Incredible dentist. I needed an emergency tooth pull. His assistant called him Friday night at 2am. He called me back personally. He said come in on Saturday morning on his day off just to pull not one but two. Also did payment plan since it was very price. Paid it off in two payments. What won me over was how young and smart he was. He gave me a shot that I didn’t even feel and pulled two teeth I didn’t know he even pulled. Very nice guy. Also he didn’t even care about the money. He just cared that I was not in paid and I’m very grateful. Now he’s doing all my work from now on. I’m not scared at all. I feel totally safe with him doing whatever. He’s the only dentist and it’s his office. He works a lot he’s GOOD.

New patient appointment yesterday and everything was fantastic. The office and staff are taking extra precautions with COVID and speaking as an ICU nurse they are doing a great job. The office is equipped with new dental equipment. I had one of the most thorough teeth examinations which included a 3D scan, picture photos, X-rays, and teeth cleaning completed. I highly recommend switching to Dr. Hassid! He has excellent bedside manner and never tried to oversell anything which is always my fear when going to a new dentist. All of the three office staff were also top notch. You will not be disappointed.

A great first appointment. Dr. Hassid was friendly and personable and took his time. He was very thorough, as was his staff. The office is up to the minute high tech and he used photographs and scans to show and explain everything I needed to know. As a new patient he also took time to ask me questions about myself and we talked for a good amount of time about our personal lives. He explained the procedures that might be needed, options I might have and we came to some decisions. Jeanne Rehfeld Klein, the dental hygienist, Ive known for years. She is the best - and as always she did a very thorough and professional job. All in all a terrific visit.

I really like the way Dr. Hassid explained things. Previous dentist never listened to me and answered my questions and only told me one option. Mostly I was talking with a finance person about the cost during the visit at the previous dentist. But here, I was so satisfied with the time Dr. Hassid took for me and his explanation. I can’t praise Dr. Hassid and his staff enough. Everyone was great, the registration and new patient process was thorough and handled digitally before walking through the door. The technology seemed to be cutting edge and there was no wait.What impressed me the most and secured me as a patient was Dr. Hassid’s care approach. I had a couple of issues with my teeth that the Doctor made me feel comfortable with getting fixed. He was out of network for me but it was still worth it to go to Dr. Hassid!The lovely woman at the front desk made understanding the insurance stuff really simple for someone like me.The (I dont know the name of the role) woman who cleaned my teeth did an awesome job as well. I highly recommend going to see these people.

This is a stellar dental practice. Dr. David Hassid runs a fastidiously clean, attractive, and comprehensive practice. His assistants are all pleasant, friendly, and considerate. Dr. Hassid is superbly qualified and has excellent skills, knowledge, and outcomes. He, too, is considerate and kind in addition to being an excellent dentist. Hes installed well-fitting crowns and cosmetic bonding on several teeth for me, as well as a lower bite guard I wear when sleeping to prevent damage from tooth grinding while I sleep. I highly recommend Dr. Hassid.

I’ve think I’ve my dentist for the rest of my life. During lockdown I couldn’t get an appointment to replace a filling. So when things opened back up I called. I wasn’t expecting much cause just thought they would be busy or not excepting new patients. I was able to get in within a week. His staff is helpful and followed up with me. Dr. Hassid took care my issue and called later that evening to check on me. You just don’t see this sincere quality anymore.

Fantastic experience here with Dr. Hassid and his team. I would honestly say the best experience Ive ever had at a dentists office.My appointment was at 10 am. Parking was convenient and the building was easy to find. Very nice office, and the front desk staff were warm and friendly. Wait time was minimal, I sat down in the waiting area for about 30 seconds before I was called back.Dr. Hassid is personable, warm, and takes time with his patients. He sat with me and went over my X-rays, pointing out details that no dentist has ever shown me before. Tabitha did an excellent job on my cleaning.If youre wanting to become a new patient, you may have to wait a few weeks for the first available appointment but it is absolutely worth it.

Since making my first appointment, this office has been so amazing. I was not sure on the appointment and my insurance and they were nice about getting me information. Every one there on my visit was so nice and pleasant. The Dentist was the nicest most straight forward one I have ever had. He took images and showed me in detail what I need and took his time. The best dentist I have known in last 50years. Humane, tender and soft spoken. Does a fantastic job and then follow up personally on the phone to ask how the treatment went and how you are feeling. Not only does he give you a feeling that you are cared but he really cares. The hygienist is also one of the best I have known.

