From the nice lady at the front desk, taking your phone calls and sending you your reminders (and so much more) to the dental hygienists working diligently on your teeth and Dr. Wilson, not only checks your teeth but also checks in on how things are going with your life. He did a crown for me a while back, and it feels better than the one I had done by a place that only does crowns. Go figure.Kiara was thorough and fast at cleaning my teeth today. My hygienist, Brandy, was the best part of my visit. She was friendly and made me feel welcomed. But the dentist was a huge disappointment. As a new patient, he didn’t introduce himself. I heard a new voice & had to twist in my chair to see who it was…it seemed he asked a question. He didn’t review my comments on the intake form at all. I had a couple is issues. He looked and said it all looks good! And left. Not going back.

Every time I go the staff is friendly and welcoming. They actually listen to any concerns I have. My dental health has greatly improved since my initial visit last year. Highly recommend Dr. Wilson and his staff.

Protecting patients during this pandemic has been taken seriously by this dentistry. All the employees are very friendly & make you feel at ease. Dr.Wilson is a great dentist and was very gentle. I had to have a tooth pulled and he spoke me through the entire process; which instrument he was using and what it’s for, what the tooth was doing, which med was being given, etc. His assistant coached me on breathing and was relaxing. Overall, I’m impressed and have already recommended to friends.

My family has been seeing Dr Wilson for years! Besides my husband and children, my mother, my in-laws, and my niece (from another town!) also see him! When I arrived I was instructed to wait in the parking lot and they came out to take the temperature as a COVID precaution then immediately let to the room for cleaning The dental hygienist did a great job and really got that feel of dentist clean Dr Wilson explained to me what needed to be done and made a few recommendations Overall it was great

Had been a year since I’d seen the dentist, as we’d recently moved and COVID 2020. Office and clinical staff were all friendly, skilled, and organized. Dr Wilson has a kind and easygoing demeanor, which helps to alleviate some of the usual anxiety of these types of visits. He is knowledgeable and up to date with the latest techniques and technologies. While it is common for a dentist to jump from room to room to maximize efficiency during downtime, he never appeared rushed and always looked focused on the patient in front of him.

Chipped a front tooth on a piece of raw cauliflower. Dr. Wilson was able to use filling material, matching the tooth, and give me back my full-toothed smile!Although I’ve been reluctant to have regular cleanings since the pandemic hit, the sanitation efforts at Dr. Wilson’s office are very reassuring. They even “fog” the exam room after each patient! I made an appointment for a cleaning for the next day.

I went to Dr. Wilson for a simple tooth filling and my tooth has been hurting for the past three months. The customer service also wasnt pleasant. Why would I go back to Greenville Smiles when they caused the damage? During the entire procedure I expressed my discomfort and no significant adjustment were made. Now you recommend that I come back for more of the same? Id rather not.

Was taken back timely, and my regular cleaning was very well done today. My hygienist was fully masked and gowned which was important to me.

ALL of the staff here is super nice and very accommodating. They are also very up front and open about everything and i really appreciate that. I never go in nervous or feel like i am not going to be informed to the fullest. Dr. Wilson talks to you like you are a normal person and does not try to talk down to you or berate you (like many other dentists tend to do), and it definitely helps the experience, whether it be a normal checkup or something else. Best Dentist I have EVER been too! 11 out of 10 would recommend.

My children and myself are patients and we have an excellent experience every time we go. My daughter is a Special Needs child and he is very patient and kind and goes above and beyond to take the necessary measures to make her as comfortable as possible. She has a severe aversion to anything with her mouth, ears and hair but he takes the time to explain what he will be doing to make it less stressful. Not many people or doctors want to take the time with special needs children but he always gives us as much time as we need. We never wait long to be seen and all if the staff are friendly and courteous. I recommend Dr. Wilson to everyone I know looking for a reputable Dentist.

Dr Wilson does an excellent job making his office feel comfortable and his team do an incredible job making you feel at ease. This office is technologically forward and offers Lazer dentistry. I find this to be hands down, the best Dentist office that Ive ever been to.
