Through the incompetence of this organization, I ended up overpaying. I spoke to someone over a month ago who told me they had everything they need and they just need to figure out how to get it (the refund) done. Again, I repeat OVER A MONTH... Just how long does it take to issue a check?I called on a Thursday to check on the status. The recording said they are open 8-5, with a lunch break 12:30-2. Well, I called at 12:04 and the last I knew, 12:04 IS NOT 12:30. SO now theyre taking a 2 hour break instead of 1.5 hours. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