Doctor HassidIn summary, I have a jaw bitting problem due to teeth grinding and missing teeth. I required a full mouth rework to adjust my bit. I think that Dr. Hassid is my best chance to really fix it.I have start my dental work since October 2017 and it finish around July 2018. The process comes with a lot of pain and uncomfortable due to the temporary teeth. Dr. It is just the natural of the progress.Dr. Hassid has being very transparent and patient to work with me during those days. When I need to rework, he has being very accommodating in his schedule.Now, I have finish the full process. I am happy with my smile and eating.

Dr. Hassid is very thorough and honest. Another dentist said I needed a lot of work, so I went to Dr. Hassid for a second opinion. His technology/equipment was much more up to date than the other dentist. Dr. Hassid told me that I did not need all the work that the other dentist said I did. I also like how Dr. Hassid personally calls me the evening after he has completed a procedure on me to check to see how I am doing.

I must say the positive reviews that everyone is leaving is true. Great staff, Dr. Hassid is awesome. Everyone was helpful and answered all of my questions and were NICE. Dr Hassids Dental clinic is amazing. They have friendly and professional staff, a modern clinic setting, and great ambiance. They are prompt with appointments and clean my teeth better than I can remember at any point in my life. Dr Hassid also noticed a spacing problem in my wifes teeth after she recently got out of braces, and promptly sent her back to the orthodontist who quickly made changes to her retainer. A++ Dentist!

Best dental experience I have ever had. I will be returning to Dr. Hassid for as long as I live in Houston. I was made to feel very comfortable and welcomed. It was unlike any other dental experience I have ever had, and I actually look forward to my next visit. Dr. Hassid also pulled all 4 of my wisdom teeth and did a great job. It took under an hour for all 4. I was given the choice of having either IV sedation or conscious sedation. I thought that was neat to be given either option. I did the conscious sedation and they were very professional and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable the entire procedure. The office is very nice as well.

This was the best dental visit I have ever had. David was extremely knowledgeable and took a lot of pictures of my mouth. He then walked me through what his concerns were about my teeth, and I was able to follow along due to his excellent explanation and the visuals of my x-rays. He was able to let me know what options I had so that I could make the decision that was best for me. Then his dental hygienist did a thorough, but very gentle cleaning of my teeth. I even started to fall asleep. It was so different than most dentists office where you brace yourself for the jabbing and the scraping that leaves your gums bloody.I was extremely pleased and I wish that they had an office in Austin as well.

Dr Hassid is the best! He seems to really love what he does...He, unlike other dentist that I have been to, takes the time and does most things himself; you can be sure that you are getting the level of care that you would expect from your dentist. He also has a great practice! His staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and you can tell they love their job.....Which says a lot about a business. I am always able to get right in with no waiting which is telling about their attention to detail and level of organization. His office is very clean and relaxing, by far the best dental office I have been to! Nothing but good things to say!!!!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Hassid and his staff. Having anxiety regarding dental treatment, I have been treated with concern and compassion. When faced with a emergency dental situation, I was fit in the same day, explained my options and was treated with the utmost professional care. Excellent.

Dr. Hassid, the dental hygienist and the receptionist are so kind and make you feel so comfortable and taken care (this is coming from a person who is terrified of dentists and breaks out in cold sweats at the thought of having a dentist appointment). Exceptional service!

I always had a fear of the dentist and was scared to see another.. When I walked in this office, the staff were kind and understanding about me being hesitate.. Dr Hassid listen to everything I had issues with. He then took xrays of my teeth explaining the why and showing me what he could do in a sense that made perfect understanding to me...He was gentle and took his time to fix the issues a previous dentist caused and the correction was done in a fairly quick manor. I was only sore a few hours after the lidocaine stuff wore off. This morning I woke up in no pain and already feel and see a better difference..i cried a little because Im ok to smile again,instead of hiding my mouth when I laugh...the place is very classy inside and clean...pleasant visit both times...i wish all doctor offices could be like this one...i think my fear of dentist are gone now.

Dr. Hassid got my business when answered a 10pm emergency call from a person -not yet his patient- who found his practice in Yelp under the search of dentist emergencies Friday. His approach was full of common sense and what he prescribed was the best line of defense.

Had a great time having my teeth cleaned by Chandra today! Who says that?! Its true! I did not feel as if my mouth was being violated as can happen in this situation. She really is gentle and thorough as she claims in her profile. With my two visits thus far, I feel that I can trust Dr. Hassids and Chandras assessments without the angst and regret of wishing I had gotten a second opinion.
