I gave this place a bad review because I was there and I had a normal/serious face but I was happy,then the dentist came in and said “u should smile more you’ll look better”like excuse me? Sorry that I don’t look like your average happy person even tho I was happy.Then he was asking me so many questions,he removed my mask without my permission too I hate this place smd

I will not be coming back with my son. This is just an unsafe practice.

First time patient with a cracked molar. Dr Vitalii and his assistant Idalia went above and beyond to repair my tooth and save me a lot of money by avoiding a root canal.He listened and gave me options and in the end did an outstanding job of fixing my tooth while making sure I was well cared for and not in pain. Im very happy to have found this office.Overall I felt the entire staff from the reception down was polite patient and professional. Highly recommended.

Several years attending this office with my children ! There receptionist there are rude and have no customer service . Entered the door and was left standing there twice with no acknowledgement. And just because I looked a certain way they assumed I did not understand Spanish & started talking about me. When i brought it to there attention that I spoke Spanish & understood them ( nothing but silence ). I take my kids there for there routine cleaning & my daughter for her braces and just because of the customer service am currently looking to switch!!

Definitely a come back! I had been in two places before I found this one. It’s an hour of drive for me but it’s absolutely worth it! All the assistants were nice and helpful, ready to answer all kinds of questions/concerns. I was lucky to have doctor Vitalii. He is very experienced and attentive. His commenting of all the steps during procedure helped me feel better. I am very positive to come back and take my kid there.

This was my first time there to get a extraction and when I tell that Dr.vitali and his assistant idaila was the most sweet people that you can have Dr.vitali was very gentle and knew exactly what he was doin. He numb me up very well and when I say he had my tooth out within 2 min he was awesome and so was his assistant i will be back

I went in for a root canal done by Dr. Vitalii and April, all(the rest of the office staff) were very professional & helpful throughout the process! Anytime there was discomfort they made sure it was taken care of and i love them for that! Definitely would recommend!!!

Do not take your child here. My grandson was burned on his face during a cavity filling. Negligence. No explanation as to how that happened.

Dr. Vitalii and DA: Idalia were absolutely amazing! They made me feel comfortable and my procedure went very well. Dr. Vitalii had a great sense of humor and he is also very skilled. He had my tooth out within 5 minutes!! DA: Idalia was very patient with me and answered all my questions; she was amazing!! When I first read the reviews I was skeptical, but after getting fast and friendly service I will remain a customer at Creston Dental!!

The staff was amazing and dr vitalii And idalic was just amazing at what they do. I would definitely recommend this Dentist office to any one.

They never pick up the phone. My family tried 3 days phoning them and they never picked up or left us on super long holds. And we decided to never use this facility again. They are not busy just lazy.

The receptionist with they grey color hair needs to find another job thats has nothing to do with customer service. I walked in and the only receptionist i saw was on the phone so i kindly gave her space and picked up a brochure to read. Minutes later other women came from the back area laughing and joking around. The receptionist with the dark hair (on the phone) had to let the others know that I needed to be checked in. Still nobody acknowledging me, I stood and waited. Finally the lady with the grey hair told me to sign in and sit down. (I was there 2oclock to 5).I had a much better experience with the actual dentist and this assistant. Well worth the wait with those two.This was my first time here and although i had a good experience in the back, i will not recommend anyone to this office because the receptionist are the first people you meet and i was not pleased.

Appointment time was at 2 pm. I arrived at 1:55 pm to start the paperwork process. I waited in the waiting room until 2:37 as I went to ask how much longer it would be and she said it would at least be 15 to 20 more minutes to at least get me to the back. I stated that my appointment time was scheduled for 2 oclock as she responded that “she was aware of that” and asked if I would like to reschedule because they had 8 patients that were scheduled at 2 o’clock so they just see the patients as they come in basically on a first come first serve basis, and at that point I decided to leave all together and choose another dentist.Considering I waited over a week for this appointment and have teeth that are hurting me I am HIGHLY upset and disappointed with this experience. Will not recommend this dentist to anyone.

Got 4 teeth token out dr vitalii his assistant Bree is very sweet . He is awesome and very nice and he toke like 20 min to take out 4 teeth . Didn’t hurt thank God

Not welcoming at all. I have been going here since my daughter 1st dentist appointment when it was Kool smiles. So much has changed and their staff doesnt seem too compassionate either. I schedule my childs appointment on line and when I showed up, they would not see my child because they said the appointment didnt go through. EMPTY OFFICE and yet th3y couldnt take my daughter nor apologize for their system being faulty in the confirmation of the appointment. Not coming back.

