Took multiple calls for the them to correct the mistake they made on my billing. They say they will do something, but dont follow through. They never reply to emails, or even the contact form on their own website. The Dentist himself is fine, but the admin staff made the experience so frustrating that Ive never returned after my first visit with them.

Dr. Hai, hygienist Lee and team are great!

I’ve been a customer/patient of Dr.Hai for a while. I even recommended almost all my friends from work to have a dental check up in his office, and I can say Dr. Hai is such a good dentist, I even had my tooth implant and so far I had no problem, 5 stars for Dr.Hai, he is very professional, excellent and such a good person, but since they change their location, it’s kinda far from my place. That’s why It’s been a while I haven’t made an appointment in his office for dental cleaning and check up. I went to another dentist that’s close to my place. Then finally today, I decided to go back to Dr. Hai and tried to make an appointment for dental check up and cleaning for me and my husband. So I called the office, sad to say, their receptionist I spoke to is such a disrespectful lady, I tried to make an appointment the day that is convenient for me, I even verified it for that certain day and she said ok, then few mins.later she called me again and told me that was not the day they have the availability. I said ok, just cancel my appointment for now, but what made me mad is before she hang up she said it clearly “She’s Crazy”, referring to me, as far as I know she doesn’t have any right to tell me that kind of word just because I canceled my appointment. I feel so bad for you Dr. Hai, your losing your patient/customer just because you have a unprofessional people who’s working in your office. I’m so disappointed.
