I called on Friday and was told to get there right away. It took me 30 plus minutes to get there and as soon as I walked, they were ready for me. As a first time patient, I was completely impressed. I absolutely hate going to any dentist but this place changed my mind. They took excellent care of me. He made sure I was completely out of pain before he tried to pull the tooth. I never felt any pain at all. I will definitely suggest Longbranch dental. I will being going back for my dental needs.

All staff and dentists treat you like family. I have always been accommodated in a dental emergency. I have just completed extensive dental work with Dr. Patterson. Everything went smoothly and comfortable. Great and awesome professionals and people.

Best dentist office!! I am NOT a fan of anything related to going to the dentist so after 20+ years of avoiding it my tooth woke me up in the middle of the night. Dr. Patterson & his AMAZING assistant Sarah not only got me in the same day but got me out of pain the same day!! Longbranch Dental has been my dentist of choice so long ago I cant remember; it was 1970s or 1980s and the only dentist there at the time was Ron Weeks. Now my memory might have clouded the date but bare with me.I remember putting my greatest concern was no pain and to date that goal was achieved. From the time you call and speak with the lovely and so friendly Kathy and she sets up your appointment to your hygienist and mine is Debbie. If you are lucky,you get to meet LISA and she assists Dr Ron in the dental procedure or Dr. Mike in the surgery or implants. I really think she is an angel in human form. She makes you feel important and always you are her primary patient. Dr. Ron has been my primary dentist and we have become patient and Dr and even friend. Dr Mike takes care of the implants and intense dental procedure. He is the most laid back person I have ever met and that transcends to the patient.You become a part of their dental family and the team work that is a part of their operation is five star.Financial is also a part of any dental business and when I began, I could pay part each month but now with their advanced business that isnt possible but alternate pay plans are available. Im 75 and have my own teeth thanks to Longbranch Dental.

My 9 year old was recently in for a cleaning appointment. Susannah was wonderful with him. After his cleaning was complete, I was advised he had a cavity that needed a filling. Dr. Patterson and Sara were able to take care of it immediately. I was greatly impressed with the level of care provided to my son. Everyone was extremely pleasant and patient with him. Weve been going to Longbranch for years and every experience has been better than my expectations.

I am a very satisfied customer. When I first needed the service, it happened to be an Emergency because I had a toothache right before Thanksgiving. The only place that would take me right in was Long branch dental. They took care of me immediately and the staff has giving me the treatment and make me feel welcome. I had a root canal, several crowns and a cleaning treatment. I am feeling way better now about the health of my teeth. I would recommend Long branch dental to anyone, it is awesome and very thorough.

I would not recommend this business. I will say the staff was friendly. The dentist was unsure to save my tooth. He was already considering on pulling it. I Wales in with insurance, good insurance from front desk she said I would get a discount because of the insurance I had. During evaluation the told me what it was going to cost and I said I would like for this and that done. Before I knew it bill just kept getting higher. They could say we’ll do this on this visit and I could come back and do whatever needed to be done. But no they were in hurry for me to call this number and start credit to do the procedure. I was pressured. I sat there waiting for dentist to come back to make his decision what he could do for me. But instead his assistant came back and ask me if I needed receptionist to help me with call while I’m sitting in the dentist chair. I felt so embarrassed!!!! I told her no and got up and walked out. I went to another dentist/specialist and had was going to have same procedure done and cost me $292 with my “good insurance “ I paid cash to them. All in all long branch is way way over priced and that’s why they wNt you to start a credit line. I would be wise on who you choose what dentist to use. I will say they have a friendly staff at king branch and I’m sure they might do good work. But I wouldn’t recommend unless you give them all your $$$$ doing a credit plan!

I think her name was Lauren, but wow! The last time I had an emergency tooth need was in 2012 when all 4 were removed so I picked Longbranch Dental. It was my first time ever seeing a dentist also. Today was an emergency tooth removal so I decided to come back to where I felt comfortable before. I have very high anxiety and DID, and Lauren was soooo understanding - it was a very pleasant experience. Dentist did very well with a high anxiety patient, between the both of them I had some laughs that werent because of the gas lol.I have limited income and wouldnt have been able to pay the full amount but they applied a coupon and I was able to pay in full.

Debbie is the most awesome hygienist that I’ve ever been a patient of. She is very gentle and caring. Meets all of my needs at each visit. Addresses everything that I need to pay more attention to in my oral care. From the first phone call, to being wheeled out after surgery my experience far exceeded my expectations! Gentry made me feel so comfortable with friendly conversation and being able to answer all my questions with answers that I could understand, even laughed with me when the nitrous did its thing. Dr. Hamil the surgeon taking care of me equaled her enthusiasm and concern for my anxiousness of having teeth surgically removed and never gave up when my seriously impacted lower wisdom teeth put up a major fight. Caring and Compassionate! It had been years (ashamed to admit) since I had been to the dentist. I had a lot of pain and sensitivity so I feared the worst going for a check up. The staff are amazing. They keep you calm and explain everything step by step. Mindy was amazing! I could feel her rubbing my hand while the doctor injected the numbing agent and I thought that was so sweet. Longbranch Dental is a wonderful dental office. Everyone is concerned about your comfort and your dental health from the receptionist, the dental assistant, the dentist to the dental hygienist. When you enter the receptionist greets you with a smile and makes you feel very welcomed. You never wait long enough to find an article to read before the assistant takes you back. My dentist Dr Hall always greets you with a smile and is conscious of any sensitivity I have. She works around my phobia of needles using laughing gas and wait until I am relaxed enough to have the injections which I am very thankful. I would highly recommended this dental office.

Moving and finding new a new family dentist is usually not an easy task. For several years I actually drove over an hour one way to go to my old dentist, then I tried Longbranch Dental Center in Greenville, TX. Great staff and group of doctors. The front office staff makes you feel like part of the family. The doctors and team of hygienists are pleasant and gentle. Now our whole family are patients of Longbranch.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Ron for about 9 years now and appreciate him and everyone in his practice. I was a dental assistant for 16 years so when we moved to Texas it took me awhile to find someone I felt I could trust our oral health to. They are the best very concern for their patients health. I just want to say that I have a huge fear of dentist. So bad that I have not been to a dentist in 15 years. Gross I know but the fear is real. I went in explaining that fear to Dr. Mike and his dental assistant. They immediately calmed my nerves and helped me get through having to have an extraction done. This whole experience was made easier because of the kindness these people have in their hearts. I know I will require extensive amounts of work on my mouth and feel so much better knowing I have found a place that really cares about me and helping me overcome my fears by giving me a great experience in their chair.