What a great experience..Dr Bailey was phenomenal !! And even the Dental assistants April from my 2nd visit and Terri my first!! Very nice and professional..I definitely recommend this office!

So, the receptionist is rather rude and not helpful whatsoever. In addition, despite the fact my son was receiving panoramic xrays for his same day orthodontist consultation (in the same office) they refused to do a cleaning without xrays. This put the cash pay cost for a cleaning at $269. I don’t think so Creston. First of all, you wont be over radiating my child like that. Second of all, your price point is ridiculous. All that said, the orthodontic side was great.

Not happy about some of the new staff. They are not as pleasant and freindIy. I will be taking my family’s business somewhere else. Changes are inevitable for sure but at least allow your customers who trust you all with their dental needs, to be aware of what is going on. An appointment was made then cancelled 30 minutes later due to someone not really understanding the changes. When I did speak with someone after being out on hold and transferred too many times, she half way wanted to assist me. She then transferred me again after stepping away from her phone for almost 5 minutes. I asked her where was she transferring me to, her reply was just wait a minute. They don’t even deserve the one star the review required me to give. This review is based on customer service.

Do not waste your time! It was worst dental experience I have ever had. The office completely lacked any professionalism. Pregnant daughter in law called to make appt for a broke tooth. After we sat there an hour and I ask status while people were eating at check in they took her back only to inform her that she would need a note from OBGYN. Yet no one said anything the day before or while filling out paper work. It was ONLY after they had to stop eating to do their Job! Will never go there again.

Best Dentist Ever!

My appointment was at 11:00 A and I arrived 10 mins late because I couldnt find the place but whatever. They then told me I was 14 mins late because the receptionist was on the phone and I was standing there waiting for her to call me up. They proceeded to tell me I needed to sign in on the clipboard (mind you it was my first time there so how could I even know that) and since I was 14 mins late I wouldnt be able to get a fill in, which was the main reason I was there, aside from a cleaning and figuring out what I could do to help with my teeth grinding. Aside from the place looking janky as soon as I walked in, they were rude and tried to tell me I would need to come in at 1 P which was their next opening for what I wanted done. I dont understand why me being 10 mins late was such a difference in their schedule especially considering that there was NOBODY there. Anyway Im glad I walked out because from the reviews Ive seen just now on yelp, it wasnt worth it. This place just needs to be closed down or hire new people.

I went to my appoitment today in Creston Dental Braces i have caught one of Dr. Piccioni, assistants after cleaning she has changed hergloves on the left hand but right hand didnt change it. Then she check my mouth with her dirty gloves. Also they are reckless about changing and checking your rubber and the bracket so be careful about that. And also when i get my braces for the first time i got hurt when her assistant put the plastic hard in my mouth and its too sharp my gums was hurting. Then i told her to put cotton on it. So i guess they just dont care to the patient or they just reckless. im scared now to comeback and bring my kids there for braces because how they work to the patient. And the coordinator and other employees not friendly.

The past two appointments I have made have been screwed up! Even with a email confirming my appointment time they still push me aside and tell me I have to come back to the time they have! Like today my sons appointment was at 11 but they showed 1 so they told me I’d have to come back. My sons last appointment needed something an actually dentist had to do but they schedule that appointment with no orthodontist scheduled only the ones who cleaned so had to leave that day as well to come back another day for when they had someone who could actually preform what he needed done. Not sure who does the scheduling but they need me schooling or more common sense!

Bree- Dental Assistant was very aoft spokena nd patient with us. She did her job with out complaining about her pay or down playing any other assistants unlike this one lady in the office.Melissa- Hygenist- cleaned my children teeth very gentle and carefully. She was very informative and very patient as well. You can tell that it’s her passion and not just a job to her. She was yet by far the best one we’ve encountered at this dentist office in a while. And not only was she patient she was very kind and soft spoken as well💕

Was helped very well by the staff and assistants. Dr kim helped me and assistant anthony . had a good experiance . came in terrified and left in good condition. Stitches came loose and they even sat me back down to fix them. Great time and thanks again

The wait at this place is HORRIBLE!! If you have nothing better to do then spend all fay here than its the place for you. The scheduling system sucks!! They set up appointments and when i call later to verify they said tbey dont see any appointments. I scheduled the appointment for my kids and just because they scheduled more ppl for the same dr at thesame time we have to wait for ours!! Not the way to do business!!!

Very good service, tremendous doctor and assistant, but very bad. That still came out with pain. I report that I am allergic to aspirin and that is what was prescribed for me. I call them and they tell me to take tylenol the same thing that I have been taking and toothache does not take away bad luck, we who are allergic
