Front lady the worst, doesn’t help out patients at all. Rude and not the first time. Especially with non speaking English. Always seem to have an attitude. Y’all gotta do better

Great place to see a doctor I’ve been coming here around 4 years now. Everyone is very niceand makes sure you get the help you need.

Bernstein has always been very good with me. Theyve all stepped up their game to the max, since clients can respond by text and email. Great job all. Doing your job well puts you in a category thats way above the rest. Perhaps you can teach Vidant how to treat a client as a person. Lol. Thanks all.

Ive been going here for the past few years and have always been happy.

WORST PLACE EVER. I have been going here for a couple months now and every time I have an appointment It always takes 30min or more just for me to go to the back. This place is TERRIBLE. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any one.

I have nothing but great comments to post about the clinic. They seemed to be the only ones that was concerned about me. My Drs would not see me, because I owed them money. I felt like I had no way to turn. My friend Sue told me about the clinic. Everyone I saw my first day at the clinic, made me feel like they cared. Dr. Mackenzie Smith, the therapist, and everyone in the office were so caring . I owe it to these awesome caring people, for being concerned about my health problems. I have also seen 3 or 4 dentist at the dental clinic. They are all great. Thank God for these wonderful people. Thanks to everyone at Bernstein clinic . I highly recommend them.

We calling about information in dentist part the staff who answer the phones are rude and really dont want to hear what you have to say.And for this place to be a community clinic the prices are out of the roof nee to regroup the whole damn organization

Our appointment was at 2pm. Waited an hour to get called into a room. We were there early too. Also, the gitls at the front desk gossip in front of people, have no idea how to answer any questions. They were rude and attitudes were repulsive.. Eye rolling and sarcasm. Horrible experience and I dont recommend going there when they cant even tell you what kind of anesthetic they will be using on your newvorn

My wife called to make an appointment for our son. The lady that answer the phone put my wife on hold for 25 min and then hung up on her. My wife call back, again she was put on hold and they hung the phone again. It was not until the 3rd time calling that my wife was able to make the appointment.The staff is very rude and not professional. If I could give this a 0 star I would. Some of the people that work there should just get a different job where they dont have to deal with patients.

This dentist absolutely sucks. I made an appointment months in advance for a root canal procedure and I live 2 1/2 hours away. I kid you not, 30 minute before arrival of the appointment they canacled on me because the “doctor left for an emergency” they refused to see me that day with the other provider and scheduled me for ANOTHER month out when I’m in pain every single day.

Helpful phone service. I am not sure why the other two raters gave such low ratings. The person I spoke on the phone was very nice. Unfortunately he could not reschedule me for an appointment anytime soon because they are booked. However, he told me I could be a few minutes late to my already scheduled appointment with no problem. I will be seen there next week, so I will review then how the services are. However, the phone operator was extremely nice, helpful and even gave me directions since I am not familiar with Greenville.

First and foremost, I am going to go on record, after my second call today, I WILL NOT be keeping my appointment. How in the world can this be considered a based on your income dental clinic and you quote me price and the price is the same as if I was going to a regular dentist! The entire front staff are extremely rude here. Would not recommend a single person to establish care with this office. Not the type of environment you want for primary care at all.

I had a good experiance at the clinic. I got all of my essential medications I needed and had been out of for 6 months.I had recently lost a job with my health insurance. I had never been without health insurance or a job. They were very helpful both with getting my prescriptions and my examination. The social worker helped me by giving me applications to fill out for health care and a primary care doctor and other options. I found all the staff pleasant,courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. My wait time was no longer than my previous HMO Kaiser Permanentes clinics in Oregon.They did not belittle me,were not rude just because I was unable to pay. I am part of the working poor. I rent a room,pay for groceries w/o food stamps,work when its available (no car)and I can get there. I am on social security and I am extremely grateful for this help. Some people do not appreciate or realise how this centre is a lifeline for alot of lower income clients. They themselves may not have the resources you need but they will work hard to hook you up and give you information and point you in the right direction.Thank you so much for all your help when I was there! God bless everyone thats working there!

Dishonest and cheats. Took bad xrays and tried to get me to pay thousands of dollars for a bridge. All that was needed was a filling for a cavity! (Which was was proven with proper xrays by an honest dentist). Not only was the office and bathroom disgusting, they were rude. The dental assistant had the nerve to explain to me that she disliked her job and wanted to be an ultrasound technician! This was a terrible experience... What a joke.

It took at least 5 minutes to get thru and when I finally got an answer they asked me to hold. I have been holding for 15 min and counting. You guys shud get a call center this is the worst wait time Ive ever experienced with a medical office. Sadly Ive been in there office they could have better phone service but the front desk is always busy doing other things than answering phones. This is ridiculous!!!!

Poor customer service, the front people had an ugly attitude. For simple question asked to them, not only that but rather be on her phone then help us with a paperwork question. Not the kind of place I will continue to let my mother come to.

The dentists and technicians are great! But the receptionists or maybe the whole management need training to improve their services in Customer care. The management should review their schedule system. They dropped out my appointment. I showed up and I was told I need to call 24 hours before the appointment to confirm it. Hello??? Stay away from there. Your appointment would be dropped out even if you have one set and do not receive a reminder call.Just a reminder to the receptionists; self-pay, Medicaid and private insurances patient are the one who pay your salary as well as the Dentis and technicians too.✈

MY ADVICE, FIRE DR. SAMPOORNA VELINENI!!! She was the WORST DOCTOR I have EVER had! She was ALWAYS late getting into the room and her accent was so strong that I couldnt understand half of what she was saying. Her attitude was very unfriendly as well. I wonder who hired this woman. The other doctors over at Bernstein are friendly and the office staff are decent acting but I would never refer that doctor to anyone. She always gave off too like she didnt know what she was doing. My best advice to anyone going to Bernstein for the first time is to make sure you dont get that doctor.

Went here because I have a severe rash and started throwing up blood. I did a walk in and the nurse didn’t examine me or even look at my rash. When I got emotional due to their lack of help they told me they could make me an appointment to see their on site therapist. Then told me to make a follow up appointment and sent me home. Not sure what a follow up would do seeing as how they did nothing for me... maybe they want me to follow up on there incompetence..

For the most part I have been quite satisfied with the Bernstein Dental Clinic in Greenville, NC. My dentist, Dr. Jilg, has been meticulous in performing her dental procedures. I believe my dental work is of a high professional quality. The dental auxiliaries have been knowledgeable and friendly. Until I became aware of office policies I had a few minor miscommunications with the front office staff. All said I recommend this dental office and staff to patients in need of solid care.

I have no complaints about my Dr, or how Ive been treated while there, but Ive called and left a voicemail almost every day this week, and cannot get anyone to call me back. At least in Greene county, they ALWAYS called back.

Ive tried calling to ask if new patients are being accepted. I called at least 5 times on various days but the appointment option just rings & rings and have yet to answer

Been made an appointment at 11 but I dont get seen till an hour later smh whats the point of making an appointment if they not gone abide by your appointment yall need to do better

Calling in to pay your bill is a frigging nightmare. God forbid I could be suffering.
