Dr. Warner was awesome.. he listened to my concerns then gave me alternative options that allowed me to choose the best action to take. His staff was cheerful and courteous making my visits a joy which is rare for past dental experiences

The team at Willoughby is wonderful and always make your appointment thoroughly enjoyable! My hygienist today was Kim! She will be MY hygienist from now on! Talk about above and beyond compassionate care! Not only did she do an amazing job cleaning my teeth she was so engaged with me and my children! She didnt bat an eyelash when I had both my children with me and even held the baby while taking my x-rays! The grace she offered has earned her a new patient for the duration of her career! 10/10 highly recommend!

Had a kind of an emergency situation and was in a lot of pain and they were able to see me within a couple of hours. Staff was supper friendly and Dr. Warner was very professional. They gave me a couple of options for treatment and at the end everything went really smooth.

Nice staff, but Dr Warner’s numbing injections hurt SO bad! I’ve been getting dental work done for years with several fillings and crowns at my previous dentist and I’ve never felt pain like Dr Warner’s injections. They leave me bruised and in pain for days. My husband had the same experience there. If I only had to go for cleanings then I would definitely keep going here and recommend it to others only needing cleanings, but as far as dental work goes, I can’t take that pain.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Warner for years, and have had nothing but great experiences with Dr Warner and his entire team. Including this morning when I had a toothache over the weekend that I had to address before leaving town. They got me right in and took great care of me and the dental issue. Oh no! I fell and broke off my 4 front teeth. I went to my personal dentist andecided to get a 2nd opinion. Dr. Warners office saw me the same day. I decided to chg dentists after the superb treatment I received from everyone at this practice. After just 2 visits, my problems have been addressed beautifully and at a very more than fair price. Im glad I changed to them.

The staff and Dr, Warner are always so great and friendly! They actually remember you and are genuinely interested in how your life is going. They always take great care of my teeth! They really try to work for you. For example, I needed to have an appointment before the end of this year and they were completely booked until the middle of January. But they were more than happy to try and fit me in and they did. My family and I are so lucky to have found this place and the people that work here

I’m afraid of dentist but this office is great in every way. Appointments are easy to set up. Once I’m there, I always get taken back on time if not early. I don’t have to hear a lecture if I didn’t floss well. I love they put a TV right near you. It’s a great distraction. Everybody is really nice and helpful. In a completely different league from the rest! The doctor and staff there at Willoughby Dental are not only professional and knowledgeable but bring that warm Southern hospitality that we know in South Carolina into the whole dental experience. They have not only done routine cleaning on my teeth but have done extensive and skilled work such as a root canal. The following day after the procedure Dr. Warren called personally to follow up and check on my status. My husband and I are new to the area and needed to find a dentist that we were comfortable with, that accepted our dental insurance and that was a convenient distance from our home. After checking out Dr. Warners web site and liking what I saw there I made us both an appointment for cleaning and new patient examination. The staff was wonderful and made us feel very welcome, our wait was very short after we arrived, we actually got in a little earlier than our appointment time. The waiting area and exam areas are neat, clean and modern and, like his staff, Dr. Warner was great. In addition to being friendly and professional he listened to what we had to say, and we were both comfortable with his exam and conclusions regarding our dental needs. I guess the fact that we made future appointments before leaving means we were happy with our visit.

The best dental practice in the Greenville area. My regular cleaning was delayed due to COVID-19 so my cleaning today was a catch-up appointment. We discussed crowning a tooth. We love Willoughby!! The office is easy to get to, appointments were made quickly. Decor is modern and everything is clean! It was great, I was a little nervous bringing my two toddlers and baby in for first visits, but there was plenty of room for them to sit and hang out while I had my teeth cleaned and during their cleanings; not a little tiny room, tv and everything! The staff were so nice, accommodating and understanding when my LO had to sit on my lap for the last bit. Dr. Warner was friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning in 6 months!

Willoughby Dental is the best Dental office I have visited! They are always kind and they provide the best person centered dental care from the moment you walk in the door until you leave. Weve been patients for over three years and have always gotten great care from the hygenists and Dr Warner, as well as friendly customer service from the receptionist. The office is beautifully decorated with refreshments offered in the waiting area and TVs at each chair for your viewing pleasure. I chose Willoughby Dental very last minute due to some tooth/jaw pain I was having. They were able to see me the same day I called on Thursday and were able to schedule me in for a root canal on Monday. After hearing many horror stories about root canals in general, I was shocked at how painless the procedure was. After such a pleasurable experience (even with it being a root canal), I set up a standard cleaning appointment. After having no contact for 3 months (besides the follow-up call a few days later to see how the crown and root canal were holding up), the staff still greeted me by name and even remembered the location where I had vacationed right after my root canal.I cannot say enough regarding how amazing the service has been and how much personal attention they give to everyone who walks in the door. Highly recommended. The entire staff is fantastic.Additionally, every Thursday their hours are 11am - 8pm to allow flexible scheduling of appointments outside of the standard 8-5pm. This is highly underrated, and is alone a reason to come visit them.

