Dr. Nelson has been my dentist since I moved to Greeneville 20 years ago. No complaints, ever. A great dentist and a great person. I can recommend Dr. Nelson and his staff without any reservation whatsoever.

I have gone to Dr. Nelson for 35 years. I ventured off for about a year, but realized that there isnt another office that has the compassion and care for their patients than this office. I would highly recommend this office to everyone looking for an honest and Christian staff!!

Dr Nelson has provided excellent dental care needs for me since 1997 when we moved to Greenville. He continually incorporates state -of-the-art dental technology and processes in his practice. This allows him to continually monitor patients oral health and only recommends procedures when needed. He and his staff are kind, efficient, and professional.As an octogenarian professional scientist, I recognize quality performance when I see it.

Dr. Nelson performed a root canal for me yesterday. The experience was pain free and I am pleased to say that there was little to no pain post procedure. Dr. Nelson and his staff were knowledgeable and encouraging and the experience was good as could be expected under the circumstances. This is one of the many reasons I trust Dr. Nelson with my and my familys dental care.

I was hesitant to go back to a dentist after prior experiences, but the North Texas Dental Care team did a wonderful job. I truly appreciate their help and will definitely be returning for all follow-up appointments. The staff are very attentive to the needs of the patient (me). Dr Nelson is a man with great skills and very professional. Using modern technology to make the treatment thorough and aid in analyzing the best treatment for me is a first time experience. Had to have temporary crowns made and they didn’t feel/taste temporary at all. My tongue did not notice it even was a temporary as they were smooth as the real teeth beside them. Dr Nelson really takes the time to listen to the patient too and doesn’t make you feel like he is in a hurry - though he is very busy. I have been a case of poor (git’ter done) dental work and though the corrections are frustrating to have to do, Dr Nelson’s work is TOP notch and making the experience a great one. He has also followed up after hours personally to check on my condition after each of the surgeries I’ve had. That, I’ve NEVER experienced with ANY prior dentist.

From the moment you walk in to North Texas Dental you will feel at home with a cheerful receptionist. One of the associates will greet you in a few minutes and inform you of the schedule for the appointment and answer any questions. The dental staff is the best and give excellent care. Dr Nelson is amazing in his skills and Texas hospitality. I had my first root canal a few months back and was really nervous due to war stories I had heard from friends. He performed the procedure painlessly and quickly, I was impressed and grateful. At 84 years I have had several dentists, Dr Nelson is far and above the best in Texas. With a talented , caring, and friendly staff I highly recommended North Texas Dental and do every chance I get.

Dr. Nelson is an excellent dentist, trained above and beyond in current techniques and procedures! As are the hygienist! The office has made significant changes to protect patients and staff from Covid19. Those changes make you feel very comfortable being in their office!

Friendly and professional. Dr. Nelson is very thorough and explains what he sees on the X-rays. The waiting area has a very warm welcoming atmosphere. The examination room is very clean; furnished with high technology equipment. COVID-19 considerations are exceptional. Efficient check-in, social distancing, and patient flow is absolutely outstanding.

I Like it that Dr. Jeff Nelson is Older, Experienced, and of great Wisdom about his Dentistry. I deeply Appreciated the Fact that he Took Time with me to Explain what I Needed Done as soon as Possible, what I would Need later on, and my Options about Dental Implants next Year (so as to Save my other Teeth). I’m always treated well at North Texas Dental Care. Everyone’s respectful and friendly. This time, though, it was so cold in the office, it was almost painful. I could tell it wouldn’t be long before my Raynaud’s set in. My hygienist, Traci, got me a clean blanket “straight out of the dryer” to keep me warm while she did her checking and cleaning. That’s going above and beyond, and I really appreciated it!
