Really enjoy the atmosphere… not your standard stuffy dentist office. Staff is super chill and fun, and the hygienists are professional and engaging if you want them to be. Wish I could more than twice per year!

NOTE: google maps is wrong. The dentistry is located next to Grand Lux Cafe and Taste Sichuan Bistro.Pros:- Not pushy. I dont feel like they are trying to scrape every penny I have. I have experienced, heard, and seen so many nightmare stories about dentists in Houston that do that, so it was refreshing that they didnt push me to do extra procedures and more advanced cleaning (saved me ~$300 compared to other dentists who recommended the advanced cleaning)- Professional and responsible. If they promise you something, they will keep it. I got a night guard to deal with my grinding, and they told me it would be $X. My insurance didnt cover some, so it ended up being $X+Y. They covered the $Y as a courtesy- My night guard broke, and I emailed them. They responded right away and said I have 1 yr warranty from the lab who made it, and they could fix it for me for free and as a courtesy. (so they were willing to do that labor for free)Cons:- Google maps is wrong (not sure whos at fault). I got lost first time trying to get there- I didnt know putting some extra bubble gum tasting thing on my teeth would be extra. I wish they were more transparent about that, but on the other hand ofc its extra, and I should have asked

The entire team at BLVD is just absolutely outstanding. From the moment that I walk in, I immediately feel welcomed and I know they will take care of me. I haven’t been the best at dental hygiene but not once do they guilt me for it, they continue to provide the best service and set me up for success after I leave every time. I honestly could not recommend them enough. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

Amazing over all experience! Everyone is extremely friendly, talked me through every step of my appointment and explained why she was doing what she was doing and always checked in on my level of comfort. I normally get very anxious when I have to go see the dentist but I may even say I’m excited for my next visit lol

So I went to aspen dental 4 months ago with some very significant dental issues. The dr. there was very pushy and lacked compassion.He tried adamantly to pull all my upper teeth and put dentures in my mouth. I am so happy I refused!!!I ended up at Blvd Dentistry, Westheimer, in Houston and just today I had my last permanent crown put in! I have every tooth in my mouth that I went there in the first place. They were very patient and professional and I am so gratefulthey gave me my mouth back!!!Sincerely, thank you

If you are looking for a great dentist you have found it! We are so lucky to have found Dr E.! She is the sweetest, most caring, and knowledgeable dentist we have ever been to! Her staff is super friendly and efficient! Furthermore, the waiting area is spotless, inviting, and comfortable! But, you will not wait long- their appointments are timed appropriately, so that we have never been in the waiting area more than 5 minutes. We highly recommend BLVD Dentristry on Westheimer near the Galleria. It’s right next door to the Grand Luxe restaurant and parking is easy!

Moving to a new city is stressful enough, let alone finding all new providers. So after reviewing a long list my insurance emailed me I came across this spot and I’m SO glad I did!! Super easy to make an appointment online & quick follow up call to confirm from the office staff. Very friendly staff with STELLAR customer service in a beautiful office! From the moment we were greeted to each person were encountered during our entire visit, we knew we made the perfect choice for a dentist office. Our dentist had the BEST bedside manner and took the time to answer all of our questions and offered feasible recommendations, we did not feel rushed at all!

I was up all night in excruciating pain, I called BLVD first thing in the morning and they were able to get me in ASAP. I was shocked that I needed to have a wisdom tooth pulled. Going to the dentist during a pandemic is not my favorite thing to do. It had been over a year since my last cleaning. BLVD Dentistry made the process easy and my experience was very positive. They are taking all the necessary precautions and my visit was a breeze. I am back on my normal schedule and I would encourage those that have been putting it off,like I did, to reach out and schedule an appointment.

