Awesome dental office. Highly recommend this fine office. Great dental assistants who took X-rays and impressions. Very gentle. The dentist is an absolute doll. Explained several options in detail taking her time to make sure I understood. Met with the office manager who explained all the pending charges. Very formative and knowledgeable. Wonderful experience.

Horrible experience. They’re are not professional at all. I went in for a simple regular check up and they ended up with bunch of unnecessary filling and their quack dentist destroy one of my teeth that ended up to root canal and cost me thousands. STAY AWAY and go to a dentist that actually cares and is skilled enough to do the job properly and SAFELY.

Dentist lied to me, i needed a root canal was schedule separate appointment for her to do this. She didnt numb me enough and waited to long after she gave me novocain it wore off she gave me more and i couldnt smile for 2 days. I didnt get root canal i paid for, my tooth is still hurting on the surface and i am having to go to another dentist and repay for the same service. Staff is unprofessional. I couldnt even get a work note, they had to hand write it. Do not go here she has no clue whats she doing.

I made and appointment and was actually served the first day,l. When I arrived I gave them my information and the manger looked up my insurance and told me my insurance didn’t exist ( he got my information wrong) I sat down had a personal conversation about how I feel as if my three beautiful kids weaken my teeth while carrying them. He even shared how his wife experienced the same. After the consultation and no payment plan presented because my information was wrong I was sent home with nothing!!! No Antibiotics or anything for pain, I had an infection!!! They did nothing for me but I was told I would get a call back the next day with that payment plan. The manger lied about that, I never got a call back. Two days later I called back to see if they had come up with anything and I was told by the same manager his team didn’t get to it yet. What?! Are you kidding me!? If I could give this place zero stars I would! I’m not a single mom and yes I can afford dental work without insurance.

Everyone here is great! I took my daughter a couple weeks ago and had a great experience so I came back for myself today. They were just as awesome for me. I HATE going to the dentist but honestly they made it painless. I wont be so nervous in six months when I come back. I absolutely recommend Woodruff Smiles to everyone of all ages!!!

My whole experience at this dentist was excellent from the front staff, dental hygienist to the dentist. They all took their time and answered my questions. They took my insurance which was a plus. They weren’t trying to make money off of me but just evaluated my teeth for a routine checkup including X-rays, an exam and a cleaning. I recommend anyone to seek care here with Dr. Fisher. The office was very clean and tidy. They were gentle with my teeth and gave me good dental care tips. I’m glad I have found a great dentist in the upstate!

The office was very welcoming from when I first called until I left. They were very thorough in my exam. Latesha was great with my x-rays! My cleaning was gentle and I actually enjoyed it. Dr. Fisher is amazing and so careful in everything she does!

Hands down the best dentist I have EVER been to. I no longer get extreme anxiety at the dentist since I’ve been coming here - the staff is awesome and the dentist is the best one I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Dr fisher tisha and Cory, very friendly and personable. I was able to complete a dentist visit without crying. I have had so much fun at the dentist of course they worked so hard that I can keep my smile but hands down a great facility.

I had such a wonderful experience here! The assistants, hygienist and doctor were all very welcoming. I have dental anxiety, and they were very understanding and did not make me feel out out of my comfort zone. Will definitely be returning to this location.

Loved my experience here! Everyone was so friendly and kind.I have TMJD and the staff took excellent care to give me rest breaks and even massaged the joint to make it more comfortable for me. Overall it was a very thorough exam and cleaning. Will go back!
