The service here was great! Paige was very gentle both is demeanor and while working on my teeth. Dr Carrie was skilled and double checked things to make sure everything was top quality. The receptionist was friendly and positive. A great experience!

I recently had a crown put on because I broke a tooth. I was able to get in to see the dentist in a timely manner, the entire staff was very professional and it ended up costing less than the quoted amount. I was very impressed with the whole procedure.

After searching for a new dentist I came across this place and I’m so glad I did! They are also very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable with being a first time patient.

Having two crowns done at the same visit would not be a picnic for anyone, but they tried their best to make it as pain free as possible. It was a big job, and they gave me a break whenever I needed one. They paid special attention to fitting the crown properly and gave me extra Novocain when necessary. They are very thorough and considerate.

I went in for a regular cleaning today. The office was pleasant, clean, and everyone was practicing good hygiene. Great Dentist Office, and this is coming from someone who generally doesnt like the dentist (no offense). Staff is really courteous and professional and I trust the feedback they are giving me...never feel like being rushed into a decision or upsell. They will give tips and things to watch, and then they address those when you come back the next visit. Nice waiting room with coffee/water. Had an issue with insurance and the billing folks actually called on my behalf, great service.

Fast, Friendly, and FunMost people apparently dont like going to the dentist. This dentist is wonderful. I had really sensitive gums going on yesterday and they were very gentle and offering suggestions on how to help that. They go out of their way to make you comfortable and they are gentle and sweet people. I am thankful to be a patient here and I highly recommend the whole experience at Brown Family Dentistry Group. They have a comfort menu when you are seated in that chair with things like a squeeze ball or a hot towel. Getting your teeth cleaned is what it is - it is uncomfortable and not something to look forward to; going to Brown Family Dentistry Group makes the experience a little more tolerable and a little less excruciating. Plus, I feel like I’m a rich dude with a comfort menu and the pristine facility in which this all takes place.

By far this is one of the best dentist that Ive ever been too. My whole family goes here even my children. They understand how to work with kids and know how to make them feel comfortable.The atmosphere was friendly from the moment I walked in the door with ample seating in the waiting room.As I sat in the comfortable chairs I noticed that they have complementary water and coffee avilable. They even leave some water bottles out of the fridge for those who like it at room temperature.My children love the kids corner that is off to the side in the waiting room. Its equipped with a tv playing cartoons and has small chairs for them to sit in.All of their staff is very friendly and they make me feel at home every visit. The dental tech that walks me back to the room always asks what I want to watch on the tv and if I want the massage feature built into the chair.I can say, without a doubt I have never felt more relaxed going to the dentist.The work that they do is by far the best. Ive had cavities filled and two crowns done and they always get the bite right.When they have to numb you it doesnt hurt because they prepare the area ahead of time and slowly allow the numbing agent to work.If there was a way to give them more than five stars I would. I recommend everyone that I know to try their practice.

I have noticed that most of my other health care providers have been absorbed into large hospital systems.
