepted!Impressions were taken. Everything went off with out a hitch.I was told to return to the Gessner office Saturday morning at 8 am.I arrived at 7:50. Waited until 9 am. NO ONE SHOWED UP!!!!It is now 3:15 pm. After calling and leaving messages, I have yet to receive any communication.Now we have a problem!!!Started my dental work at the Gessner office (November 2015). It was awful! Not blaming the staff. Maybe it was just too much at one time.After 6 months for healing passed I called to start the process for my permanent upper plate.Went in fir the impression. No problem was told it would take 3 weeks and they would have it ready.5 weeks went by nothing. I called and was told I would have to drive to the Cypress office. With MUCH displeasure I agreed to a 8am Saturday appointment. A day before the appointment I received a call that I needed to come at 9 instead. Again with added displeasure I agreed.After sitting in traffic for almost an hour I called to say I would be late. No Answer! I continued to get no answer so I turned around and went home. ( I was later told by Steven they were there at 7 just not answering the phone. Yeah right....Called first thing this morning and spoke to Jessica, Wow!!! Thats all I will say about that conversation. Well it went no where. I asked that either the dentist or the office manager call me back. Nothing!Called back. Spoke to Rachael this time. Still no resolution.Called back. Spoke to Steven. He decided it was all my fault for not accommodating their schedule! When I told him I did not want to miss work he told me well it so quiet where you are. Are you sure you are working?). Seriously thats what Steven said to me.At that point I asked to speak to the dentist. Dr Searby, who I had previously had a great experience, called on the phone to chastise me! Not apologize for the lack of professionalism. He even went as far as to say ok! you were disrespected. So do you want to move on the end the relationship? Or do you want to complain about what was said to you?. He said, like any of it is my fault or responsibility, that I work everyday and that office is a pain in the ass for me I will not work on a Sunday!.At no point did I ask for Sunday service! I am only requesting that the service I paid for I will receive. At the location I originally contracted with!I was told that if I wanted the work complete I needed to make the changes for them! Not me the paying customer!So I have taken a vacation day this Friday. When transferred back to Jessica, who is beyond unprofessional and very rude, she decided to laugh at me. Like she had won something! I mean I felt like she thought she was doing me a favor!!! So I can get the work I paid in full for completed!I hope the work is done well so I never ever have to patronize this business again!!!I am beyond mad! I am down right furious! I plan to tell everyone I meet about awful experience!Please Dear God let everything go well for my last two appointments. THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

Dr. Searby does not care about his patients needs! AVOID THIS BUSINESS!They cannot change insurance for your dental needs. They are in the stone age for insurance needs! Avoid this dentist at all costs!!!

I recently dropped my denture in the sink and it broke. Even during the pandemic, Dr Searby and his son, Steven, fixed me up the same day and there was no charge. You cant beat this kind of special service.

He is the best dentist I have ever treated with, I have always had many dental problems but I cannot pay to fix them it is very expensive everywhere.
