Dr. Ghattas is an excellent dentist. He is efficient, friendly, takes time to listen to your complaint and explains the problem and the way forward very well. He strives to make your experience as comfortable and pain-free as possible. The office is also noticeably clean and the staff is professional. I highly recommend this dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ghattas for several years. In fact, my whole family visits him twice yearly (husband, mother-in-law, father-in-law, sister-in-law); when my son is old enough, I plan to introduce him as well. Dr. Ghattas runs a very stable practice—we see the same administrative assistants and hygienists again and again (not so at my previous dentist’s office). I have always been pleased with the level of service, expertise, and professionalism of the doctor and his staff. I was nervous about going for my cleaning during COVID, but I felt confident about my safety with the modifications that were implemented. I attribute my continued oral health to their care and dedication in cleaning and examining my teeth and mouth.

I started going here right as I accepted a new job in Dallas and this place is irreplaceable, I still drive to Houston to go to the dentist twice a year. such amazing staff, Dr Ghattas is the absolute BEST. In and out in under 30 min, quick painless dental cleaning, no metal tools picking around my mouth for an hour, will never go anywhere else. If i ever grow up and fall in love and my future husband has to move to Germany or something, we will fly back for dental appointments.

Dr. Ghattas took out my wisdom teeth and I literally recovered within a day with no pain and discomfort. He is very nice and friendly.Great service, nice staff and a great environment. I would recommend anyone to this place who needs dental work done. Best location in Houston!

I’m new in Houston. I’m from Argentina and my English is not so good (My wife is writing this for me). However, this is not an issue when I go to Mike Ghattas’ office. The office staff is so friendly and they translate everything for me. I feel very comfortable when I go to the dentist. The dentist is excellent, very friendly and very dedicated to his work. I like to go to the dentist office. I had bad dentist experiences before, but this dentist is nothing compared with what I saw before. He is an outstanding dentist. If you want a good dentist and don’t speak English this is the place to go.

Dr. Ghattas is the most caring dental specialist I have ever visited. I needed a major periodontal surgery, done in a few phases. I was terrified at the prospect of this procedure since I have dental anxiety, caused by past painful experiences. I felt so comfortable after my first appointment that I dont feel anxiety anymore. I have been a client of D Ghattas for over 7 years now. I did change houses and neighborhood 4 times over the years but I have always decided to go back to him for any of my dental needs. I can only think of good care when it comes to his work.THE MAN: I had surgeries as invasive as bone graft, I had deep cleaning, I had all my wisdom teeth removed and many other acts performed on me by D Ghattas. I was never in pain during or after surgery. He his extremely skilled, knowledgable, accessible and takes the time to explain what is coming. He gives your options when there are actually different options for your care. From the basics (he went to the length of advising me to get the right tooth paste, the right tooth brush as well as how to brush the right way), to the more technical care. He is very accommodating when I happened to miss an appointment (just happened yesterday in fact). HIS OFFICE: I had dental plastic surgery needs, his office is well equipped which authorize smooth care since you dont have to run everywhere in the city to get bone scans for exemple. His office is clean and does smell good. mouth wash, tooth brushes and tooth paste are readily available. This should be the standards for all dental care offices. HIS STAFF: over the years, I have always been subjected to excellent customer care / relation. They are accommodating and polite. OVERALL: Stellar care - Worth 10 stars. Every advices I got from him and every dollars I have spent are well invested. He does care for you and will give you the best care there is.

I had a wonderful experience at Dental Designers during my routine visit. Dr. Ghattas and his staff are very nice and did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. They also had a teeth whitening special going on and were able to fit me in right then and there to do it so I didnt have to come back. The girls kept me company the whole time since my teeth were pretty sensitive and made my first teeth whiting experience a good one as well as getting great results! I am not a big fan of dentists, but MIKE GHATTAS made me change that thought. He answers all the questions that I can have (I ask a lot of questions) . He takes care of my teeth as no other dentist did before. I TRUST him, because he has passion for his work. I have been going to Dental Designers for so long that I can’t even remember when I began! I believe it has been approximately 8 years and I have never been disappointed. The staff is always kind and prompt to greet me when I arrive. They always call to confirm my appointment and inform me well in advance if there is a change in the schedule. Dr. Ghattas does a great job of explaining himself and elaborates on his findings whenever I have questions or concerns. Not only does he do my dental cleanings himself, many people that surprising given that dental hygienists are typically the ones who do it, but he always makes me feel at ease. My mother also goes to Dr. Ghattas and I have recommended two of my coworkers to his office. They have returned to work pleased with his services and appreciate his thoroughness. Needless to say, I fully intend on remaining a patient at Dental Designers for a very long time to come.

Chose this dentist because of their free whitening offer for new patients. On the day of the day appointment, was told that they could not do the whitening that day because they didnt have enough time to after the cleaning, but that they would for sure take care of it next time I came. We shook hands, and I left, not thinking much of it. Note that theres only one dentist at this practice.Next time rolls around, and I booked my appointment and on the day of the appointment I called and asked that they confirm that they would have enough time to do the whitening this time to make up for last time. The receptionist told me that shouldnt be a problem and that she just needed to confirm with the dentist (the same dentist, the only one there), and that she would call me back as soon as she confirms it.30 minutes go by, then an hour. So I called back.This time the dentist was just finishing up with another patient, and she would call and let me know in 30 minutes.30 minutes go by, then an hour. So I called back again.This time, the dentist was just finishing up with a patient and she would call back and let me know in 5 minutes.30 minutes go by, then an hour, then an hour and a half, and I called back again.And... after all of that, just an hour before my scheduled appointment, was told (by the receptionist, no less) that the dentist would NOT honor the free whitening promotion because, and I quote, theyre under different management now, even though its the same dentist operating under the same practice name. Unbelievable. Seriously.I should also advise to be sure to ask for a PREDETERMINATION for any service they perform, as harmless as whatever it is sounds at the time. The first time I went they performed several procedures that my (very good) insurance did not cover, and gave me no warning about it whatsoever, which stuck me with a bill that was an order of magnitude larger than any Ive ever received.Needless to say, Im not going back, even though thats a huge inconvenience after going there as a new patient, getting my xrays done there, and it being right down the street from me.
