I never actually got an appointment so I cannot speak to the doctors, however Angela the office manager was extremely rude and did nothing but make excuses as to why she couldnt schedule an appointment for my son. First it was we need a referral from the primary care doc and when I got that I was told no it was a referral from the insurance provider or they will not cover it. When I called back after speaking to my provider who told me they dont refer people anywhere and it would be covered I was again told that my insurance wouldnt necessarily cover their services even tho Angela never actually took that info. I was made to feel like nothing more than an inconvenience and accused of attempting to bully my way into an appointment. There is apparently no one over Angela to complain to so at this point regardless of how good the doctors are we will be seeking help elsewhere. This is the problem with mental health in America, you shouldnt be treated like dirt and disregarded for attempting to schedule an appointment to get help.

This man is an absolute SAINT. 2.7??? No. Way. I haven’t met a man with such a Huge Heart since my best friend Greg Ricketts who died at 20. I was 15. Smart, Funny, Really wants to Help. Amazing musician some how even though he is seeing Crazies Nonstop. Bless you Dr. Fernando Siles. I Love you very much. You were the First person to hug me and say it was going to be Okay when I needed it more than anything. I will Never forget you. Thank you.

I have been seeing Dr. Siles for many years and I am so thankful for his care, compassion, and skill. The front office staff are also wonderful! Keep up the stellar job!

They never answer their phone. I have to call 10-15x before getting an answer. And the mailbox is always full. But when they do the lady that answers is not professional about it at all. She asked what I needed to talk to the Dr Jose for My Son (who is having nightmares) and he just started his medication. She gave unwanted advice about how there must be something going on at home, or school that has triggered it and not his medicine! Excuse me!! Shes not his DR and i dont appreciate it. As a receptionist she has no right to give me medical advice about anything. They need to fix this problem, and find someone else to take over answering the phones since she cant seem to do it properly.

I have no earthy idea who I was talking to . She was extremely rude. She said that I wasn’t responding to her questions however had she not been argumentative she would have realized that I was. She tried to give me a lesson on continuity of care not realizing that was exactly why I was calling her in the first place. She had the audacity to ask me if I wanted to continue receiving care from this practice. Un real!!!

This review is about Angela who usually answers the phone when I call. She has been rude to me, she has used the statement Im not prejudice but, insurance companies use offshore companies which would lead me to believe that she thinks theres something wrong with offshore companies. She has talked over me, made assumptions about what I need or want and when I tried to stop her from signing me up for a prescription assistance program she has fought me every step of the way. She has done things that are helpful. She is not always rude to me. So far in the short time I have used this office the rest of the service has been great. I hope someone sees this and does something about the issues Ive had and continue to have.

ANGELA the receptionist is very UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and act like she is TIRED of her job!!! Hopefully the Dr.’s will consider replacing her with someone pleasant and kind because the company will lose clients! Who spit in her coffee/lemonade?🙄

Julia, one of the providers is amazing, but their receptionist or front office staff makes me full of anxiety and anger. Angela (I think is her name) is the most rude, crude and most unprofessional I have ever had to deal with. I fired my provider just because of the front staff. Never answers the phones, voicemail always full, no extensions nor email addresses for providers. Id rather spend my day and night in the ER then spend 10 seconds speaking with the most unsympathetic person known to man.... Shame on her! Shame on you Dr. Siles!

My mom is currently seeing Novak, who works under Silas. The secretary is very unprofessional and likes to hang up on you rather than answer your questions. She also said this to me: Youre mom missed her appointment last week so you arent taking good care of her are you? when she actually did go to her appointment. Even if she had missed the appointment, that is a very rude thing to say to someone who is trying to care for their disabled parent. Plus she sends appointment reminders from her personal cell phone late at night, like 9 pm the night before and wants you to text back to confirm your appointment. Also, I feel like we have to chase my moms prescriptions every month because they fail to put refills on the scripts. While the majority of my issues are with the staff at that office, when you need to talk to the doctor directly, its practically impossible without an appointment. They make you go through their rude staff who are not accommadating. My problem was with them receiving a fax from the pharmacy . Instead of them calling the pharmacy to solve the problem, I had to act as the middle man and say well the pharmacy says this and then call the pharmacy and tell them what the doctors office staff said. She could have offered to call the pharmacy to make sure they have the right fax number, but instead she decided to accuse me of being a bad caretaker and hang up on me. Time to find a new psych doctor for my mom. Avoid this place. Even MHMR was better than this and I didnt like their care either.