I went to this office about a year ago just for a cleaning and it was my first time being treated in a Houston dental office. When I arrived everything seemed normal x-rays were taken and suddenly the dentists tells me I have 6-7 cavities. Which seemed weird at the time given that I go to the dentist regularly. However, I am always very responsible with my oral hygiene so I decided to proceed and do the procedures; I had several problems:- I ended playing close to $600 out of pocket, in two visits I paid the complete amount of the procedures. However, months later I received an invoice saying that I owed $300. I called and made the proper arrangements (because of errors of them with the dental plan) at the end I paid $50 approximately which werent in the initial treatment plan.- They performed the fillings, not properly. A month later after the treatment was done my tooth was still in pain (when it wasnt before the treatment) so I called and went to another BLVD office (because of the pandemic). When I arrive I explained my situation and the Dr. there performed another x-ray apparently the Dr. that initially treated me left the filling broken and did not clean the cavity properly. So I still had a cavity and it was fully open. (They did not charged me for that procedure).- Still almost a year has passed since this incident and the tooth still hurts. I am afraid of going again since I do not trust they will do a good job.

Finally back in Houston and first attempt at finding a dentist was a huge success! I already feel so welcomed and comfortable with the staff the dentist Eftekhari. I was so excited (crazy I know) to be at the dentist as it has been quite some time and I went in for my initial consult and walked out with my entire treatment plan. I was included in the conversation of my treatment plan and everything was explained to me thoroughly with detailed information on the procedures and my options. In the past the dentist will look at my teeth set up an appointment and give me a printout with technical terminology that is not comprehensive to a patient with no dental education. I felt fully informed and was given the time and patience needed to have all of my questions answered. Misty and Julius were both super relatable as well and together they all made my experience pleasant and enjoyable. Can’t wait to go back without having to worry about being in the “right hands”. I feel extremely confident in the knowledge, talent, and expertise of my dentist Eftekhari and her team. The front desk associates were exceptionally kind and welcoming as well!

Dr. Haddad is fabulous. She is pleasant and knowledgeable and makes wonderful recommendations. Great bedside manner and great results. She and her staff made me feel very comfortable. The visit with her was so much better than I could have expected and I won’t hesitate to return to her for my future dental needs.

Been coming here since 2010 and Im disappointed during Covid, this lady did my cleaning, she didnt work there and she did a bad job. Then they charge some $15.00 cleaning fee thats billed to the insurance as an additional procedure. The dentist never came to the room to exam me. I got up and walked out. No one cared. Im done with this place. Save your time and money. Dont come here.

Dr. Dara at BLVD dental clinic is truly amazing. I felt very comfortable throughout the procedure. I couldn’t feel the local anesthetic she injected. She’s very gentle and explains everything in details. I definitely felt relaxed and assured. Her staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Unusual waiting time after having received an unusual amount of reminders for the visitVery little privacy while waiting in the examination room. Laud noises coming from adjacent rooms, some of them from tv sets other from drilling equipment being used with other patients.The results of the x-ray taken were never shared with me.Not a very good experience

This was my first visit to BLVD dentistry. I have not been to the dentist in a year as my last dentist moved from this location. I had a great experience. With all the staff they were very thorough with everything they did. The dentist was very nice and helpful. The Hygienists Zara Ms Hanna did an excellent job with my deep cleaning and made me feel at ease as I would not be the best patient when it comes to it! I am very happy that I found BLVD and I would recommend this location in the galleria to anyone who is looking for dentist office

Worst dental experience I have had in a long time. First off my appointment was at eight first person and only person there and of course they’re running late. Second dental hygienist was some funky they hired from somewhere for the day bad cleaning experience. Third they could not get the polishing machine to operate so of course they never polished my teeth. Not sure if I’ll be going back.

I just moved to Texas and found Blvd Dentistry. I am very picky when it comes to dentist because of my past experiences. However, they were amazing and provide caring service. I felt beyond comfortable and the cleaning/cavity process was seamlessly. 100% recommend this dentistry. Thank you guys!

