My first visit was welcoming and very pleasant. Today was a nightmare, the receptionist had an attitude immediately when I walked in. She was yelling at someone in the phone and being extremely rude. She then gets off the phone ask can I help you, I proceed to talk and she tells me to wait a minute. I wait we then talk and she starts yelling again this time at me. I say “if you don’t like working with people on a daily basis, then maybe customer service isn’t the job for you!” From this interaction alone I will be switching my doctor office. Side note the doctor I had was pretty cool and very patient and thorough. John Lacey is the doctor. I don’t want to take away from his services.

They were very prompt and courteous. Dr. Budelman and his staff helped me with some last minute documentations before I moved away for medical school. Their patient care made my big move a lot less stressful, would recommend to anyone who needs a new PCP. Thanks again!

Dr Budelmann and his nurse Emily are awesome! Dr Budelmann takes his time and is very thorough! I highly recommend him when choosing your doctor!

Left multiple messages for my physician with no call back. The least they can do is return the call and give a reasonable explanation as to when my question will be addressed by the physician.

Woodward Medical has a new building adjacent to the old building which was pretty terrible. The new place is very nice.

Made an appointment 1 month in advance, I was called multiple times to be reminded of the appointment. Then after driving 9 hours for the appointment I was called when I was IN the parking lot 10 mins before the scheduled time and told the doctor doesn’t take appointments for the reason I scheduled.

The most archaic medical office in Greenville. Old, dated and smelly. You always have to leave a message and hopefully someone will call you back in 24 hours. Doctors drop off like flies we were on our 3rd in 5 years. No one likes there job there, and you can tell.

I would not recommend this facility.The physician seems competant enough..but a portion of the staff is rude, difficult and uncooperative.Parking is a nightmare.Between difficult insurance companies that are more concerned with a dollar than patient care...and doctors offices such as this one that exhibit southern hostiloty.....its very frustrating just to get the meds one requires.Find a friendlier , facility if you can.

Older building with several women physicians. Accepting new patients but practice is moving around Christmas. Traffic and parking are awful. Staff is 50% friendly. And 50% unfriendly.