We have been going to Dr. Warner for a few years now. My daughter loves to go to the dentist (unusual for an eleven year old) and they always make her so comfortable. They are kind and attentive. I have had wonderful service here. I bring my four young kids for their cleanings and exams and they love it! The staff is friendly and kind to them which means a lot to me. Dr. Matthew Warner and the staff of Willoughby Dental are absolutely the nicest and most wonderful Dentists Professionals I have ever known. They have worked to see that my wifes teeth are perfect in every way. While I have had only routine cleanings, which were done expertly and without even a slight discomfort, my wife has had several root canals and caps. Dr. Warner has gone out of his way to make sure that the replacements were perfectly and exactly matching my Sweethearts other teeth. We not only feel as though we have a Dentist and staff that will always be available to help us, we have a family that cares and shows loving concern for us as real people. Growing old, we are now in our 60s, we are so blessed to call Willoughby Dental, our family.

When we moved to the Greer area 8 years ago, we chose a dentist based on the best yellow page ad. They sounded fantastic and state of the art, but after 8 years we felt as if they only cared about us to fund their new office. We were treated like a number - neither the dentist nor any of the staff even knew our names after 8 years and a few things happened to make us question their work as well. We were on a search for a new dentist when a friend recommended Willoughby Dental. From the first phone call to set up appointments for our family, we have loved it. Dr. Warner and his staff are truly top notch and very friendly. They made us feel at home. They explain everything and take time to answer any questions. Though smaller than our former dental office, they are just as state of the art if not more so, but with such a refreshing personal touch. I had a broken tooth and I am new to the area. The office was able to fit me in same day that I called. The staff was quick, friendly and very efficient. Turned out I lost a filling and Dr. Warner was able to save the tooth and insert a new filling. I was in and out in less than an hour. I was also impressed that Dr. Warner didn’t try to sell me a crown. I veiw this as an honest dentist (not like some of the dentists I’ve had).

Ive been going to this dentist for a few years now. I have VERY sensitive teeth, like even the suction thingy and water aggravates my teeth. With this issue, they are super patient during my long cleanings - long because they are making sure Im comfortable and not in any type of pain.Recently I had to get a crown, and I was terrified of the process. The day I was scheduled to go in, I had some personal issues going on so I was very emotional. They made sure I was well and comfortable both mentally and physically. Which is not their job but I greatly appreciate them doing.The crown is phenomenal and looks just like my real tooth! Minimal discomfort during the procedure. AND THE DOCTOR FOLLOWED UP THE NEXT DAY TO CHECK ON ME!!!! I have gone through far more invasive procedures where the doctors have asked how I was at a follow up appointment, but never a personal call.I felt and feel so cared about when I go here. Ive recommended this location to tons of friends and family. Even when I moved to ATL I still waited for my appointments with them. LOVE LOVE LOVE this office and the employees! 1 billion stars!!!!

Just completed my second 6 month routine cleaning and Dr. Warner, Alana and this office is a keeper! My employer switched dental insurance companies on us this year and I needed to find a new dentist. Willoughby Dental was recommended to me and they are fabulous! Sedation dentistry is the way to go for me (its safer for everyone involved). After many years of avoiding the dentist due to anxiety and extreme fear, it came to the point that I could no longer avoid the dentist; even with my high pain tolerance. It seems silly that a couple little pills could get me to the point where I can have the necessary work done but IT WORKS! (and believe me, the anxiety started when I made the appointment) When Dr. Warner called to check on me after the procedure, I told him that I felt like I could do this now. I have just completed my second appointment (not sedated this time) for a complete treatment plan. This is huge - I havent gone back twice to any other dentist in my adult life. I trust Dr. Warner with my kids (who love him) so I gave it a shot and Im so glad that I did! Because of his magic pills, I can now get my teeth back into healthy shape. Dr. Warner and his entire staff is so welcoming and I never felt gross because of my years of neglect towards my teeth. I highly recommend Dr. Warner, especially if you have the level of fear that I do. Sedation dentistry is THE BEST!!!

My 3 year old has a tricky cavity, so we went to Dr. Warner for a second opinion. He was great about answering all of my questions and he was awesome at handling all the questions my little guy had as well. We usually feel rushed at the dentist we normally see, but they made us feel right at home here. Great experience. Well be coming back.

I dont write a lot of reviews, but Dr. Warner and co. are the best. Everyone is so friendly from the front desk on! Tells you what you really need, not trying to sell products/services. Also, they are open later than any other dentist I know of. Best in the area!

I continue to be impressed and pleased with Dr. Warner and the entire staff at Willoughby Dental. I work out of town and as a result it becomes difficult to schedule visits. They have been very good in accommodating my needs.The quality of work is superb and Dr. Warner will regularly stop to ask if Im experiencing any pain and will provide additional numbing if necessary.Hes called me the day after to make sure Im feeling okay. He truly cares about his patients. You wont find a nicer or more competent team.

Dr. Warner and his team are awesome! In my experience, many dentists treat their patients purely as business and this is NOT the case here.