When I say I am scared of the dentist it is a understatement! I went to the Rice Village location previously and only moved locations due to a change of address and how close this office is to me.Due to a series of unfortunate events I have missed a number of dental appointments and needed to have a deep cleaning today at this location. All the staff - from reception, Dr Haddad and Zara the hygienist were AMAZING! I felt at ease the moment I entered the office and had no concerns understanding what was happening and why. Zara was brilliant at explaining my ongoing treatment plan and I left feeling happy and confident. I even laughed a few times at the surgery which I can assure has NEVER happened before at a dentist for me!Thanks all! See you in January!

I’ve always had the best experience coming to this location. They’re always super friendly ,professional and I am never nervous about coming in like previous dentists. They don’t make me feel bad about my teeth which is a huge plus!

Overall not a bad experience. First thing I noticed was that there are no doors in the back area, where the chairs are and the cleanings are done. Between the music and sounds from other patients cleaning it was hard to hear the assistants instructions as she was doing the x-rays. With the x-rays the assistant was efficient but bumped in the head a few times. They were able to do my fillings the same day so that was nice.

I’ve noticed big changes recently, especially with the staff. Before it used to be friendly, now they’re just money hungry. I’ve walked out paying all my balance and 5 months later they’re saying I have a balance... interesting when I’ve paid it before I left. It used to be a good place, but I’d heavily recommend others to search around before coming here.

Had a great experience here after transferring from Rice village location. Customer service is still solid and Dr. Hadad was super informative and made me feel great after my cleaning! Highly recommend coming here if youre looking for a new dentist office!

Needed an emergency tooth removal and they got me an appointment within an hour of calling as a new patient, they diagnosed the problem, and got me in with a specialist the same day. I was very pleased with the service. I recently moved to Houston and I had to find a new dentist for my semi annually teeth cleaning. I google them, read some reviews, checked how close they are to my workplace and picked them. Best choice I could have made given nobody personally referred them to me. Sarah the hygienist was very gentle, polite and kind. She did a great job on my teeth cleaning. The Dentist consult was short and precise, no major work needed to be done at the moment. I have scheduled the next appointment for some fillings I need. Ill see how that goes. In the mean time Ill definitely keep them for regular cleaning.

I did three fillings four days ago, and i was not happy with the doctor, felt uncomfortable, things went wrong that day. However, when I expressed my feelings to the front desk upon leaving. they called me and apologized about the bad experience and rescheduled me Dr. Laredo who was very professional. Dr. Laredo took another x-ray, redid some filling for me. I thank you all for your great business, specially the lady who handles the business, who came and apologized again, which was really nice of her. I am just glad that i saved their number before I relocated to WA

I had a good experience with the dentist, hygienist, and X-ray tech, but my visit was made so stressful and unpleasant by the mean and incompetent woman at the front desk, I would not return unless I knew she’d been fired.

Dr. Crockett did my Invisalign and I had an awesome experience. The staff is friendly and always smiling. They treated me always with great care and never rushed in any of my visits to ensure the adjustments were right.Some time later my mom was preparing for a surgery in her jaw and needed some xrays... I simply asked Dr. Crockett what he thought, and he immediately offered to do some images at no cost just for her to have already for her visit with the surgeon. It saved me a lot of money and he did just because he truly cares for people. This philosophy of just caring for other flows all the way down from Dr. Crockett to his entire staff. If you are looking for a place to bring your family, I would not look elsewhere.

I was able to get 2 visits scheduled back to back, which is rare but it just worked out. I cant believe it took me this long to find such a great dental office.

I cannot say enough about how great my first visit to BLVD Dentistry & Orthodontics was. The ease, grace and humor with which they each interacted with me made me feel like I had known them all my life and I had just come back from a time abroad or something. Dr. Carolina Haddad led the team that identified my dental issues, built a plan to rectify those issues and then initiated the first steps in executing that plan. She was very admirable supported by Omar, Zara and Karen. I spent several hours with them and I was laughing when I left. Not my typical Dentist visit at all. Given the nature of my dental issues it is not out of the question that they added several years to my life expectancy today too!!!
