I just want to preface this with I NEVER write reviews!I have been seeing Nurse Practitioner Sarah Money for a few years now!! She is absolutely the best around!! I recommend her to everyone!I feel like she actually cares and listens when I talk!! She really takes her time! I never feel rushed through my appointments! She has helped me through some of the toughest times in my life!! And always has a solution and an extremely positive attitude!! Thank you Sarah Money!!!

Well my care was appropriate (about 5 minutes with the physicians assistant), but I was just now sent a bill for care that I recieved and paid for over 6 months ago from 2 different doctors and a lab amounting to (with insurance, the 50 dollars I paid on the day of, and the bill I am suddenly receiving) over $200. So I would highly advice you to wait out any ailments you may have or else drive into rockwall for your care. Because these doctors are going to bill you for everything you have.

I went in with my wife to take my kids in, but they told me that only one parent could go in with them. During that time i saw more than onen couple with their children admitted. I went to sit down in the lobby and wait, but then i was told that i had to go all the way to my car.

Dr. Money..Where do I even begin.I just want to thank you and your staff for being totally understanding and getting me in last minute this week.Dr. Money is truly more than just a doctor, she cares about her patients and will spend as much time as she needs to make sure you feel all your needs are being met. I adore her and I trust her with my health. Thank you so much!!! You got me through the day and I appreciate that. Highly recommend her!

I have to make an appointment to come in every 6 months JUST so that I can continue to get a refill of my medication (inconvenient as hell since I work full time, dosages arent changing so why do I need to come in?!!) - Last Thursday 7/6/17 I went in for poison ivy... My regular doctor wasnt there so I agreed to see someone different (needed quick relief!). I have had poison ivy in the past (very allergic) and the only thing that makes it go away is a steroid injection, which is WHAT I REQUESTED when I made my appointment. The physicians assistant I saw insisted on writing me a prescription instead of giving the injection... well one week later and I STILL have poison ivy... no improvement at all. I AM MISERABLE! I have attempted multiple times to contact them, leaving messages. Have heard nothing back!! ... very disappointed.

Let me start off with my children have always gone to them since my oldest son (10) was 3 and my youngest son has only been here. Up until now I have never had a problem with them and always loved going there. Before Christmas I took my youngest son because I had Concerns. Fever, red throat, coughing (alot) . And they told me it was just his allergies so we go see family in Amarillo like everything was fine. We left on Monday, And By Tuesday we were in the ER. For pneumonia! And the only reason they did not keep him was because we dont live there. Im so livid at the fact that they didnt catch this. If it wasnt for me knowing my children then it could have ended horrific! All it takes is one mistake.!!!!! So we have officially switched pediatricians and are done with what might be another mistake! Thank you for taking time to read.

This place is a joke. They never return phone calls, you get hung up on multiple times before they ever answer you. And they don’t take same day sick appointments? I’m sorry I disturbed the office because I woke up with a fever. I called right at 8am and they can’t help me till late next week? This is ridiculous. If your a new patient do NOT waste your time here.

Very bad customer service and calls backs on refilling scripts, I went in for my checkup and they doctor never sent my refill to the pharmacy. I called into the office and never got a call back. On a Saturday I called the office again and the answering service told me to call back after 12:00 and they would notify the doctor on call. Another doctor that was not my doctor called me and immediately started chewing me out for calling in to get a refill on a Saturday I explained the situation to him that the doctor never return my phone call and my script was never sent to the pharmacy he said How dare I call in to get a refill on a Saturday he was very unprofessional and was very rude. After that happened I was told by the doctors office I was no longer a patient, even though the doctor was very rude and disrespectful to me the patient. I paid for a doctors visit never received my script.

I have been coming to PCA for several years and I love my doctors office. For years my family didnt have a family doctor because the doctor moved around alot or we didnt feel really comfortable. I am so glad to have a family doctor and environment that is very capable of taking care of all our needs and can all maintain caring personalities. It really means alot to us if our doctor actually knows us!! Dr. Perks is the best of you ask me!

I have called many times and the minute I say hello I am hung up on. I just need a prescription refilled for my husbands emergency inhaler. It is ridiculous that we have not been able to contact the Dr. Not like breathing is a big deal or anything!

I called before coming in to after hours clinic was told could be seen between 5 to 8 and the fee . I get here states not taking new patients have to be established patient before seen . Not excepting new patients at this time. IS THIS NOT an AFTER HOURS CLINIC!
